Fantastic experience: Always a truly therapeutic experience. They’ve done a great job creating a relaxing and mindful atmosphere. They offer a variety of services and make it very easy to book online. I go there regularly for massage and primarily see Sarah and Katarina, but the entire staff is great. Every session begins with checking in on where I’d like the focus to be to ensure I get the most out of my time. I always walk away feeling peaceful and like properly kneaded bread lol.

Fantastic experience: I've had massages before, but this was my first time at Little Bird Wellness. From the moment you walk into the establishment, you feel instantly welcomed and at peace. The atmosphere is very serene and clean and the customer service is outstanding. I had Beki and she was phenomenal, very accommodating and does a wonderful job of making you feel at ease while meeting your needs. I had the Himalayan Salt Scrub massage and it was out of this world! I left feeling so light and my skin felt super soft, I also had the best sleep that night! I have already booked another session and although I couldn't get my schedule to match with Becki's, I am confident that whoever I see will be just as amazing as she is!!

Fantastic experience: Olivia was phenomenal! It's been a LONG time since I've had a massage, and I have chronic muscle tension in my neck/traps/shoulders. I warned her that I knew it was tight enough to not fully release in one session, and that working too deep sometimes causes me pain that then causes more tension. She did an excellent job of balancing the pressure and gave me much relief! I hope to come back soon to see if we can get at those knots even more. I would definitely recommend Olivia, and Little Bird as a whole, to anyone! UPDATE 10/15/24 Another wonderful session with Olivia -- I came in actively flustered and stressed and in need of relaxation, and she immediately remembered my regular pain points and went to work. I always recommend Little Bird Wellness when I can!

Let's just say Emily did a great job, my back feels phenomenal and I feel like I can move around better. Fantastic experience: I haven’t had a massage in over 20 years - it was not a good experience. I decided to treat myself and try again. I requested a 2 hour massage - the price was perfect. As an afterthought I was debating to change it to 1/2 hour - maybe an hour just to see if I liked my masseuse. I am so glad I decided on 2 hours. Beki is amazing!! My 2 hours went by too fast. She seemed very open to talking or not talking - it was completely up to me - I chose silence. I needed peace and a relaxing experience. When we did talk she was very open and professional. She cared very much about what I wanted. The pressure was perfect (she would check in occasionally) and every body part received the same amount of care and attention - I did not feel as if she was rushing. I would highly recommend Beki and will be back soon!

Fantastic experience: Wow is all I can say. The deep tissue work of Olivia is the best around. I have been dealing with chronic pain from giant knots and bands in my body. After an amazing 2 hour session with Olivia I can feel a significant difference in my pain level. I cannot wait to come back for my next session with her in a couple weeks. If you need deep tissue work, that is Olivia’s jam and you will not be disappointed. 5 stars are not enough.

The atmosphere was pleasant, welcoming, and didn't have the feel of a "massage factory" like some of the larger companies such as Massage Envy. We would definitely return again.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled a 2hr thai massage with Stacey and it was by far, the best massage I've ever had. She found and eased every spot of tension in my body (many of which I didn't know existed until she worked them out). Her work is incredibly thorough, precise, and intentional. I felt safe and supported in all of the positions and stretches, and i felt like an entirely new person walking out of there. The space is immediately calming and welcoming upon entry and her energy within it feels like a hug from a friend you've known forever. I'm so grateful that I found her
