Fantastic experience: Came to Dr Kenyon’s south Arlington practice for prenatal care very late in my pregnancy. He is Webster certified and has helped so many pregnant women throughout their pregnancies. It was easy to make an appointment and I got relief from lower pack and pelvic pain throughout. Love that services include a visit for the newborn. He additionally has a very caring posture towards clients that is hard to find. Front desk staff are friendly and professional. I rarely ever have to wait for my appointment. Affordable as well!

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at 26 weeks pregnant when I started having pubic, hip, and lower back pain. I got adjusted on my first appt and instantly felt relief in certain areas. I felt so welcomed and that I was in good hands. The prices are very affordable compared to most chiropractors in the area and I truly feel like dr. godwin just wants his patients to be well taken care of. If you are pregnant I HIGHLY recommend to make a consultantion, heck even if you aren't pregnant get in here!!

Positive experience: Just started my journey so the jury is out. The staff thus far has been welcoming and truly concerned with my well-being. Let's see where this goes. I'm holding the fifth star in reserve but anticipate awarding that as well. I believe I'm in the right place. At the very least I know I'm in good company. Spiritual healing is a major component of my journey and that was addressed on day one.

I am leaving with a significant decrease in my pain levels after just one adjustment! Fantastic experience: Aside from Dr. Godwin just being a fantastic human being, I was told a lot of the pain i was experiencing during my pregnancy was normal. I initially visited to help my baby turn (breech position). After an adjustment, the pain i was told was "normal", was almost completely gone. Ive been told the speed of my movement has improved by a coworker, i feel good at 34 weeks.

Negative experience: I made an appointment online. Received a call from office to set it on a day that they were available and was not told they had 2 offices. So I show up to wrong office day of my appointment. I call to reschedule and the receptionist was extremely rude. Stating she told me what office it was and even sent email. I did receive email but it is so long I only saw date and time of my appointment. I used to work at an office and the key to bring in patients is the receptionist since they are the first one's patients speak to. Because of her attitude, I cancelled my appointment didnt even want to see chiropractor if his staff is that rude.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Active Family Wellness Center has been expectional thus far! When I went in for my initial appointment I was more nervous than a pregnant PK in church. Definitely concerned about my overall health, wellbeing, and quality of life. Recently, I went in for my follow up appointment/first alignment. Dr. Godwin gave me a good prognosis and thoroughly explained (based on professional opinion, ex-rays, and patient survey) why I was experiencing spinal degeneration. He proposed an attainable plan that would assist the body in the healing process. His excitement for my healing and recovery was very comforting and evoked a since of hope. His transperany was much appreciated and let’s me know that I’ve chosen the right chiropractor care team. Since my alignment, I’ve barely had anytime to rest between graduations, plane rides, driving for hours, and visiting family. I’ve realized that the level of pain that I was experiencing on a daily basis is not as severe. I am beyond grateful. So let the WWE Smackdown commence. P.S. Fantastic experience: Dr. Godwin was born for this practice. He has helped improve my life so much. When I first came to him I could barely get out of bed or even roll over in bed and was taking around 12-16 ibuprofen a day to tolerate the pain in my back. Now that I’ve been seeing him for treatment for around 2 months I never take ibuprofen for back pain and I am almost able to do the activities I was doing before my injury. Fantastic experience: I’m 36 years old and have never been to the chiropractor before this year. I was in a pile up collision during the icy rain day In January, and needed to get checked out. Initially, I went to a doctor referred by my General Practitioner. The first doctor I went to, I waited for over an hour and a half pasty appointment time and then was kept there for close to 2 hours. When they heard I had been in a wreck, I felt like they saw dollar signs over my head. The initial exam cost me close to $400!!! After sharing my first experience with a few close friends, I received a glowing review from a trusted friend who urged me to visit Dr. Godwin. From the very first visit, the office team, intern and doctor were 180 degree different than the last doctor. I’ve been seeing Dr. Godwin for the past several weeks twice a week and him amazed at the change in mobility and energy levels. I had no idea how limited i was in mobility before my body started healing! The Active Family Wellness center is about chiropractic care, but it’s also about whole body wellness: physical therapy, chiropractic massage, health and overall wellness. They offer seminars and classes on various topics. Dr. Godwin can assist with anything opening nasal passages to avoiding surgery with regular adjustments and exercises. The office hours are a huge plus for me because I work in Downtown Dallas. On different days, they have staggered late night hours which helps find time to make health a priority. I recently brought my infant to an appointment with me and Dr. Godwin was able to adjust him. After the adjustment, I noticed an immediate change in his nasal drainage and congestion. While there, he found that one of my baby’s legs had limited mobility. During the adjustment, my son thought the doctor was tickling him and he was laughing. It didn’t hurt him at all. Just a couple weeks later, he started crawling! Please don’t be burned my a bad experience with another chiropractor and give up.

Fantastic experience: I can’t reccommend Dr.Godwin enough!! I started taking my son to him when he was 5 months old. My baby had severe acid reflux and was also recovering from a lip/tongue tie revision. We did 8 weekly visits and am now doing monthly visits. The changes in my baby have been amazing. He went from spitting up around 20 times a day (even with meds) to now not spitting up at all!!! He is not even needing his reflux meds anymore. Another big change has been his bowel movements.. he was going every 3-4 days and now has become regular. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with the results. Every member of the staff here is so nice and they all love to talk to my son :) :)

Fantastic experience: Prior to my first appointment I had limited use of my neck, and numbness in my hands while sleeping. After my first adjustment with Dr. Godwin I was a little sore, but it was worth the soreness! I had a good night sleep and didn't have any numbness.
