Fantastic experience: I had started going to Dr Beth and Dr Nate when they first opened the practice many years ago. I took a break and I have returned to a beautiful new office and some old faces and some new. Everyone there is amazing and they are putting me back on track with my spine and health. It’s like family. They re-evaluated my husband and what he is dealing with is not something they can help him with and were very up front about that from the beginning. They truly are very good people. I do not understand some of the reviews I am reading, because that is not who or how B2H works. If you have an injury or back/ shoulder, hip Pain, please go see these folks. They have helped our whole family for many years and even see my 5 year old grandson now. I wouldn’t trust to many people with that little sunshine of mine. They truly are amazing.

Fantastic experience: I am three visits in, and the experience has been nothing but pleasant. The support staff is very friendly and kind, and the chiropractic team is equally wonderful. I will also be bringing my two-year-old very soon, as this is the only facility with a licensed pediatric chiropractor! Come by, check out the facility (very lovely to the eye), and the awesome staff, and stay for the great treatment.

My first visit I was in so much pain I couldn’t sleep use my right arm or hand , after a few visits I’m doing at least 95% plus better. Fantastic experience: I had a back injury that kept me in bed for 3 days unable to move. After a couple years of pain I underwent a 3 month program at Back 2 Health. I genuinely expected to feel pain the rest of my life, but now it's entirely gone. It's up to me to take care of myself from here on out, but I wouldn't have gotten to here without the doctors and their team. Can't recommend more.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to many chiropractors but this is by far the best experience I have ever had time and time again. Fantastic experience: Just about one year ago, I called this office in desperation after seeing ortho docs, having physical therapy, taking various medications, with nothing helping my 4 month long constant shoulder/arm severe pain and numbness. As a very active person, this was devastating to me. I was scheduled for an MRI but the pain was too great to lay in the machine. I had always been a little afraid of chiropractic, but decided to give them a call, since nothing else was helping. They got me in the day after I called. I had an extremely thorough work up with Dr. Beth (much more than what the orthopedic MD did) and had x-rays and a treatment that day. Then I saw Dr. Nate regularly. After just a few visits, my pain was significantly reduced and within a month, it was GONE. They gave me my life back, and I will be forever grateful. Every single staff member is wonderful. They are like family now. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Back 2 Health since March and am loving it. I’ve had chiropractic care in the past but never such comprehensive care that addresses my issues and pain so well. They did a full exam to understand all my issues, limitations, and concerns and adjust as needed when issues flare up. I’m so grateful they are available through my care with the VA. In the 20+ years I’ve been dealing with my back (and other) issues, this is the most consistent relief I’ve experienced with a provider. I highly recommend those in need see them for a consultation. My son, age 3, asks me throughout the week, “We go see Dr. Beth to give me a back massage (adjustment) today?” Without them our family would be in pain and discomfort. Positive experience: I went here for years great doctor for my type of adjustments I need. The billing was great when Beth did it I never had an issue with my insurance and my wife’s insurance as my secondary insurance. I have 24 visits a year with a copay of 35.00 per visit so after my 24 visits are up my wife’s insurance covers me. Some how i was billed 900.00 and then 1400.00 they should have keep up with my amount of times I visited the office and then switched it over to my wife’s insurance but that didn’t happen so after a run around on this I decided I was not paying any more out of my pocket. My employer pays about 2,000.00 month for my health insurance. I refuse to pay the 717.00 that is still owed not my responsibility to switch it to my wife insurance after the 24 visits they pay someone for that. I did enjoy the visit and adjustments but I was done paying high bills each month. I seeing a new chiropractor now every time I go in he says you are on whatever visit of my 24 and knows after this my wife’s insurance covers 100%. Sorry it didn’t work out.

Fantastic experience: The doctors are both personable and very experienced chiropractors. Since my very first visit I have been amazed at the familiarity that the office staff builds with each person who walks in the door.

