Fantastic experience: I recently broke my ankle and needed to cancel my membership due to lack of funds for anything extra. The owner was very understanding and let me cancel at a moments notice, he also said I can still use the gym for the next 2 months to relieve stress if I’m up to it. It’s wonderful to know that people still care and appreciate their guest. I am so grateful for small businesses in this town and how they care for the people in it. The facility is also really nice, clean and welcoming. I have even taken my 2 kids in there and everyone was very welcoming to them.

The facility provides towels and disinfectant spray, I really appreciate that. There are plenty of DBs to choose from! One suggestion is to provide a space for abs and stretching. The owner was very pleasant, I could tell how much he cared for this facility and his community. I was frm out of town and I was pleased with my visit to get some good work in!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I joined K4 fitness several months ago when we signed our son up with Hapkido Plus. It took me a couple of months to finally step foot in the gym due to being nervous of the environment and having not so good experiences at previous gyms. My first visit there I quickly realized I had nothing to be afraid of. Jeremiah Koch and his wife have created a safe, clean, and judgement free space for everyone no matter what stage you are in your fitness journey. The staff is amazing as well! Highly recommend K4 Fitness for your health journey, also if you have kiddos I highly recommend checking out Hapkido plus!

Fantastic experience: Visiting Warrenton from Lubbock Tx for a few days so meeded somewhere to workout, owner is awesome and only charged me 15$ for a half month access. Implements are quality, stuff for powerlifters, bodybuilders and casual gym goers, access code so it fits with any schedule. Far better than any commercial or chain gym

You want people at the gym who will encourage you and make some good friends? They’ve got you. You have a problem with equipment or need assistance? Owner is just a text or phone call away. New equipment coming in, always clean restrooms, as well as clean environment, ready to use at any time of day. Truly an amazing experience and glad to call it home.

Fantastic experience: Great place to workout. Clean, well maintained, great variety of equipment, and even better staff. Mike and Jeremiah are motivating and helpful. Plus it's 24/7, hot shower with great pressure (it matters). And the other members have all been the best of any gym I've experienced. Not one a**hole in over a year of frequenting this place. (Bonus: Two young men were asked to leave for snickering at a lady starting her weight-loss journey. Her comfort was prioritzed and those boys learned a lesson and were allowed to return)

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the gym. The owner is valid to respond to you, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I must say they have a variety of classes, and each instructor will meet you at your level of athleticism. The ones I attended were Biyo, Zumba, weightlifting, and dancing, and I loved it all! I also highly recommend the very safe and overall lovely staff. For the price you pay, you get a lot out of it, which I think is worth it!

Fantastic experience: I was in town for a short stay and wanted to continue getting a lift in even though I was away from home. I sent a quick text to the owner (straight from the website) and he got back within 2 minutes! I was surprised by how quickly he responded, and we were able to get something worked out while I was in town. The owner's kindness and passion for this gym sold me on coming here compared to others. As for the facility, I was impressed with how well-maintained and clean the equipment was. I didn't get the chance to do much in the turf section of the gym but was surprised by how much this gym had.

I love that they give access to Active duty military, traveling back home became easier not having to worry about how I'm going to get my workout in because I already know where I'm going, K4 Fitness. Fantastic experience: I travel to Warrenton several times a year for a few days at a time, so I was looking for a gym that didn't have long contracts. K4 fit that need perfectly -- they let me purchase a week at a time whenever I need, for only $10! The rates at this gym are a steal of a deal (and no contracts / sign-up fee!) and if I lived in Warrenton I would certainly be a member full-time. The facility is clean and safe, and I love that they're 24-hours as well.

The owner is very friendly, and really makes you feel welcome! The overall vibe of the gym is nice, not overwhelming for beginners and still has all the equipment needed to get in a solid workout no matter what your fitness goals are. It seems like the people who lift here understand what they have and take good care of it. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t speak more highly of this facility, feel like it is one of the last REAL gyms out there. I’ve worked out at a lot of places in the US and abroad and I honestly have to say this is my favorite. I stumbled on this while staying with a friend short term, so coming to a facility from out of state can be not fun. The staff (people!) made it seamless and easy, very nice. Some of the equipment is dated but everything that I would work out with in a fitness center or high end gym, you can do here. The members understand the value of what they have, protect the equipment from unnecessary damage. Attitude of everyone there is phenomenal, great to see the people that work and are in charge actually work out there. It is a low stress, non judgmental environment that is result driven. The ability to access a safe facility 24/7 is unparalleled in most markets. If I choose to stay in the area longer or move close to here, keeping my membership here would not be optional!
