Fantastic experience: The studio was very clean and the staff was very organized w a friendly hello when you walk in. The attendant that did my massage was very good as she was very knowledgeable on all techniques of massage and she worked on my quad muscles and hamstrings as I had just had a full knee replacement . I would highly recommend this studio !

Angela and Tova, managing the operations are kind and friendly, always helpful making appointments and ensuring my comfort when I arrive. Dr. Rasmussen always spends the time needed to address my health issues. She is kind, compassionate, and thorough. I am also receiving medical massage services that has been very helpful in supporting Dr. Rassmussen's treatments. I have not had to have spinal injections for my back pain since seeing Dr. R. As medical professional myself, I am very happy with my care and would highly recommend Dr. Rasmussen.

Fantastic experience: I haven't lived in Michigan for 30+ years but was having issues with my feet and knees. While I didn't know I was out of adjustment, I suspected as much and contacted RHC because they're in the ChiroHealth network. Dr. Eric did a comprehensive pre adjustment assessment of mobility and pain centers before putting me on the adjustment table and stretching me out and having a final look at me. It turned out that I was so far out of sorts that my right leg was about an inch longer than the left. After the adjustments, my knees were essentially pain free. There is a bit of residual discomfort but I think it's due to having spent a ridiculous amount of time on my feet (several weeks) without any sort of adjustment. I highly recommend RHC and will be visiting them again when I'm in Michigan for more than a couple of weeks.

Negative experience: TL;DR: Greedy, elitist, snobby, and rude. The quality of care is good, but the fees are astronomically high (and we have excellent teacher's insurance). There is a $100 "refundable" new patient fee that took months to be refunded. They pressured my husband into scheduling multiple appointments at once before we even received a bill for the first appt, so we did not know what the cost would be. We finally had to cancel all of his appointments because we still hadn't received a bill for almost 2 months. When my husband called to politely ask a few questions about our bill, the receptionist was rude and curt. We will be taking our business to a clinic that treats us as patients, not customers.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this practice! I’ve been seeing Dr. Monica for just under 4 years, and she has helped me through shoulder pain, hip pain, neck pain, and now pregnancy pains. She is so kind, and takes the time to ask me how my body is feeling and then adjusting me, as needed. I never feel rushed or like “just another patient” when I’m meeting with her. Her office staff is great, too! Very welcoming, always communicating appointments, and maintains a very clean space. I’ve found the sweet spot for me is to see her every 3 weeks, and my body runs like a well-oiled machine!

Fantastic experience: One day, out of no where, my very calm newborn started grunting aggressively. We were so confused and after a week or two passed with it getting progressively worse, we started getting very concerned. He seemed like he was in so much pain. I began reaching out to people asking for advice, and kept hearing the same thing, “try a chiropractor.” I called Gaslight Family Chiropractic and got him in with Dr Monica at her soonest availability. Within one appointment we were seeing a drastic change in his behavior. She has truly helped him so much and it amazing to see our happy, calm, sweet little guy once again. She is incredibly sweet and very personable, an overall amazing person to work with. I too have been going and working with Dr Eric who has helped me with my lower back and neck. I was having severe headaches from a tense shoulder and shooting pain down my leg. He explained everything and at my second appointment we created a care plan. Again, within even just one appointment I saw drastic improvement with myself. I cannot recommend this practice enough. They are amazing!

I have been going to my family doctor, another chiropractor and physical therapy and really never had as much relief as I did after she worked on me at my appointment. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Monica for about a year now and I am so lucky to have found such an incredibly knowledgeable Chiropractor! She takes the time to get to know you and works specifically with the needs of your body. She is not a one size fits all chiropractor. I also completed the hair analysis to see any deficiencies and she spent an hour explaining what the report says and how I can make positive changes! Also, you can’t go wrong with any of the massage therapist at Gaslight, they all are wonderful and have different techniques! To top it off they have a wonderful front desk team! I will be giving some anxiety roll ons as Christmas gifts too! This place is a drug; once you schedule your first appointment you’ll be hooked and come back for more. Fantastic experience: I have had both adjustments and massages at Gaslight Family Chiropractic. I have been blown away by not only the way they can get my body moving and feeling great, but also by the professional office staff, always looking to help out, or even to offer a friendly welcome. Dr Monica has been doing some cranial adjustment, too, which I had never had with any other chiropractor. I appreciate that she is up on a variety of new techniques and practices.

Fantastic experience: I found this practice with a Google search. I was looking for a practice near downtown, provided massage therapy, and also had a female chiropractor and LMT - I found a gem! Carmel greeted me right at the door and was so friendly and accommodating! If you park in the lot, she will validate your parking ticket for you. Doctor Monica spent over an hour with me for a consultation and adjustment. We spoke in depth about my pain and concerns, and then she explained what she believed we needed to work on. She said she really focuses on muscle therapy, in addition to adjustment, which has already made a world of difference after one visit. I’ve been dealing with a shoulder injury for 8 years, and it has recently worsened. After one session with her, I am feeling much better. I then had a massage with Alicia, and it complimented my adjustment perfectly! I’ve never had a professional massage focus time on my head and feet, and it felt so nice! Important to point out, the practice is currently only accepting BCBS insurance. I’m fortunate to have that so I only have a co-pay for the adjustment and massage, but if you don’t have BCBS, the massage would be $80, and I’m not sure the cost of the adjustment. Also worth noting is that the office space is so nice! It’s clean, modern, inviting, and has spa vibe to it, as opposed to a medical office. Finally, it’s located in Gaslight Village, so after my appointment, I ventured to Starbucks for a coffee and to read my book. Great day!

Fantastic experience: Dr Monica is my chiropractor and she is amazing. I started seeing her while uncomfortably pregnant. She helped with much of my discomfort due to pregnancy related issues up until the week before my daughter was born. My daughter, Grace, has also been seeing Dr. Monica since she was two months old. Dr. Monica is extremely knowledgeable and works so well with my daughter. Grace was a preemie and I was nervous about her being at a chiropractor at first. Dr. Monica is so gentle and Grace absolutely adores her! Dr. Monica helped with Grace's acid reflux (she is no longer on medication), her gas pains, her problems being able to turn her head and most recently she is helping to solve some issues with sleep and ear infections. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Monica to anyone that listens! She has helped so much!

Also, I need to say too that my massage therapists have been great also. In the past months I have seen Michele, Mary and Kristin and they are all AMAZING, and I’m not just saying that. I like very deep massages and targeted care and these ladies have definitely went above and beyond. Last but not least, I cannot forget Carmel, the office manager. She makes my life so much easier by seamlessly taking care of everything, working out any issues, texting if there are any issues or if a cancellation comes up that I can snag - the list goes on and on. This team is a bunch of rockstars, so if you are looking for chiropractic care, need to improve your wellness, or need to unwind with a massage, this is the place to do it!!!!

Fantastic experience: Love this place and all the staff. I get amazing massages and adjustments. I went when I was pregnant and haven’t stopped goin since. It is one of the best times of the month when I get to go in and see everyone’s lovely faces
