And I emphasize that because front staff is often the indication of what your experience will be in a doctors office. Dr. Valentine is awesome . He has a wealth of knowledge and is always open to questions (and I have A LOT of them). He gives explanations for the treatments provided , explains why certain things like inflammation may cause the problems your experiencing and how diet and exercise along with these chiropractic treatments will help facilitate a positive outcome. I had a similar problem with my other shoulder last year I spent quite a few months in physical therapy. This time around my shoulder is healing much faster! It is certainly a pleasure going to a place where all questions are welcomed and you know that your provider is passionate about his work . I would highly recommend Valentine Chiropractic to everyone ! Overall I had a great experience. And the Jazz music is pretty cool too!

Fantastic experience: I started going to Valentine chiropractic quite a few years back. Every time I would have a sciatic nerve flare up I would visit once or twice and it would get me by. As I've gotten older it started occurring more frequently and I knew that a more consistent regimen would be necessary. After one particularly bad episode that lasted a few months I went in and pleaded with the doctor. He said if I gave him some intense consistent visits for a month I would be okay. That was nearly 3 years ago now and I have basically not had any serious episodes since then. I have just been maintaining by going bi-weekly and that keeps me in good enough shape to return to my previous life of being active and riding bicycle and running. Not all chiropractors are created equally, and chiropractic isn't necessarily for everyone... But if you do believe in the holistic ability for your body to correct itself with the proper care, these healing hands are definitely for you. I have recommended numerous friends and family to visit, all with pretty spectacular and similar results. If you're considering it but hesitant go in for a no pressure consultation just to get a feel for the place and the doctors demeanor and vast knowledge. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Let me begin by saying thank you to Dr. Valentine and his entire staff. after my car accident I was not only in pain but scared of all of the uncertainty. This was my first car accident and like any unplanned event took an enormous toll on me. Dr. Valentine began working on me little by little to ensure my levels of comfort were being met in accordance with my medical needs. His medical assistants placed heat on my back along with various massage and therapeutic techniques. As time went on I began experiencing minor improvements day by day. I believe that consistency is the key and I made certain to never miss an appointment under any circumstance. I feel as if I have been treated like family and putting his medical experience on the side his professionalism and people skills oh I like none other. He talk to you through each part of the body that he is working on and also gives you exercises to do at home to help with the therapy. Dr. Valentine has personally humbled a traumatic experience for me. Although I know it is going to be a long road of recovery, I feel what I have learned and the techniques that I can use, that I will improve the quality of life that I feel I have missed out on.

Fantastic experience: Almost a month ago had a horrible pain caused by Trigeminal Neuralgia and TMJ, which led me to the E.R. After weeks on pain killers, muscle relaxers, narcotics and not much improvement, I decided to try Dr. Jim. I was always afraid of chiropractic care and tried it many times, but I didn't have confidence in someone "cracking "my neck or back and gave up. This was the first time that I felt confident because Dr Jim took the time to listen, didn't insist on XRays after I told him I had a scan at the ER, has a strong background in exercise physiology and used techniques that made me feel better after the second visit and am almost 100% in just two weeks. .He is truly professional and friendly, his staff is wonderful and accommodation and although I travel 30 minutes to go to his office, I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

I moved shortly after that I was living pain and injury free for years. Due stress and weight lifting in combination with other factors, this time a had the worst back pain ever to the point of almost fainting due to the severity of the inflammation. Needless to say, Dr Valentine and his staff were the answer. They take great care of you and the results are there. (I wish I could bold and underline the word “amazing”, but all caps will do) I was never one to believe that chiropractors really did anything until one day when my mother woke up extremely dizzy, unable to walk by herself or even sit up. I was worried to death. I called my general doctor and we got her and MRI and blood work done. Nothing. Completely clear. Yet she still had all these weird side effects. That’s when we decided to give a chiropractor a chance. We came to Dr. Valentine and the first impression was grand. Very intelligent, well educated, and very kind. He took time to listen to my mother and warmed her up to an adjustment. Within two visits, she was able to walk alone, was no longer dizzy, and felt brand new. TWO VISITS. He explained that it was a pinched nerve from all the force she does at work. Thank you kindly, Dr. Valentine for helping my mother out when nobody else could. P. S. Im a patient now too ;)
