Negative experience: I don't recommend anyone to get their gift card for Ozone therapy. There will clearly state it doesn't expire, but will tell it's has expired when you go for it. Very deceptive organization.

Dr. Steve is very knowledgeable about chiropractic medicine and I walked away from my treatment with a greater knowledge of my spine and neck anatomy, functionality and health. The office is always clean and the nursing staff (hi Maria and Alexis!!)is very kind, friendly, compassionate and understanding. I ran late a lot, and it was never an issue. Overall, if I needed a chiropractor going forward, Iceberg Marietta would be at the top of my list. Had to add a picture on the wonderful rolling table. ☺️

Atlanta is 4 hours from where I live, but the sauna here is superior to the options in my area and makes the drive worth it. Negative experience: Dr. Traverso was very through and pleasant. Her staff dropped the ball with getting info for my scheduled MRI. An additional MRI will cost $300.00 for work absence & co pay. I am uncertain if insurance will cover another MRI. Staff is incompetent , they texted at 12am, unprofessional. The doctor is good if you put up the other nonsense.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this office for about 3 months now due to neck pain. They've been super professional and efficient every time I go in. For starters they began by doing a physical evaluation and taking an x-ray that showed me exactly what was wrong and discussed my treatment plan (3x per week for 3 months). I never have to wait to start treatment, it always goes like clockwork, usually it takes about an hour, and the staff are all exceptionally personable and gentle. The office has all of the latest and most effective equipment. For example, my appointments go 1. STEM 2. Stretching on a chair that allows for deeper stretches than I could get on the floor 3. Chiropractic adjustment from both a massage gun and the doctor 4. Traction stretching for my entire back and neck. I've noticed dramatic improvement and due to the x-rays I know exactly what's wrong and know that I'll get to actually see the improvement on top of feeling it. Before I came in it was difficult to turn to check my blind spots while driving and due to this therapy I've been consistently improving without having to take any time off of work and have experienced more mobility in all of my daily tasks. Also because of the thoroughness of the physical evaluation and treatment plan I know I'm not being strung along in a money-making scheme, I actually get to experience truly preventative treatment that I can use to continue strengthening my body to hopefully keep me from ever having to have major surgery due to misalignment.

Negative experience: Do not go here now. Dr Carla was the one who managed my care and was wonderful. Its as though she had magic in her hands. I always felt instant relief with a nice tingly sensation that lasted for days. Unfortunately Dr Carla has relocated. Now there is another Dr there. As her hands touched me to do an adjustment, it felt as though she was very unexperienced and I never got those same pops that Dr Carla could do. This new Doctor who I feel has less experience, placed me on a stretch machine which I have used before with a relaxing sensation, however this new Doctor must have made weights too heavy because I was in pain after only 3 min. I resulted to tapping out like a wrestler would desperately to stop the pain. This new doctor said it is going to be some discomfort and to expect. After that session, I knew I would never come to this location ever ever again even if it was the last Chiropractic office on the planet. I miss Dr Carla.

Fantastic experience: First experience with a chiropractor was with the Marietta location of Iceberg Health, and I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my chiropractic health. Dr. Marrero and Dr. Patel have been amazing, as well as all of the staff (especially Jasmine and Elyse). They are very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and put you at ease. The facility is very clean—they wipe down everything between clients and everyone wears masks— and I don’t have any reservations of visiting during the pandemic. Since initially visiting in December my lower back pain, energy levels, and even acid reflux have all improved. They are all really passionate about what they do and are sincerely invested in helping people heal holistically. I never leave reviews but I had to shout them out. Thank you team at Iceberg Health—Marietta!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place. It seems small from the outside but it's actually quite large inside. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and very helpful with any questions you may have. The building is very clean, bathrooms included. I live in Villa Rica which is an hour away but this place is worth the trip for me. I especially love the Ozone Therapy they have available there. The woman in charge of it is extremely sweet, caring and wise in her field. The ozone therapy is very relaxing, cleansing and healing. You immediately feel refreshed after the first visit. It basically forces oxygen into your body through your pores using ozone which is antibacterial. Some people would say that they don't have the money to spend on something like this but I say health is a priority! Would you rather be healthy and happy and never get sick again OR have your fast food everyday, your cigarettes, your soft drinks, your alcohol or whatever other vice you may have, all of which are terrible and deteriorating your health? The Ozone therapy is well worth the money and the more you buy the more you save! I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially for the Ozone Therapy!

Positive experience: Dr. Carla is awesome. She is highly skilled and has helped my pain significantly. The office is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is super kind and pleasant. No issues with scheduling, very minimal waiting. Personally, I think this is the best chiropractor I've seen. However, I have to take off one star only due to how lax the office is with other people wearing their masks. The staff is pretty good about it, usually. Sometimes noses are hanging out. For this reason, I would NOT recommend anyone older or at risk of Covid come here.
