Fantastic experience: New patient here with Dr. Howell for weight loss & it was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. He is very informative, knowledgeable & attentive to my concerns. Nurse Amy is definitely one of the best! She has such a light hand when it came to blood work & injections. I 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for about four months now…. I’ve been pleased with my results and with my interactions with the team and the doctor. I was in there today 2/24/25 and I had the pleasure of meeting the new office manager and he is amazing ! I can tell he will be a great asset to the office.

I like booking my appointments through text messaging and they always send me a reminder and confirmation. They have lots of services for great health. I highly encourage and recommend this team! I go for weight loss and the Botox services. I will be 57 this year in 2025 I feel with great health care I will continue to thrive .

Negative experience: There are no doctors at this center, and the secretaries are the ones who see you. Last time, one of the secretaries with orange hair gave me the wrong medication and charged me $250According to their own statements. they took no responsibility for giving me the wrong medication. Why isn't there any organization overseeing the work of these centers? Why should secretaries be the ones to see patients and give them the wrong medication? It's unbelievable.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy my visits. The staff actually remembers you! They talk to you, not down to you. They're wonderful! I go for weight loss and they are so helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. They actually care about their clients and we all know how rare that is. If I could give more stars, I definitely would.

Fantastic experience: Dr H is very good! He runs all the test and gives you what you need. Knowledge of the body is key to your goal. Since I have been going to see him my life has changed and body in a very positive way. The trouble in my feet with the extra weight has been hurting less. I am finally starting to like the way I look again. He does, botox injection, diet helpers that work for women and men. Men you need that little help he as got you. B12 shots for energy and more. He can test your levels and give you things for energy (Tes) or maybe something to help that woman in your life (Helper). Plenty of options and he is happy to talk about them all. Dr H is your best bet to being a better you. Don't wait make an appointment today, tomorrow can be a better you. I am a client and not a paid to say these things. Seriously start a new you now. You will be happy and your wife / husband will be too.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a testosterone check, the staff was extremely courteous from the moment we walked in. The nurse knew exactly what she was doing when she took a blood sample and didn’t have to fish for a vein which is a huge plus!!! We received the results and the doctor went over and explained to me the correct path I should take and helped me with everything I needed to get there. He was very nice, down to earth and extremely knowledgeable! Thank you Dr. Howell and your entire staff!

Fantastic experience: Dr Howell is very kind and thorough. I am having wonderful results following his plan. My only issue is I don't really understand why I have to pay the clinic for my prescription and then pay the pharmacy as well for the same prescription. I understand everyone who comes to the clinic has to do the same thing, I've just never had to do it before at any other Dr. offices.

I’ve never waited for longer than 5-10 minutes to be seen and was never in the back for more than that same amount of time. I am already seeing great results from early on in the weight loss program and am excited to continue on my journey with them.

Fantastic experience: The staff and doctor here treat you like a person not just a patient. They discuss everything with you, so when you walk away you have all the facts and no unanswered questions. Dr Howell is very thorough during the appointment. He takes the time to talk to you making sure you understand everything, and answers any questions you may no matter how small. One of the most comfortable visits I’ve encountered in a doctors office. The time he takes with each patient deserves more than 5 stars.

Positive experience: Dr. Is very nice and thorough. BEWARE. FLASE ADVERTISING. Receptionist said their treatment for Botox lasts 6-7 months. Then gets you in there and is unapologetic when the Dr. clarifies it only lasts 3 months. This Dr. shared the high number of patients he does Botox and other similar treatments for, meaning traffic is high. She explained she’s worked there for 7-8 months. There is no possible she had a 7-8 month misunderstanding of the treatment effectiveness time. When I asked her to verify how long she worked there and why she would make such a large false statement (I used much more polite words) she said well I’ve been on maternity so like sorry. Obviously you’d go without what the dr said. Incredibly rude. Not sure if this is a marketing ploy to get people in, but giving false information to customers loses trust. Not to mention the attitude the receptionist had deters potential lifelong clients. The Dr. clearly buil relationships with customers but that receptionist truly ruined the experience.

Fantastic experience: I've lost so much weight and feel more energized and confident in my own skin. With this lifestyle change, I've developed better eating habits and I will never go back to my old ways.

Negative experience: The worst experience! First I made an appointment through the website using the text option which goes directly to the Dr himself. He confirmed with me an appointment for Friday morning at 8am. I get there at 7:55am only to wait because the office is still locked. I didn’t think much of it at first but then I thought back to the message the Dr sent me asking if I wanted a 7:15am appointment for Friday or 8:00am, if I chose the 7:15am I would have been waiting for 45 min just for them to unlock the doors! Once they finally start letting people in, I walk to the counter (first one in) sign my name on the clip board as you normally would at a doctors office, I wasn’t greeted, no good morning, no how can I help you, NOTHING! I had to ask the girl myself if I need to fill out additional paper work because it would have been my first time there. She looked at me confused and asked if I was a new patient. I responded yes and she said the Dr wasn’t seeing new patients that day because of some type of surgery he was having! What the heck?! Why didn’t someone call me, email me, text me?? I had to make arrangements to be there at 8! The girl was confused so I showed her where I confirmed my appointment with the Dr. And she says, oh he doesn’t tell us when he makes those appointments. So apparently I wasn’t in the system at all for an appointment. Ok. Fine, let’s reschedule for Wednesday the following week. Well apparently they don’t want the business I got a phone call the Monday before stating the Dr isn’t seeing new patients on Wednesdays!!! LMAO! This place is a freaking joke and I will NEVER do business here or refer anyone here!

