Fantastic experience: Ann was an amazing Physical Therapist. I received excellent care and would recommend her to anyone who wants knowledgeable insight on recovery, strength training and personalized care.

Fantastic experience: Kintsugi Physical Therapy is a great place to go for all your rehab needs. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I went there for my back and knee seeing mainly Laura and Lori, but some others as well. They get to know you and your needs. From the time you walk in the door until you leave you have their full attention, telling you what they are doing and how the treatment helps you. Teaching you the proper way to do the exercises so you can do them at home and get the best results. This is the best place for your therapy by far. Leslie Hiner

Fantastic experience: Did pelvic therapy at kintsugi and Laura was my therapist. She is amazing. Everyone there is kind and helpful. Will definitely recommend Kintsugi for any Physical Therapy needs.

Positive experience: Nice enough people but can never get an appointment. Tried multiple times over several months to get in but they had such limited availability it just wouldn't work. If you have a flexible schedule or are retired this may work for you. I'm going to seek out an office with better availability. They may have great services but I'll never get to know.

She communicates her goals for you and tells you what your plan will be to work on your specific needs. She always listened to my concerns and answered my questions in an understandable way. Fantastic experience: I have been going here since summer of 2023 and am so gratefully I found this place. I have been working with both Laura and Emily - they consistently work hard and collaborate to help find resolutions to the many ailments I am facing on a daily basis. Plus, if one course of action didn't work they are quick to switch courses to relieve my pain. Not only are the therapists here amazing, but they have the most friendly staff too. Highly recommend this place for physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: Lori and Laura are miracle workers. After 10 months of PT last year (and the privilege of having insurance to cover it), I was finally able to meet my PT goals--to not simply move without intense hip, knee, and back pain but to do the outdoor activities I love without pain! I could not have done this without their help, and as of this summer, I was able to hike and paddle board without pain, and next month, I'll be running my first 5K. Thank you, Laura and Lori and the entire staff at Kintsugi (especially Jim and Anthony!) for your exceptional care! I feel like I got my quality life back and am forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing right knee pain for 2 years, and this was my second round of PT. Ann Knapp was the best, she really took the time to ask a lot of good questions. She prescribed a series of exercises, recommended a heel lift for my left shoe, and showed me a taping method to use when I play pickleball. 12 weeks after first consulting with Ann I am amazed at the improvement I am experiencing, and marvel at how "normal" my knee is feeling. Thank you Ann!!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Kintsugi PT. I went there for some minor issues with my knees. I worked with both Aaron and Lori for a little over a month. First, they are both so knowledgeable in their field. They are also very friendly, and supportive. They gave me just the right exercises to do that didn't strain my knee but helped build up my legs. My knee pain is almost gone, and I contribute it to them. They are just a great staff and the facility is very positive. I am just in awe of how wonderful they are and how much they helped me.

Fantastic experience: Jackie has been an amazing PT and made a tremendous impact on my recovery and overall health. The front desk staff are always friendly and greet me by name each time I come in. Kintsugi is a clean and open space that I enjoy training in.

Fantastic experience: Wow, I was so afraid to let the therapist move my arm and shoulder after an injury. She said try to relax and give me the full weight of your arm. I've been home about 3 hours now and cannot believe how much better my shoulder feels already. Can't wait for my next session.

Fantastic experience: Excellent PT facility and staff in the south end. Just started post op rehab for nerve damage due to spinal stenosis. Jackie C is my PT and is knowledgeable and focused on helping me do the right things to make a full recovery. It’s worth your time to give Kintsugi a try.

