She was very friendly and I had no idea I was able to scan a QR code with ALLĒ and randomly be selected to win an amount off my Botox! I won $300 off! Better the. Winning the lottery I basically got my Botox free painless and fast. I strongly recommend this location thank you again to everyone there I will be ready for wedding pictures! 10 -STARS!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I have finished week 4 and altho i was told the first month would not produce much weight loss, I'm pleased to report I've lost 4.5 pounds. The staff is great and I'm having no issues with cravings. Looking forward to the next month when there should be a larger change.

Positive experience: They promised me a couple of days of redness at max and no down time. My skin became extremely red around my mouth and a week later the red areas turned grayish purple. My skin wasn’t bad. Just a few acne sports on my cheeks very mild…. But now it looks awful in an area where I had little to no concern. Even makeup can’t cover the discoloration. 2 weeks later and the spots are much darker, there's no scabbing or peeling off - I don't appreciate your google response to my review and pointing out all the "gatchas" and telling me my review is "inaccurate" and "misleading"? That's inappropriate. It's known that contracts are designed to account for worse case scenarios. What you tell patients is what matters. I will point out though that when I went in last week to complain, the owner was very kind and gave me a few creams, and per what they said expensive ones, to help fix the issue faster (thus 2 stars). I understand that it can take months and I appreciate his efforts but didn't like the way some of the staff handled. I will also add that I did ask them to do just laser resurfacing or just microneedling to make it less traumatizing on my skin and they insisted the combo was better. Go with your intuition. 1/24 - over the past 10 days all darkness started disappearing. My skin looks amazing actually. I changed my review and look forward to continue!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Bella Vida MedSpa in Temecula for the Potenza micro-needling procedure with Exosomes treatment. My main goal was to reduce the bags under my eyes, but I opted for the full-face treatment, and I’m so glad I did! The entire process took about an hour and a half, and it was very smooth from start to finish. Ken, the medical assistant, applied numbing gel, and after giving it time to take effect, the procedure began. I was impressed with how painless it was—just a slight bit of discomfort at times, but nothing major at all. Dr. Rick was wonderful throughout, explaining everything as it happened, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in the process. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, and I appreciated the thorough communication both before and after my visit. The atmosphere in the medspa is so serene and relaxing, which added to the overall positive experience. I’m really looking forward to my second treatment in December, and I can’t wait to see the final results. Highly recommend Bella Vida MedSpa for anyone looking for top-notch care and great results!

Fantastic experience: Started laser hair removal for my neck / beard line today. Only took 10 minutes for the treatment. Will likely need 7-9 more visits. They did a nice job explaining the procedure beforehand. First time I showed up I had recently used tretinoin on the area so they rescheduled. I appreciated this cautious approach which ensures I will have a better outcome. Despite being a sensitive area, it wasn’t too uncomfortable.
