I had given up on Chiropractors .My wife convinced me to go to Winegardener Chiropractic. Doc steph with her spine adjustments , therapy and healthy eating regiment ; the pain has subsided and I'm able to sleep through the night without pain and actually rest . She and the entire staff are great!

Please read my first post. Power on. I’ve been going to Doc Stephanie for 8 month’s & can really tell the difference. When I started I was amazed at all of the therapy equipment. Eventually I got to try them all & found it’s hard to choose which one I wanted to get on because each one is so helpful in relaxing you & making you feel really back where you should be. The staff is all very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Now about Stephanie she is beautiful, energetic, knowledgeable and strong as an ox. You have never had an adjustment until you get one by her. Fantastic experience: I have been to many Chiropractors seeking adjustments for back pain. Dr Winegardner has been the first one to find the root of the problem before doing an adjustment. Of course, on my first appointment I simply wanted the quick relief of an adjustment. Since then I have been educated to the issues I have and why I have back pain. She has helped me understand what I need to do to help myself continue to feel better. The staff she has continues the high level of excellence she delivers. You feel like you are a part of the team not just the next appointment walking in the door.

I have been to various chiropractic offices prior to my visit to this office and found this to be so comfortable and professional. Dr. Winegardner worked with me on a treatment plan and always took her time to assess where I was and determine next steps. She kept me informed and answered any questions I had. Throughout the years Dr. Winegardner and her staff have taken incredible care of me and various family members and friends. Doc and her staff are friendly and go above and beyond to make patients welcome and caught up on latest information. They are very active in supporting various agencies in the county and host an annual Patients' Appreciation Day. Fantastic experience: Doc Steph is the best!! No matter the injury or the ailment, she seems to get me back to normal in no time!! From hip, to hamstring, to neck, she seems to be able to fix me everytime. She has also done wonders for several of my personal training clients! I’ve had several who have been very limited in the gym because of back pain, but after seeing her, they are able to normal exercises and workouts. I refer all my clients to her!

The pain that I’ve been having for the last few years is finally getting better it was getting so bad that even sitting for long periods of time made it difficult to stand up straight and with my job having arm and hand pain / numbness was eventually going to make working impossible. After having my medical doctors laugh in my face after I said I was considering trying it and they brushed it off that I could even be having pain because of my age and told me to just workout and stretch well I already do that and I was still in pain!
