Fantastic experience: This isn’t your typical back crack shack! Dr Bohemier is amazing at what he does and further more he truly cares about you getting better. I think he gets more excited about me getting better than I do lol. The philosophy here is to get your body out of its own way and let it heal on its own and I absolutely love this. There is so much offered here in the way of natural healing and avoiding, if possible, pharmaceuticals. From diet plan and recipe books to essential oils and their benefits (I was very skeptical of oils before coming here). They have also offered FREE educational seminars about chemicals and toxins in the home. It’s difficult to list all their techniques because not all may be right for you, he is very careful about putting the correct information in your path, the rest is up to you. This place is akin to getting a personal trainer on how to live a healthier lifestyle after being inundated by fast food and bad screen time posture. If you are looking to better your life style and are willing to put in the work on your end (not just expecting chiropractor to be a magical pill for you) then this is the place for you. I have enrolled all 5 of my family members into his program, kids ranging from 7-14 because of how much I believe in this system and how much it’s already helped me in just 30 days. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would here! Edit: I edit to add that the ladies that work the front are of the sweetest and kindest people. If there was ever a place that made me feel like I was walking into the show “cheers” this is the place.

Fantastic experience: Since starting care at Legacy Family Chiropractic in just 4 weeks I have made nice progress in getting my spine closer into alignment. I believe it's been the encouraging words and friendly staff at Dr Steph's Max Living clinic and how he is a teacher every time I go in that has made a difference in my progress. He reminded me that the more I worked at it the better so I wanted to give it my all and believing that I could heal and reverse my situation because he made it easy to understand how our bodies can heal when we develop better posture and do the in home care exercises regularly. Fantastic experience: My 1st experience with a chiropractor was 4 weeks ago. Prior to that I have never been to a chiropractor before, was too scared and nervous to even try. The pain I keep having in my lower back(from a work injury) lead to sciatica and arthritis in my right hip. And my feet hurt also. Which meant medication taking was excessive . I saw Family Legacy on facebook and said I’m going to give this a try. What could it hurt? (everything) joking. That 1st adjustment blow my mind that I cried and I felt amazing. The pain throughout my body eased I’m taking less pain now. I even raced my 6 year old son and beat him . Fantastic experience: Had a bout of the runs for 2 weeks, after going to the urgent care and getting put on the Brat diet and being recommended to get a camera up my rear…. I told the chiropractor what was going on and he said (come in let’s get some pressure off that vagus nerve) he also recommended a VERY different diet which is much tastier……. Well 30 hours later completely normal movements Hospital doctors would have had me starving to death and shoving cameras around all for nothing and never would have fixed me

Fantastic experience: I have suffered with migraines since I was seven years old…. I have had every test done me including one for multiple sclerosis, my eyes were checked in case that was causing my migraines. They got to a point where during my migraine it was like I would blackout and I couldn’t remember anything that happened during these migraine episodes. I was taking pain meds almost daily for these episodes. I also started developing a hunchback which I believed to be inevitable and inherited since my grandfather had one and he went from 6’5 to under 5’0 tall. Since going to Legacy Family Chiropractic I am no longer taking pain meds daily I have only had a couple migraines versus having them daily and my hunchback is almost completely gone. Fantastic experience: I heard Dr Steph speak at the “Rooted Symposium” on February 2024 put on by Brook Mishler. The Symposium was out there to not only educate but give us true life examples of healing; as well as being an advocate for your health! I’ve been getting adjustments done by Dr Steph since March and I’ve learned so much about spines and the need to take care of it. My spine in particular in my neck was/is in a bad place. Treatment is turning it around and most importantly keeping it from going the wrong way. The pain I had in my legs is no longer there. I am sleeping better. My body stiffness is turning into flexibility and balance, and I’ve experienced a more ‘happy’ in my step. Advice to anyone - don’t wait! Get yourself checked out and learn! Dr Steph and his staff care! Second, I am using Softwave therapy at Legacy Family on my hips because my hips are moderate to severe arthritic. I’ve had much improvement in my walk, and pain has diminished greatly. What an awesome therapy Legacy Family has to offer! My goal is not to have hip replacement surgery. Fantastic experience: I have finally found a Chiropractors office where you are listened too! Dr. Steph not only wants to improve your spinal function he wants to find the root causes. Very refreshing point of view in today's medical world. I love that this office takes chiropractic and mixes it with physical therapy exercises. I have been going for about 7 weeks now and have had significant improvement in my heavily forward facing neck and L5/S1 disc issues. My pain has reduced from an 8 to a 2-3 most days.

