Negative experience: Another chiropractor just trying to force you to get a lawyer after a minor cat accident. (No wonder car insurance is so expensive in Florida) Second visit in and had not 1 but 2 workers come in and explain why I needed a lawyer before even adjusting me. Only fixes they give you are in office. Wanted me to come in 3-4 times a week. Just another scam in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shontz is a best chiropractor. I used to went to him for a while. He has a soft touch, every time he adjust my body feel so light. I has move away and went to many place near me. I can’t find a place I like yet. I will make a day to travel back to see him. Can’t wait.

Fantastic experience: It's not an overnight fix. It involves chiropractor adjustments, with exercises, and diet changes. What you put in effects your treatment. The osteoarthritis pain in my RT hip went from a constant steady 8 to 0-2 pain level! I walk and feel better. Sleep pain free. Weight loss - bonus! Off medication with horrible side effects from Rheumatologist! The ear adjustments for my sinuses- amazing - definitely recommend. I double dare you to feel better too!

They know my name and welcome me with a smile as I come in the door, they're very happy and willing to work with tight schedules to get me taken care of, and the adjustments and care there have been extremely needed and helpful in dealing with multiple issues I'd been having since getting in a major car accident with whiplash, concussion, and totaling vehicle. I originally started going when I was experiencing back pain during pregnancy and boy did it make a huge difference after seeing them weekly until I had my baby! Highly recommended going if pregnant!! I keep trying to stop going to the chiro to save money but i always end up coming back because I love everyone there and my issues are always solved. I also appreciate how easy and flexible they are with scheduling appointments.

Positive experience: Real results! improved posture and helped work out some "growing pains" of raising 4 your kids. My wife also benefited greatly with post-partum care to get her recovered faster than before. Only issue was the scheduling and text to confirm system.

Negative experience: As a patient of this office for years now today I left there in tears for the way I was treated and spoke to. I recently lost my job and am struggling financially therefore I had cancelled my 6 month plan after it was completed last month then the monthly payment was deducted again for Nov after I had already asked for it to be stopped and was told it was back in Oct. when I called the office they informed me I had one more session to complete my 6 months. Although I believed that to be incorrect I said ok this is the last one then and an appointment was set only to show up for that appt today to be told I didn’t get to be seen I already had my 6 sessions? So I not only didn’t get to be seen today but my payment will not be refunded. I feel like I’ve been robbed.

This company actually cares about you and helps you feel better. They are honest, friendly and pleasant and all their staff is always very positive and happy vibes which I love. Fantastic experience: Dr. Hartley saved me in my last couple months of pregnancy! I went in there with a lot of discomforts. I would wake up in the middle of the night, limping to the bathroom. The majority of mornings I would wake up with my lower back in such bad pain that I couldn’t go back to sleep even if I wanted to! There were a few other things going on, but to be honest, I don’t even remember them, since she handled them all! The thing that stuck out the most to me was no more limping and no more lower back pain! And only after a couple visits! I have really never had success with chiros but came to her with hope in my eyes that she could help me. And she did! I will most definitely never go anywhere else for my chiropractic care. And today she examined my newborn and adjusted my toddler! So happy to have her helping my family!

Fantastic experience: I started coming to Hartley Chiropractic after seeing a Facebook ad that included X-rays and a consultation for an affordable price. I had suffered from pelvic floor pain, hip pain and low back pain for almost 8 years. I suspect it was from pregnancy and labor/ delivery. I had been seeing a pelvic floor therapist on and off for a couple of years with no freedom from that pain. I decided to try chiropractic care thinking that maybe my issues were being caused by something structural. Sure enough after just a few months of care here I am almost totally pain free! My whole family now receives care here and we have seen noticeable improvements overall in our lives. We have loved being a part of this practice and look forward to getting our whole family care here for a long time to come.

Fantastic experience: Having injured my back in 1983 I received the standard care from primary doctor of the time.Rest and muscle relaxers other-words bandaids. I was lucky and found a really good chiropractor and stay with him right up until unfortunately he passed in 2018. I started searching for a replacement but was unable to find anyone who’d take the time to look at me as an individual not just the next one up. So I asked my primary and he recommended Hartley Chiropractic. Needless to say I was skeptical having searched in vain but made the decision to give them a try. Well I can say I made the right decision. Although not sure at first, after a few visit I found that they are both caring, knowledgeable, personable and professional at what they do. After my initial series of treatments I have made great progress and continue to do so with their help. Both Doctors Hartley and Robson are great chiropractors and the staff is fantastic. They are as a team very good at keeping me informed about my treatment and what I can do at home to further my improvements. So I cannot recommend them strongly enough. While I normally see Dr. Robson, I have been treated by all the doctors in the practice at some point, and they have all been fantastic. My improvement over the last few months has been pretty transformational. The whole body approach, with exercises and nutrition, as well as healthy lifestyle planning seminars, in addition to the actual adjustments, is what really seals the deal for me. Negative experience: I've seen behind the scenes and they treat their staff very poorly. As someone who has employees, it is sad to see employees treated with such disrespect.

Fantastic experience: When I first met the Dr’s and Staff, I was welcomed and talked trough my whole recovery process. They made me feel so informed and comfortable. I was well educated on all the pain that I was having and then they planned out what they were going to do for my pain. Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr. Hartley because I was tired of waking up every morning with my lower back sore. They help me set up a plan in office, as well as at home activities, and after my 3rd or 4th visit I woke up for the first time without my back hurting. Now if I go in after a migraine, back aches, etc, they're able to help get me straightened out & back to an enjoyable routine.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Hartley since August 2021 after I became a long hauler in June 2020. She went through my symptoms and history thoroughly and developed a plan specifically for me to get healthy again. My symptoms were extreme fatigue, dizziness, heart palpitations, sever nausea and constant vomiting. I am no longer having any symptoms and have began working out again. The office is amazing and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I am so thankful to have my life back!

I have been coming here for about a month now and everything has been awesome. Dr. Hartley and her team are thorough every time and are there for you! Positive experience: They're good, but trust is supposed to be mutual. We had come to what I was led to believe were monthly installments ("like a utility bill"). I paid cash $650 for the first month before beginning treatment. I was told it was $100 a visit after my 7th visit and I owed them(2weeks1day). I'll be going elsewhere. All in all great doctor, friendly staff but I'll no longer believe what they say which is a deal breaker.

Fantastic experience: I was recently on vacation in St Pete & found myself in need of a Chiropractor. I was thrilled to be able to get an appointment the same day. The receptionist was wonderful, kind, & helpful. The office was absolutely beautiful! I loved the Chiropractor. My adjustment wasn't painful and I was able to resume my vacation.
