Negative experience: They incorrectly bill your insurance and you end up out of pocket. Several attempts from myself and insurance but they wont fix.

Fantastic experience: In five months, I’ve lost 21 lbs thanks to Nurse Practitioner Candace and Nutritionist Michael at NutriHealth. They are a dream team. Their practical advice and honest encouragement has meant everything to me. I’m so thankful and highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for 6 months and I must say this is the best place. Never have any issues with booking appointments. Medicine gets delivered right away, and Kelsey is very helpful and professional.

Negative experience: This is a review of the front desk policies. I called because I did not receive the medication and was told that is because I didn’t pay for it. I specifically asked if there was anything else I needed to do before leaving my appointment. I was told no I was good to go. NOW the receptionist who said “listen hun” told me that it is my responsibility to TELL THEM that I need to pay. I never heard of anything so ridiculous. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do and was told no. She proceeded to tell me that it was not her responsibility to know what I need to pay for and that she can’t look in everyone’s file. Everyone else at NutriHealth is wonderful, kind and caring. The receptionist is not and “hun” needs to be more professional.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a fantastic experience with NutriHealth Diet Services! The nutritionists are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and they truly focus on personalized plans that suit individual needs. After struggling with weight gain, they helped me realize that I was under-eating, putting my body in starvation mode. They adjusted my plan by 700 calories, and it’s already made a significant difference. What I love most is how they educate you on the “why” behind the adjustments, empowering you to make sustainable changes. The guidance and support from the team have made me feel confident in my health journey. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a customized and supportive approach to nutrition!

Fantastic experience: This morning I came with my client and everyone was so friendly and nice. Carla and Kelsey were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My client was scared to get on the machine but A special kudos to the young lady, She was very patient, kind, gentle and had a beautiful smile. She is definitely a GREAT person, You guys are lucky to have her on your team. She will turn a cloudy day into SUNSHINE.

Positive experience: The only thing that I have a problem with the young lady when checking in thinking they know everything, but overall I love Shay the medical assistant who is so friendly and knows. I do love the new doctor Carla who is so proficient and professional.

And Erin was so sweet, and very understanding. I felt very comfortable telling her my story, and experiences. Brianna was so sweet! Negative experience: I am taking this to a 1 star review. These people are so hard to deal with and Kelsey at the front desk. I am thinking they have to be leaving their own good reviews. Had to cancel my appointment in advance because of a work meeting. Called to order my meds and make a new appointment. Can’t do that since I cancelled my last appointment. I am going to online telehealth. I did that before when I was on the real ozempic and never had any issues with billing etc.. oh and did I mention they told my sister she owed over $300 dollars from a previous appointment the day after her appointment!!!!. That appointment was her first one. There was no previous appointment! Mainly this review is for their billing. They are all over the place. Every time I call to order they tell me I have a big balance. After going back and forth they find out it’s a mistake or the balance is the medicine that was pre-charged to my account. I cringe when I have to order medicine because I know it’s going to be a hassle.

Fantastic experience: My experience with NutriHealth has been nothing short of amazing. From day one the staffing has been great. Everyone has been helpful. I enjoyed my time with MiMi when she was there. She taught me a lot. Shae that works in this office is top tier the best. If I have any problems, she breaks it down and gets it handled quickly. I'm now seeing Carla, and I just love her. Quick appointments and we get straight to the point. Thank you all for helping me on my journey.

Fantastic experience: It had been 3 months since I’ve been going to NutriHealth. From my first initial contact with N.P. Carla H, I knew I was in the right place. Carla's active listening skills (it was/and still is easy to talk to) showed compassion and empathy for me. Carla is honest and respectful of my goals. Carla’s bedside matters are exceptional! Fantastic experience: I was impressed with the staff and the amount of time they spent with me during my office visit. Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt the PA and dietician listened to my needs and concerns and tailored a plan that was individualized to my health concerns.

Negative experience: You don't wait two hours to get forgotten because you went to the wrong location. then those folks wanna neglect you bc that 15 minutes got ate driving an hour out of my way and made me late by 10 mins. I came all the way from ocean view for nothing.

I didn’t intend to stick with them at first just because I was going for one thing but they’ve helped me tremendously with so much! Everyone is so friendly and supportive. We’ve come up with healthy meals to help my cravings. The office is always so clean which I appreciate. They offer a gym membership. I mean what more could you ask for. I always recommend them to my friends and family and will continue to do so. Don’t think about going, just do it, you won’t regret it.
