Dear Simran, We are truly sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our services. Your feedback is important to us, and we want to address your concerns with the utmost respect and transparency. However, we must state that much of what you have written in your review is inaccurate and exaggerated. We consider this to be slander, and we are prepared to report it as such if necessary. While we strive to provide the best care possible and to address any issues directly, it's unfortunate that we were not able to discuss these matters before your review. Our goal is to support our clients and to resolve any concerns promptly. Regarding your comments: Program Structure: Our program includes one scheduled visit per month, and we even provided an additional appointment at no extra cost. You mentioned you had 3 appointments, but only paid for one and were never charged any additional fees. Furthermore, our typical follow ups are not 45 minutes long and were never advertised as such. In addition, you were asked half a dozen times if you had any additional questions at your last appointment and not rushed at all. Cost: A large chunk of your payment went to a specialty lab test that you requested and is separate from our service fees. The test was not mandatory and you chose to order it knowing the costs in advance. Treatment Protocol: You were given two treatment protocols and chose not to follow either. This choice has likely impacted your progress, as our patients who follow the directions typically see great results. This is clear by our stellar testimonials and excellent reputation in the community. Communication: We always encourage our clients to reach out via text, call, or email with any concerns. We have been trying to get in touch with you for over a week to reconcile and see how we can help, but we haven't heard back from you. If you felt you were waiting for the plan too long, you could have easily contacted us at anytime. In fact, when you finally did send a cancellation email, your second plan was sent within a few hours. We see hundreds of patients per week and sometimes it can take a week or so to catch up on paperwork. That is very normal for any medical practice. Supplement Plan: Your initial plan included only four supplements, which is a standard and reasonable number. After you went against our advice and insisted not to follow the protocol and wait for more test results, only one additional supplement was added per your request. Appointment Timeliness: Sometimes, specialists do run late due to the complexity of prior cases. We try our best to provide thorough care without rushing our patients. Your visits also benefited from this thoroughness, including an additional free appointment. We run a very busy practice and do our best to accommodate everyone. Pricing: Our pricing is actually very competitive and comparable to other functional medicine providers. The cost is probably in the middle range of providers and very inexpensive for the transformational results that our patients get when it comes to dealing with serious chronic health issues. We aim to offer affordable, high-quality care to all our patients. Additionally, we are aware that you have a history of leaving negative reviews, as you did with another provider that can be seen on your google profile. We deeply value all of our clients and take pride in the success stories and positive feedback we receive.
