Fantastic experience: Fusion is outstanding, from the workouts to the coaches! In one hour I get cardio and sculpting. They hit different muscle groups each day. Fantastic experience: I joined fusion in october 2023 and I absolutely love it! I never liked going to the gym before but i am genuinely excited to go to fusion. boxing workouts with renee are my personal favorites and the hour flies by too quick! I like the workout split at fusion and it’s a great workout regardless of your ability, the coaches are awesome and i have been seeing amazing results!

Fantastic experience: Total body transformation is what you will get if you spend one hour a day at fusion, integrated fitness studio. The staff is amazing and the workouts are skillfully crafted by educated fitness trainers to maximize the time you spend working out I have noticed my body change, and I am forever grateful for the time I have spent at Fusion! It is also a small business, which is inspiring to see excel because of the passion, that the two Brothers have put into create such a beautiful expression of fitness and community…. where all body types are welcome, and everyone feels supported by one another. And I have tried to create a similar work out for myself at home, and this made me appreciate all the time and talent that goes into creating each workout that they make custom for each day. And the staff is excited about each work out, which is palpable by the way they teach the class and motivate us. Even when I go on those days when I feel less motivated once I make it in the door their smiles, enthusiasm for the workout and the upbeat environment make me want to give my workout all that I can. It’s also a clean and modern facility with high quality equipment and it clears my mind when I’m there because of the well thought out organization and zen fitness vibe! I joined after running into a friend, I hadn’t seen for a year who had lost 20 pounds, and her skin was glowing and I asked her what she had been doing………it was fusion!

Fantastic experience: I joined Fusion in its inaugural year after seeing their flyer in the local burrito place. Prior to my first class, I had not participated in dedicated exercise since approx. 1997 when I struck out looking during what I later learned was a pivotal community softball game. My first class at Fusion was lower body. I do not recommend this as a first class if you had only been using your legs for things like walking to elevators, and getting up and down from bar stools. I did not return for 3 months after this class. Upon my return, they generously allowed me to complete the 2 week unlimited trial I had initially signed up for. They're very reasonable there at Fusion. If something is too advanced, they will help you modify. If running isn't your thing, they have bikes and rowers. Can't lift a 5 pound weight yet? Try no weights! It's a highly customizable workout for a group setting. You will be challenged but not uncomfortable. There are no weird locker rooms. Change at home. Class starts and ends on time, always. There are occasional dance-work out parties. The sound system is good, music sometimes questionable. The schedule is flexible, and classes are never cancelled outside acts of nature or certain holidays. I am currently well over 1000 classes. I still do not participate in any organized sport. This the only gym I attend. I can do pull-ups, and I now know what a T-R-X is used for. If you have any inclination to try to get into some kind of shape, there's no reason not to try this place.

Fantastic experience: Update: it's been a year that I've been coming to this gym and I've never been in such good comprehensive shape. I have never been more excited to go to the gym. The facility is so clean and you can tell right away that the owners and coaches take pride in their work and building a community at fusion. There is a perfect balance struck by the coaches of pushing the class but letting you take what modifications you might need on a particular day. It has been so fun and encouraging to see my endurance and strength build in a relatively short period of time due to the expertly planned classes (that are different every day!). The workouts most certainly keep you on your toes and are a main reason why you want to come as often as possible.

Fantastic experience: This place is the real thing…my body is changing in such a functionally positive way through their unique approach to fitness…the exercises are fun and work multiple joints at the same time. I came to fusion with a tear in my rotator cuff and meniscus as wel…and 1 month out my knee and shoulder are rehabilitating and feeling strong again. The staff is super knowledgeable and has helped me adapt to meet my needs….my physical appearance is gradually improving with my posture looking more confident and my clothes fitting better…it’s a small family business with a staff that motivates you and pushes you to be your best. The people attending seem to all just want to focus on their own program and get things done…so there is no feeling of competitiveness….it’s just he best workout place I e ever had the privilege to be a part of….gotta go heading to fusion now but just wanted to say how grateful I feel for this awesome place…it’s a real jewel. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about this gym! I have NEVER looked forward to working out until now. Every single trainer is so nice and motivating. They truly make you feel like it’s a one on one workout even though these are classes. They pay attention to everyone’s specific needs/capabilities. The classes are energetic and FUN. Everyone who attends is so friendly and it’s such a positive atmosphere. They are always switching things up so it never gets boring. People of all physical levels would feel great coming here. You go at your pace as you build your strength and endurance. I’m in the best shape of my life in my 40’s thanks to Fusion. I used to be an athlete when I was younger so that says a lot! If you are on the fence about picking a gym and want a great workout and to have fun while doing it, this is the place to be. Forget the big box gyms and come to Fusion. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: Fusion is great! As someone who does not enjoy working out and has tried multiple gyms and types of classes, I have to say I’m impressed. Classes are challenging, they push you but you’re also able to work at your own speed to your own ability. The intervals keep things interesting by rotating exercises, which is nice; if one exercise isn’t working for you you just power through for a couple minutes and move on to the next. There’s always different equipment and routines so you’re never bored (no one leg day is the same!) It’s also nice that they hold the same class all day, so if you can’t make your regular time you can come at a different time and didn’t miss out. New, clean equipment, good music, engaging instructors that will actually get on the floor and do reps with the class, all around good vibes. Plus free parking lot!!! It’s a small business that you can tell they put a lot of pride and work into, and it shows. For someone who doesn’t want to work out, they definitely keep me coming back.

Fantastic experience: I went to my first class at Fusion a little over a year ago and this is my favorite gym (and the best one)! I love that Fusion fits all fitness levels and you choose the weight. The workouts are always different so it's always a great challenge everyday. The atmosphere is wonderful and the coaches are so supportive and push you to always give your best! Going to these classes are always my highlight for the day!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Fusion for 2 years. I love walking in and hearing the music, and everyone there is so supportive and uplifting. Fusion is a workout I never dread doing. I actually really look forward to it. It is definitely one of the hardest workouts I have ever done, but finding a workout place that I look forward to going to has made me work my hardest during every class. The coaches are knowledgeable, and that is always very helpful!

Fantastic experience: This type of workout was new to me so it really challenges me to pick up the intensity while also focusing on the movements. The instructors are very helpful in correcting form and giving alternative movements if you have an injury. You choose how hard to push yourself and it’s you against yourself in the class. It’s a good use of an hour to zone out, focus on yourself, and get a great workout in.

Fantastic experience: I am a HUGE advocate and super fan of Fusion Integrated Training. I have tried so many different high intensity workout techniques, and I find Fusion is the best and most enjoyable. The 1st class coaches are dedicated to helping you achieve all your goals in the most efficient way, and even encouraging you to push your limits. They integrate various types of core, cardio, and strength movements for a full body workout. You are alternating between treadmills/bikes/row machines to weights/TRX/resistance bands, which I love because my heart rate increases for maximum training.

Fantastic experience: Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better....this gym pulls out all the stops to make sure you have the best workout! I arrived extremely sore today due to the intense Double Strength Arms & Abs class at the Grosse Pointe Park location, so Coach Rebecca made the effort to rub out a knot in my upper back. WOW. Amazing. Coach Karoline kept me motivated during my whole 30 second Chin Up Hold Challenge. I couldn’t have made the full 30 seconds without her! Last, but never least, owner PJ made sure I stayed focused on my remaining challenges this month, with 3 minute lunges after class! Can’t wait to keep coming back for more.