Positive experience: I’m not from here and I was looking for a weight loss clinic well a coworker referred me to them. I went for my appointment and was under the impression I would get a month supply on my visit and that was not the case I got a week supply and three injections with lab and was given another appointment ok that was fine. Well next appointment I finds out the more days you want your prescription to be the higher the office visit and still had to pay for prescription to be filled at my pharmacy that’s not what I’m use to and never heard of it being that way. Since I don’t know of any other place I’m continuing to go there. But however the staff was very polite and have good customer service. I loved that part

Fantastic experience: The doctor is AMAZING! He even stayed after lunch to attend to me... They’ve helped me get back in track with my weight, I lost 5 pounds in 1 week! Not only that but I was diagnosed with other things that I was unaware of and he caught on early stage. His given me a explaination for every illness and recommend me some great idea to overachieve my health.. I really recommend everyone to look into there health and visit this doctor!

Fantastic experience: Dr howell and his staff are amazing! As you walk in you’re greeted by Melissa (reception). She always has a beautiful smile on her face and is more than happy to help you. If you are there for the always dreaded blood work, you’re quickly put at ease by Christy who will be taking your blood, as she explains everything and puts your mind completely at ease, especially if you fear needles like me. Ive been seen by all of the staff there, Melissa, Christy, Sandy, Teresa, And Dr Howell, and every experience has been amazing. The entire staff is absolutely the sweetest group of women i have met, and are very efficient and good at what they do. 10/10 will definitely come again. I highly recommend you go here for your next wellness check up, botox, testosterone, or weightloss, they staff is incredibly professional and will always get the job done. 5 stars, great work guys.

They have 2 Bonnie’s, that may confuse some but let me tell you no matter which of those young ladies take care of you they are both absolutely amazing! One our first visit my sister and I were greeting with beautiful smile, warm conversation, detailed and knowledgeable explanations to all of our questions! They really made us feel like family . I now look forward to my appointments with them. The office always busy but wait times are extremely short. They are very attentive, thorough, and truly listen to any concerns you have. Dr. Howell is fantastic! He is highly knowledgeable, spends quality time with all his patients, he is a Dr. the truly cares about his patients. He will forever be my Dr.

Negative experience: Went to this office with a friend and the Dr wanted us to write a good review so we could get some free lipo shots. We waited all morning for 1 visit.

Negative experience: If I could give this office zero stars I would. I was told they accepted my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance for the lab work I had to have done for the weight loss program. Then when I got there, after waiting over an hour, I was told I would have to pay a lab fee. When I questioned the receptionist about it she couldn't give me a reason why and the doctor proceeded to tell me that he had to pay a staff member to draw the blood and that's why I had to pay it. The doctor asked me if I was a regular girl or a Burger King girl, which I found extremely offensive. I asked what that had to do with my insurance covering my lab work at 100% and I was told that my insurance may not cover everything. I left without being seen. Total scam. In response to the owners question I came in at the beginning of August and as I stated, I left without being seen. I had my paperwork with me and was told to have a seat and someone would be with me. After waiting for over an hour I was asked if I was waiting for someone. I said no I'm a new patient and have some questions first, that's when the above happened. I see you're not at all concerned with how long I had to wait or how you insulted me. I know I'm over weight but that doesn't give you, someone who is also over weight, the right to say that. That comment confirms my rating.

Negative experience: BEWARE : Please be advise this "doctor" does not know how to administer injections correctly. I went to see him recently and know I'm suffering from his work. I have had botox before and know when you get bad botox. I caution you to read the reviews on what procedure your looking into getting before just going from top rating overall. The right side of my temple was feeling tingly and numb after having done botox with him a few days later. Now my right eye is going droopy. A little FYI for those who are not familiar with botox. The brows and eyelids should not be lowered after having done this type of procedure. Do your research people! I'm beyond unhappy with the overall techniques he used to administer the injection to the outcome of this. Never had I had such an experience such as this. Take the advise if you like or see for yourself. I don't know what to do since this is the first time ever to get the droopy eye after this procedure.

Fantastic experience: Laser Skin Tightening: The Laser Technician, Dennise, has been using the Gentle Max Pro Laser on my Face, Neck & Chest for the past four months. My Skin Is Definitely Noticeably Tighter, & the Pores Are Smaller! Everywhere I go People are asking, "What are you doing? You look so much Younger!!" Of Course I Tell them about the Laser Skin Tightening. Dennise is Very Professional, Nice, Kind & Caring. I feel that she Really Cares about me as a Person. That Means a lot to me! I Definitely Recommend Dennise & the Gentle Max Pro. The Whole Staff Is Very Nice & Professional!

Fantastic experience: I have received Botox here 3 times previously, everyone in the office is polite, including the physician. They take before pictures and after pictures 2 weeks later ! I have been pleased with the Elimination of my prominent forehead wrinkles and the small crows feet I started to get nearing my 30th birthday!

The results are close to immediate, but even after the two weeks, it looks even better. I would recommend them to anyone looking for Botox services or any other service they provide. They are the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else for Botox.