Fantastic experience: You never know when going to a new provider if they’re going to try to discourage you from lifting weights or CrossFit/ Functional Fitness – so I’m super happy to find Kintsugi! My therapist, Jacqueline, never tried to discourage me from my normal activities and worked with me to keep me lifting and doing burpees (in fact, we did burpees as part of therapy!). The facility is great and everyone I met was very nice and welcoming. Hopefully I don’t need PT again, but if so I’ll definitely return to Kintsugi.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sadiya Mukhtar PT for a problem with my right shoulder. She has done a wonderful job of evaluating the problem, creating a stretching and strengthening program, and then adjusting that program to the way my body is reacting. Progress is slow but I didn't get myself into this shape overnight either. I highly recommend her. And based on my observation of the rest of the therapists and staff and the way other folks interact with them, I expect anyone would have a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Kintsugi Physical Therapy is set apart from the rest! I had a total knee replacement in January and heard great things about Ann. So I switched PTs from another clinic to this one and I am so glad I did. Ann was my main PT and is extremely knowledgeable on knee replacement surgeries and was able to guide me through exercises and guide me on what I should expect after a major surgery. Emily was Anne’s back up and both of them could see that I could benefit from the Astym therapy to help with my scar tissue. Emily is trained in this area and I had several weeks of this therapy which turned out to be highly effective. The doctors don’t tell you much about post-surgery and I learned it all here at this clinic from Ann and Emily. They really want you to improve after surgery and do their very best to make that happen. And then there is Bryce, the massage therapist. They work as a team here and he listened to Ann and Emily on what I needed work on and he is amazing at making that happen. Front desk Sarah is so friendly and it is very easy to schedule and reschedule here. Robert, the assistant, is equally as friendly and fun to talk with. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. So good that I plan on going back there this year to have them work on me so I don’t have to go in for another major surgery on my other knee. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for an honest, friendly, knowledgeable and professional team of Physical Therapists and staff. They deserve more than 5 stars! Thank you all!

Aaron was able to pinpoint all of my muscle weaknesses and prepared a treatment plan to assist me in gaining symmetry and core strength…..Which may I add is no easy task after two major abdominal surgeries…… but I’m going to stick with it and Aaron seems to work work well with me. Fantastic experience: First, the facility is beautiful, clean, and open. The staff is so friendly and efficient, especially during these pandemic times. They were very mindful about cleaning, sanitizing, and masking. I initially came in with unexplained back pain so bad that I couldn't bend forward from my center of gravity. I partnered with Aaron who worked like a detective to locate the where and the why of the pain, even as my back pain evolved into sciatic pains. I graduated after 10 weeks, back and sciatic pain free, with a plan in place to prevent future pains.

Fantastic experience: Going to Kintsugi PT has been a great experience. I've learned a lot about what's been causing my pain and how to treat it. I was shown how different areas of weakness or stiffness was contributing to my pain. It was really helpful to understand how it was all connected. They also make excellent use of technology. I went in-person but I like having the Telehealth option. My exercise program was setup through an app, so I'm able to see how to do each exercise and follow the routine on my iPad.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Sarah for R hip pain post procedure. Her eval was thorough and done efficiently. She had plenty of time to perform several manual techniques to reduce the pain and MM spasm. her home exercise program was just right. I would recommend her highly and will ask for her in the future.

Fantastic experience: This is a small, clean clinic with a few private therapy rooms. Laura Douglas has helped me with lower and upper back pain and more! She uses a variety of equipment and techniques to work on a problem area of the body. I highly recommend! Front desk staff are very polite and friendly.

In my first telehealth visit, she was extremely detailed in diagnosing my condition, providing excellent education along each step of the process, so that I fully understood the root cause, issue and treatment plan. The educational videos she has on her site for Vertigo, sent via email with a secure link, are perfect and a great way to review and ensure the patient is performing these correctly. Christi's scheduling staff are excellent - very positive, courteous and helpful on the phone. Overall, a great experience - thank you!

Fantastic experience: Is it weird that I look forward to physical therapy every week? Because I do! The staff is so kind, knowledgeable, and I have been learning so much. The space is aesthetically lovely, and it is conveniently located next to QFC, so I can wrap up my appointment and get a little grocery shopping done!.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Christie at Kintsugi Physical Therapy in the late spring. My back had developed real problems after several months of working from home in a less than ideal office space. Christie quickly figured out the source of my dysfunction and showed me several stretches that would work to counteract the issue. Kintsugi also recommended a back stretching device that I can use at home to keep the problem from slowing me down again. Huge thanks to Christie and her team!

Sarah is always cheerful and welcomes patients warmly. The staff works together as a team and makes sure all the needs of their patients are met. Fantastic experience: I LOVE Kintsugi Physical Therapy. I would give it 10 stars if I could. The woman at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. My appointments always start on time. During this Covid -19 pandemic I am the only patient in the facility when I’m seen. Christi sees one patient at a time. She is thorough and has years of experience. She has so many credentials behind her name, I think they are longer than the alphabet. Trust me, she is absolutely amazing. She uses massage and cupping as well as exercises. The exercises are online for your convenience. I cannot recommend Kintsugi highly enough.
