Fantastic experience: I started working with Prepare For Performance (PFP) this past summer as I recover from ACL surgery and they have helped me tremendously as I wrapped up my physical therapy and moved to the next stage of recovery. With a focus on building strength and endurance, PFP has helped push me to the next level as I have returned to playing basketball. Fantastic experience: I came to see Julian because I had a goal of being in the best physical shape of my life when I hit my 60th birthday (and that has been achieved). It was super important for me to find someone who understood how to train someone at my age, especially given that I was a bodybuilder back in my 20's & 30's and trying to train like that again would most likely cause injury. He did a very thorough initial assessment and identified areas that needed to be dealt with first to establish a good base and then we went from there. It's been almost a year, and I have seen the results big time in my strength, conditioning and physical appearance. Julian REALLY knows his stuff, I recommend him 1000%.

Fantastic experience: My 13 y/o daughter has been at PFP over the past year with a pretty rigorous focus on both on technical soccer work and overall strength training. Both her and I have been extremely happy with the experience and I couldn't say enough about Julian, Christian and the team here. I've seen a demonstrated improvement in her strength and agility along with her speed of play and overall ball skills. Fantastic experience: Julian and the team at Prepare for Performance are amazing at getting results for their clients. We have two high school age athletes and wanted to help them get stronger, faster, and more agile. One of them was carrying an injury for a year, that was causing them to struggle in their sport. Julian designed a tailored program for our needs. Both kids have gotten so much stronger and more athletic, over the last year, and it is showing on the field. The injury has gone away and now they run faster and more powerfully then before the injury. The best part is that they really enjoy going and find it very rewarding.