Fantastic experience: I am now 1 month into chiropractic care with Dr. Steph. It is amazing already the difference. I am 70 hrs old and met him at a craft show I went to. Must have been destined. Not only is my neck pain better, which is what I came in for, but so many other improvements. Most days my fibromyalgia is so much better, my bathroom habits have massively improved, and I have lost weight over the holidays which is Amazing! Dr. Steph goes above and beyond to explore the root cause of your symptoms. He’s very patient and takes the time to really look at the whole picture. The plan he laid out for me was clear and easy to follow. I have had lower back pain for many years and nothing has helped to relieve it. In the last year and a half I’ve had to stop running and working out due to the pain and instability in my back. After reviewing my X-rays with Dr. Steph it was clear that I not only had a problem with my lower back but also had several issues going on with my spine that were causing other symptoms as well. After going to Legacy Family Chiropractic for just over a month I’ve already seen amazing results! My lower back pain is gone for the most part. Fantastic experience: After many many years of seeking medical treatment, PT, chiropractic and pain management for my neck and back, I was encouraged by a friend to try working with Dr. Steph. I thought, "OK, but if this doesn't help, I'll just have to live with my pain." Well, I just finished my first month of treatments and home exercises and had an xray taken of my neck. I was SO surprised to see the improvement in 30 days!!!! So, if there is anyone out there who also is discouraged with getting help, but no improvement, I now highly recommend working with Dr. Steph. He has a wonderful "bedside manner" in that he quietly and gently encourages, as well as gives advice. He gives me hope in my journey. The difference I see in his care is that it is all individualized treatment, working with xrays which show exactly where the issues are. After all these years I now feel like there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Fantastic experience: Legacy family Chiropractic is an incredible place. When I called them, I had just thrown out my back working and had no intentions to enter a rehab plan. I wanted my back cracked to relieve the pain but little did I know how much was wrong with me. In just 3 weeks of the rehab plan I am no longer having chronic headaches and my back is feeling better. The staff here always treats you like family and is more than willing to help you in any way. They have 3 very reasonable payment plans to make it affordable. I recommend them to anyone who has had any back or neck pain. Even if you want to just get checked I highly recommend it. Even if you are not having pain I would still recommend getting checked out because you never know what you may find.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Steph's work and the exercise/stretching methods calmed my chronic hip pain so that it rarely flares. More recently, I've had shoulder pain for some months caused by arthritis and bone spurs, according to an MRI. Dr. Steph added a small adjustment to my regular stretching routine and the pain subsided in less than a week. Remarkable. I'm grateful.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I would like to start off by saying, Legacy, family chiropractic is such a warm and welcoming place to come. Very friendly people. I also would like to tell my story. When I fist came into this chiropractic office, I had back pain, leg pain and very bad menstrual cramping. In just two wks I now have NO leg cramping and menstrual cramping, as well as of 10-18-2022 I have hardly any back pain. I now feel like I could run a marathon. Lol so for those that feel there is no hope, let me reinsure you there. There is most definitely hope. All one had to do is reach out for the help. This can’t be done by its self. Fantastic experience: I had no intentions of seeking out a chiropractic series until I found out from my daughter that she actually grew in height because her spine became straighter. She also has no more back pain. In the time of one month my neck flexibility has increased. I had a more forward head posture which is now slowly starting to improve. My body feels more flexible. I am participating in the other pillars of health and I am much more aware of the food I put in my body and the toxins that are around us on a daily basis. This is definitely a worthwhile commitment to overall body health.

Fantastic experience: When I first started my journey to better health I was in a lot of pain, taking different pain medication multiple times a day, and experiencing some dizziness when walking. After 30 days of weekly adjustments and and following the at home exercise and diet plan provided by Dr. Steph I noticed I a huge difference! I was able to cut my medication intake down by more then half and the dizziness was completely gone after the first two weeks. The staff at Legacy Family Chiropractor provide the best customer service, they are very knowledgeable, and the facility is very well kept and child friendly.

Fantastic experience: I only have good things to say about Legacy Chiropractic. You are always greeted with a smile when you walk in the door, and when you leave. I suffered with menieres disease, with daily dizziness and nausea. After about 5 weeks of treatment with Dr Steph, I have not had any more issues. For that I am so grateful!

Fantastic experience: Dr Stephen has helped me a lot. I used to have headaches all the time. I might have 1 or 2 a week instead of 4 or 5 a day. My knees used to hurt most of the time and now they hardly hurt. I noticed that my rings of the ears has decreased. My ears used to ring so loud that they kept me awake at nights. I'm thankful that my granddaughter talked me into going to Legacy Family Chiropractic. Dr Stephen is good at making you relax so he can do what he needs to do to put you body back where it belongs.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad that I took advantage of the new patient package that was offered at my office. I didn't realize that I had any back issues but apparently I did. After the 1st month of adjustments my sleep quality improved dramatically. Now that I've had a few more months of Chiropractic care it continues to get better. Who would have thought?
