Fantastic experience: Dr. Steve Hansen completely transformed my life by fixing my chronic headaches. I used to suffer from headaches about three times a week, and now I’m headache-free! It's been such a relief not having to rely on painkillers anymore, and I feel so much better day-to-day. My mood has improved, and I’m able to enjoy life without the constant worry of when the next headache will hit. On top of being an incredible chiropractor, Dr. Steve is genuinely a great person—easy to talk to, funny, and really caring. He takes the time to listen and make sure you’re comfortable during every visit. I couldn’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: I received lasar treatments for severe headaches for 6 treatments. My headaches have subsequently decreased. I would recommend these treatments to anyone having headaches. The environment is friendly, the wait time is minimal and the personal are kind and caring.

Fantastic experience: Just started going to this clinic, having transferred from another in town. I currently see Dr. Karsten and am already seeing results from the treatments I get. They are thorough in their pre-treatment exams and really listen to you as the patient and to how you are doing. Dr. Hansen, Dr. Kasten, Kim and Bridget will treat you like family (in a good way) and make you feel right at home. If you're looking for the 'snap-crack-there you go' clinic this is not the place for you. They will, however, put you on the path to wellness and partner with you the whole way.

Fantastic experience: My parents always believed in Chiropractic -they claimed it helped them so much. I think Dr. Hansen and Dr. Kasten have made me a believer. I had back, neck and knee pain for more than a few years. In just over a month my body feels so much better already. My knees have next to no pain and the other areas are definitely improving. If you are on the fence give these two doc's a chance- they are straight up and consistent in their care and the rest of the staff is amazing!

Fantastic experience: We found Dr. Hanson and Back in Action Chiropractic care shortly after moving to Green Bay. We had tried another chiropractor but I was still struggling with neck/jaw pain. I have been to chiropractors most of my adult life seeing the value of maintaining a healthy spine for various health benefits. I say this to let you know that until coming here no one addressed the root cause of helping with the problem of why I had neck pain. Dr. Hanson did! Through traction and stretching and adjustment my neck has been feeling what I imagine a normal neck does - great!!! So very thankful! I could go on and on about the staff, his assistant Dr. Caston - they are all great. Compassionate and caring. It is hard to find both someone who truly listens and is knowledgeable and capable to address issues. I had more than the norm (as I have jaw issues too and they were able to address that as well!) They do both at Back in Action. Not to mention I had a really bad fall recently and they were there to help me when I needed it most getting me in, patient and caring, getting me X-rays and adjusted and cared for. I cannot say enough about the compassionate staff, knowledge and the results! So thankful for Dr. Hanson and the whole staff at Back in Action!

Second appointment, they will go through a care plan with you and start your treatment. Simple as that! I made an appointment as soon as possible hoping I could get the help I needed without needing to go to my primary doctor. You see my life had changed from actively going on walks to only walking 2 blocks and in pain! This pain was from years of wear and tear on my body. I am in my sixties and feel amazing after one month of a treatment plan that he explains to you after you fill out an information sheet and x-rays. Fantastic experience: After going to a chiropractor a few times and didn't feel any change, a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Hansen. He was very thorough with different types of strength and range of motion tests. After a month I have definitely noticed a change in my neck and don't get headaches nearly as frequent as I was. The girls there are fantastic and it's a very welcoming environment!

Fantastic experience: I had lower back pain that was prohibiting me from my usually activity, so I went to see Dr. Hansen for my first time ever at a chiropractor. He gave me a plan, and in just one month, not only am I back to doing burpees, but I am more flexible than I was as a teenager! Still getting my regular adjustments and don’t plan to stop.

Fantastic experience: I went to Back in Action on a referral from my daughter-in-law. At age 61, this was my first experience with a chiropractor. My hip and lower back had been giving me trouble for well over a year and it seemed to be getting worse. Fantastic experience: I went to Back in Action after having severe pain in my shoulder and neck for almost a year! I had lost strength and could not even open a jar from the refrigerator! Dr Hansen was very thorough taking x-rays and developing a good treatment plan. I felt relief from the pain after the first session. After my second week of treatment I noticed my strength returning. I opened a jar of pickles with little effort and my pain had reduced in my shoulder allowing me to return to my work out protocols.

Fantastic experience: Here’s a quick little back story. I had terrible back pain a few months back. I had done physical therapy first, but it didn’t cut it. I needed relief and wanted to find a new solution. In all honesty a chiropractor was not my first thought. I have been terrified of them ever since I knew what one was. Mostly because of the unknown . But i was in dire need for any type of relief. And It just so happens that I came across Dr.Hansen’s practice on social media. So I checked out his website and decided to swallow my pride and give it a chance. Let me tell you, I am so happy that I did! After I had my first few adjustments, I couldn’t believe how I felt. I haven’t felt a sense of freedom in months. I just felt so open and the pain I was having in my lower back wasn’t there like it had been. Not only that, my mood instantly changed from about a 30% to 100%. I maintained that mood since my first adjustment and it’s something I haven’t felt in what feels like ages. With that being said that’s how I knew I came to the right place. Not only does Dr.Hansen know what he’s talking about but he takes the time to talk with you about what’s going on/what is happening and makes sure you understand, he makes you feel at home, truly cares and takes care of your problems/concerns, and treats you as if you were his own family. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Back in Action for your chiropractic needs!! I was referred to Dr. Hansen by a friend (who is also a client) for a pinched nerve in my neck. Besides the pain and numbness in my arms and hands, the pinched nerve was causing me not to sleep - I was a mess. From the first minute that I walked in the door I have had an awesome experience. Dr. Hansen takes a comprehensive approach to identifying the issues and then creating a course of action for treatment. Even though my road to recovery was a bit "rocky", Dr. Hansen and hist staff were extremely patient with me. I can tell that he really cares about my health and well being. Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Hansen in extreme pain! It was worse than my double knee replacements of 13 years before. Dr Hansen was recommended by my sister and my friend, both are very satisfied longtime patients. I had been dealing with a pinched nerve for over a month. My shoulder blade hurt and the pain ran down my left arm and also numbed two fingers. It has only been a few weeks and my pain is almost gone. In fact, I was able to get some relief after the first adjustment. Dr Hansen is very thorough and would not do an adjustment on me until after he did several tests and X-rays. While that wasn’t what I wanted to hear that day, I gained even more respect for Dr Hansen because of it. He wanted to make sure he could help me without doing more harm. He started adjustments the very next day. Dr Hansen has helped me tremendously! I am able to sleep again and function without pain. Had pain in center of back between shoulder blade causing hard time breathing. He made me hold cushion and twisted me like a pretzel and it popped and pain was instantly gone. Greatest relief ever.
