Fantastic experience: First and for most when I first came here I thought my body was going to give up on me I was in so much pain I couldn't take it no more missing work ,couldn't play with my grand babies like I use to and couldn't even do chores around the house and my social life I thought was over. But when I tell you through out the days they made me feel like I was at home the treatment was awesome, and I started getting better and better and I hate that today is my last day because I feel like a brand new person I thank them so much for caring for me the way they did.They didn't give up on me when I thought it was over and I thank them for that .If I could give them a thousand stars I would thank you all for an amazing job GOD BLESS

Fantastic experience: The day I visited Aligned 4 Life, I was bring my grand daughter in for her services and had just left physical therapy myself and the pain I was feeling was evident to all. I could not sit or stand without pain. I took a chance and decided to get the Alignment services with Dr. J Fowler, Jr.,, when he was done I still had a little pain but that subsided as the hours passed. When I returned to physical therapy they were impressed with my progress from that one session. I will be having more sessions with them soon. If your in pain, please check them out.

Fantastic experience: I brought my teenage son in for a hamstring sports injury. After taking him to several PT sessions with another company, my son wasn’t healing. I felt he wasn’t getting what he needed. That’s when a friend referred Aligned 4 Life, and I’m so glad she did. First, Tosha. She’s very personable and funny. You can tell she enjoys being a part of the Aligned 4 Life team. Next, Dr. Folwer. He’s a Dr and comedian. It helps when you’re knowledgeable in your profession, passionate, personable and love what you do. He didn’t just realign my son, but Dr. Fowler educated us on the anatomy of the body and put in perspective the why behind the what. How everything is connected and got to the root of what causes pain in different body parts. We discussed my son’s X-ray results together in detail. While I was very nervous because this was our first time at a chiropractor, Dr. Fowler assured me that my son was in good hands. My son felt better leaving than when he came in. We didn’t have this experience at the other company. It was actually vice versa. Thank you Dr. Fowler and Tosha for your everything today and making us feel comfortable. You have lifetime clients.

Fantastic experience: Before coming in for my first appointment I was dealing with some upper back and shoulder pain as well as pain in my hips and lower back. I'm an RN and I deal with pain possibly from poor body mechanics at work dealing with patients and sitting at the desk. The doctor here was so kind and thorough. Explained everything to me and answered my several questions! He was able to paint a picture to what was going on wonderfully. After he did his work snapping and popping everything lol PAINLESSLY, I felt sooo great! I told him I felt as though there was a brain fog over me that had been lifted and I could see and think better instantly. My hips and shoulders felt better and I feel like my posture was instantly improved as well. Booked my next appointment right away.

After so many Medical Doctor's and their injections, therapies and diagnosis, I was still left without the ability to walk in full and pain. After a second Ortho Doctor's opinion, my injury was diagnosed as a completely smashed disc, in my vertabre. Fantastic experience: For my first visit, Dr. Fowler informed me of processes. He informed me that coming to Aligned 4 Life can be life changing. Dr. Fowler explained how the nervous system is connected and how the spine works to help heal the entire body. I can't lie, I really didn't think that it would happen the way he said. BUT, I had to have my annual doctor visit. My doctor had a lot of questions about what I have been doing. I had to sit back and think for a minute and found that the only thing that I had been doing is my scheduled chiropractic visit. Everything that my doctor was saying that I was borderline on was normal. BP 120/70... Blood sugar AFTER having breakfast 103. My nurse asked for my doctor's name. I smiled and said Dr. Fowler. My primary care Dr. said, wow he is making changes in your life. If I can say anything else I would say this. When you have a doctor that can tie in the steps that God took him through and how he looks to God to continue to show him the way. That is a doctor that you really should try.