Negative experience: I was given a gift of health certificate from a coworker as a Christmas gift to receive free x-rays and consultation at this location. I was very excited to try a new chiropractic office, as I have worked in a chiropractic office myself, and enjoy meeting new chiropractors in our area. I was shocked when they required a $55 deposit over the phone, before seeing the office, meeting them in person, and being able to get an overall feel of the type of care I’ll be signing up for. Regardless, I paid the $55 deposit anyway. I work nights, and my husband and I are basically paycheck to paycheck as every other new family with a toddler are. The day of my appointment I had overslept, and woke up to a call from Taylor. I immediately called back, and apologized and honestly explained my situation and that I had no intentions of missing the appt., as I had paid $55 to hold my spot. They refused to refund the money. I understand that it was my error, but I just wish places of expertise such as holistic health and medicine/Chiropractic care would show more of a compassionate level of understanding. To me, the deposit, and snarky attitude I received when calling the office back, put a bad taste in my mouth that this office is money hungry, rather than genuinely caring. Again, I apologize for missing the appointment. I am a tired mom just trying to juggle life, finance and aches and pains. But I’m sure you need the $55 a lot more than I do. *** response: I have no doubt that your time holds value. However, people do make honest mistakes, and have honest struggles. I am not looking for free handouts or free care, but rather kindness in an unfortunate situation. I was not told by anyone that the $55 would be refunded to me if I were to have arrived to my appointment. Instead, I was met with attitude and rude behavior over the phone whilst I was nothing but apologetic. So to think that your comprehensive evaluation is the best in the area is hard to believe being that you lack basic human respect over the telephone.

Negative experience: I gave them all insurance information over phone as they wouldn't make appointment without it. They gave me an appointment...i show up and then they turn me away saying a referral was required in a condescending way as she pointed to my insurance card repeating you have a HMO. They never actually verified that I needed a referral because if they did my insurance company that I pay for through my employer would have told them I do not need a referral. THEY ASSUMED based on ?? My appearance? Becouse everything was fine till i walked in there. Had she actually checked before assuming based on her stereotyping people they would have had my business and money. If that's there new patient process im left to believe this is a place that would base treatment on how they classify how people should look or how well your insurance coverage "typically " is??

The level of professionalism, personal care and overall genuine interest and concern for their patients is the absolute best we’ve ever experienced. We’ve been absolutely blown away at the dedication to my husbands health that we’ve received. The level of care and compassion is unmatched and we will always come here for any and all therapeutic orthopedic care. Dr. Nate and Beth Laubach and their entire team truly care and treat the entire person, and their family. One of the afternoons I took my husband to them I was reached out to as an individual, outside of my husband, to see if I needed anything and if I was okay. These people are angels and we’ve been so blessed to have found them. If you care to read more, here’s our story: My husband hurt his back at work, which happened out of the state. I started researching doctors in the area (we’re brand new to the state). I went off of two things- the type of provider and reviews. We did not want just a crack-em and out chiropractor. We wanted physical therapy. We wanted a comprehensive approach. My husband does not want a quick fix, he wants to heal and improve. Dr. Laubach’s office looked like the place. I reached out at 10pm on a Thursday night, desperate and without hope. I used their websites chat function expecting disappointment and received hope. I was told that they’d call me first thing in the morning and was promised they’d get my husband in that afternoon, right after he landed at the airport, despite them closing around the same time I’d be able to get him there. We barely got him home on the plane. The office called me right when they opened, while I was at the airport waiting to pick him up, as promised. We drove straight from the airport to the office. The second we walked in, everyone at the front desk responded with, “Marc! How are you doing? How did you manage the flight? How are you feeling?”. The level of care and compassion is unmatched. Over the next several days my husband was cared for daily, often times with re-arranged schedules to accommodate him. He could barely walk, could barely stand and could not sit. He often times got in the front door and ended up laying on the floor. Dr. Laubach was able to recognize the severity of his situation and with his incredible help, got us into see one of the best orthopedic surgeons without having to wait months for an appointment. I am sitting in the surgical waiting room now typing this up. The pain relief and, more importantly, support Dr. Laubach and his team were able to provide for us while we got to this point is unparalleled to any health care I’ve received in my life. We are forever grateful.