Fantastic experience: If I could give A4L 101 stars, it wouldn't be enough. Where do I even begin? I've been afraid of going to a chiropractor for about 12 years, from the first moment I realized I had a desire to go. So, it literally took me 12 years to build up the courage which is a FEAT. Part of the way I was able to surrender to this particular desire for help, was talking into the office one day and telling Dr. Fowler I was afraid but wanted to try and then him talking to me for about 30 mins about the healing benefits of chiropractic sessions. I've been working on healing my nervous system for years now, I am into Reiki, acupuncture, and other holistic modalities so when he said that, something clicked and I knew I had to try. My first session was with Dr. Williams. It was AMAZING. He really took his time with me and explained everything and answered all my questions, I went way over scheduled time but it was such a wonderful experience to be cared for for what I actually needed vs. in and out in the capitalistic way we've become accustomed to accepting in Western Medicine. One of my first big pops, I released belly deep, soul inspiring laughter! I recalled Dr. Williams telling me that apart of what makes chiropractic sessions so helpful is that it supports the release of stagnant energy. That means that there has been much repressed laughter inside of me. I was so happy to release it, it felt SO GOOD to laugh until i cried and for the space to be safe to do so. Dr. Williams encouraged me not to hold back, to let it all out and was very patient even as my mind tried to convince me to hold back as not to take up too much time. The reason it's necessary to share such explicit details is that the work they do is really that serious. Laughter is medicine for the soul, and I had been suppressing my own soul's medicines out of trauma and fear of being disruptive and loud. This space is so scared for Black Humans especially, because we are forced to contain so much joy out of the necessity of survival in this dangerous country. So it felt really amazing to find a place to thrive in my physical vessel. My first session left me feeling... like i was walking on clouds. I felt, in my body, like i was floating around, effortlessly. That's the type of stress i was able to release after ONE session. around my 3rd session is when I was able to work with Dr. Fowler. INCREDIBLE AS WELL! After my session with Dr. Fowler, I was able to release a huge amount of pinned up grieve... grieve from roaming in such an unsafe world and trying to navigate and survive it. AGAIN, sacred space was held for me to release, and I was encouraged to take MY TIME and I was also reminded that this is a NORMAL RESPONSE TO MY EXPERIENCE. I think apart of my grieve is just the realization I have been able to create such a reality for myself-- thriving space, and with MY DOCTORS! After this session, I have been really IN my body. Releasing so much trauma from my system has allowed me to observe that my natural state is really calm and tranquil. The sensation of "floating" in my body is NORMAL for me when I am not under duress and stress from the outside environment. I'm really grateful to give back here so I can figure out how to HOLD IT. Necessary life changes will be needed, but it is worth it, all the work I've done to get here is encouraging. "Highly recommend" isn't sufficient enough of words to articulate how powerful my experiences have been with A4L, how healing and necessary this practice is and how vital these doctors are in their work. Fantastic experience: I've had tight neck, shoulder and lower back muscles for years that date back to high school and college. I didn't stretch as I know I should and have had limited exercise over the past few years. I fell on my left hip on the 17th of May that rapidly got worse until I had no choice but seek medical attention on May 27th due to extreme pain and the inability to walk. Called a friend and told them what happened and they recommended a visit to Aligned 4 Life. After talking with Tasha on the phone I was pleasantly surprised that I could be worked in that day at noon. Arrived, took x-rays and seen Dr Fowler, who completed the assessment. Being in much pain and unable to walk upright upon arrival I was beyond thankful to be able to move about after only one treatment. I do physical labor at work, walking, bending, squatting and lifting constantly are in my daily activities. I could not have completed my past weeks work without the treatment that I initially received. I'm leaving my second visit and I'm excited about the progress, I'm not 100% yet but I'm functioning with a much improved state. It amazes me at how long I've dealt with pain and thought it was a part of getting older (53). I'm currently set for bi-weekly visits for a month and will discuss with Dr. Fowler continued visits on a regular basis. Personal wellness is something that I've not taken serious but after engaging in conversations with office Personal and Dr. Fowler I'm drinking the necessary amounts of water for my body size, stretching as prescribed, watching my food intake and sleeping better. Fantastic experience: Love this place!! From the moment I walked in felt so welcoming. I been having back pain for about 2 years & not one doctor could tell me what was wrong. After seeing Dr. Fowler I feel better. What got me hype was that he took X-rays of my spine to see what the issue is & discussed it with me. Most chiropractic offices do not do that. The pain I had coming in has decreased 50% & this my first appointment. I will be back.

Fantastic experience: My son who is type 1 diabetic was having some pain and numbness through his body. I talked with Dr. Fowler and he said to bring him in. He began to talk to us and explained how the spine and the central nervous system works. Then he adjusted my son. He was informative and help to ease my sons worries and discomfort. Fantastic experience: My first experience was eye opening, and educational. I learned more about the function of the human nervous system and bone alignment in my first visit at Aligned 4 Life than I have at any hospital from some so called doctor…the staff is very respectful, professional, knowledgeable, and understanding to your needs, they care for you and about you, you are not just a cardboard cutout to practice on, push drugs to and recommend surgery for correction of what may be wrong. At Aligned 4 Life they take the time to really understand and correct what is causing you problems, and they are honest with you about it. If anyone is going to care for you they first need to care about you and at Aligned 4Life they do both. The therapy I am receiving from Dr. Fowler at Aligned 4Life I know is making a difference.

Fantastic experience: This is my first appointment I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel after watching many videos of adjustments being done… I was kind of scared but Dr. Fowler definitely put my mind at ease he was gentle very detailed and helped me to understand all the problems that I had going on.
