Fantastic experience: I love going to Doctor Fisher. I was dealing with him for a few years now , couple years ago I was not in the gym being consistent or eating rite. I made my mind up and said 2024 I will be consistent in the gym and changing the way I eat/drink. I am a very young lady and I am glad with the results I got that quick. The medication he give you for weight loss works very good , I just started bck up in September 2024 and I already lost a couple pounds just in 3 weeks. Go to the Location on Tabor Ave , Very Good Staff there never had no problems with them.

Negative experience: This place was recommended to me, unfortunately from the first day the receptionist (Angels) has treated me with a bad attitude. After the third visit with the same attitude , I let her know that people like her should not be allowed to work in that place, , she did not want to make the appointment for me, she did not want to search the system to see when my next appointment was, she made a mistake giving me a wrong day and then insisted that the wrong one was me. It is one of the worst experiences I have had in an office where a "professional" person has that kind of attitude. My appointment is paid, after that I won't be back! like going back to a place where part of the staff doesn't receive you with a good smile and good attitude. Is sad .

Negative experience: Let me start by saying I am personally happy with the results the prescribed program has given me. Also I do not comment negatively about businesses online. I also give a few chances before I make my mind up. BUT, the woman with the short hair at the front desk, in the window, is the single most rude and ignorant person I have ever met IN MY LIFE. I will no longer go to this location. I have visited it 3 times so far. This was enough to conclude that the woman I'm referring to should be fired immediately. She WILL BLATANTLY ignore you. When asking a question she stares at you with disgust as if she weren't there to work. She will continue to stare at you in an attempt to belittle you, make you uncomfortable, and wait 30-45 seconds before replying with the answer "NO". Her attitude is atrocious and a sad excuse for customer service. How this woman is still employed is beyond me. That being said everyone else is pleasant, and accommodating. I will start going to one of the other locations available.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to dr.fisher on Tabor road for a few months now and I have lost a total of 50pounds I truly recommend checking the services out it is really worth it if you put in the effort your going to see results 10out of 10 highly recommend

Fantastic experience: It is not the first time that I have attended Dr. Fisher's program and it is very good, the nurses are very kind, the assistant who takes the vital signs is the same, but unfortunately the lady who attends the front desk in my case every time I have gone has left me much to be desired, they are the kind of people who have a friendly tone of voice but a better face get out of here, I don't know if they are racist towards Hispanics, but they even hinted that they were going to give me a shot of medicine because supposedly I had already used one that I had pre-paid for, I am glad that this is not the case with other people and that only their bitter moments have been only with me, but the truth is disrespectful since it is not necessary to insult or yell to be rude, she is with the way she looks at me and attends to me. The rest of the staff are very friendly and make us have a good time after the bad reception she gave me. And by the way, she gave herself the pleasure of correcting me in public, since my English is not entirely good and I asked for two boxes of shake and he asked me, laughing, if what I wanted was to buy 2 boxes of 24 boxes each, when I suppose that only one The client would not buy that much, but she did not miss the opportunity to make me look bad in front of the room full of clients, what a shame that there are people as racist as her with Latin Americans who are in the process of learning English. For the rest, treatment, nurses and Doctor are excellent, it's a pity that I will change location but I want to see again the angry and bitter face of that lady who treats me badly every time i visits the office.

Positive experience: I've been coming to Dr. Fisher for a few months and I love the results I am getting. The staff is polite and friendly. The office is often crowded even when you have an appointment you will be asked to wait outside when you show up for your schedule appointment. This is really problematic for working patients. Other then that I would have given 5 stars. It would be great if the front desk staff could call and reschedule or ask ppl to come later in the day when the office is crowded. It is not always feasible for someone to wait in their car for 30-60 mins or to come back when they have come all the way there.

Fantastic experience: The staff and doctors of the tabor ave office were great, professional and did their job, but I'm not gonna make this review about that, let me tell you guys what you really want to know. I dropped 25 pounds before my big day. It took a month. I would have dropped more but i wouldnt have gotten my dress altered in time.There was times when I forgot to eat and I wasnt even hungry or if I did eat I was full off a few bites. When I went to work or the gym, my energy would be insane. I felt like I had so much energy. Some people say the smaller pill keeps them.up at night but for me I had adverse reactions, when I took that white pill I felt like going to sleep. Some people may experience heart palpitations, please make sure you eat and drink plenty of water because that was my issue in the beginning but then once I started to eat with my pill and drink water throughout the day, I felt fine. Make sure to weight lift, I could say that was one of my regrets because I lost some of my assets because I wasn't strength training and lifting weights while losing weight. I'm hear to say DR FISHER WORKS!!!!!!! when you exercise and eat right in combination with what the pills do for you, the results are amazingly beautiful.

And my past few months under Dr. Fisher have been life changing and amazing! From the results of my weight loss, the food intake guidance, and knowledgeable staff. I always see the same staff and they’re very welcoming! from the front receptionist to the wonderful nurse Cindy! She’s been very kind and helpful with my goals! She’s shared everything from healthy recipes, to helpful tips and tricks to maintain a healthy balance to ensure my desired goals are met. And when someone shares the same excitement as you when you step on the scale and see 8lbs lost in a month!!!!! truly shows a person who cares about what she does and says to impact a persons life. Staff if wonderful and usually book a time when its not crowded. Happy to be back and ready to get back down to where I should be.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to the Tabor Rd office, lost 45lbs in 3 months. I still go back off and on for maintenance. Affordable, easy to follow diet, most of the time I'm in and out, staff always courteous, especially Angela at front desk. I love Marina NP she always comes up with new suggestions if I hit a plateou with weight loss. As an RN myself I can tell the girls never cut corners even if the waiting room is full they still do everything they have to do. I'm grateful I found this place!

The only downfall I could say is that when I came in, I was told that I had an appointment for 4:30 when I scheduled the appointment prior for 5:00pm. I mentioned to the front desk who I spoke with when scheduling the appointment with reason as to why I had to schedule for 5:00, due to work. I was truly grateful that despite the miscommunication I was able to be seen by the NP. Everything I learned was very educational and all of my questions were answered. Negative experience: I have been coming to this office off and on for years. There were some staffing changes, but of course the more things change the more they stay the same. The black female with the short hair gives a whole new definition to the word ignorant. She is rude and says a lot of smart things out of her mouth. When you go to the window to ask a question, she’s usually talking to another person, and doesn’t acknowledge your presence. You will see the back of her head, as she will continue to act like what she is talking about is far more important than what you want or need. The staff usually comes back late from lunch. You have some techs there who get smart with the clients. Dr. Fisher is a very nice man. When he pops in and works like he use to, the long wait time is short, the staff is (fake) pleasant. When he isn’t there, that ratchet chick at the front desk is so ignorant that I am surprised no one with nothing to lose hasn’t snatched her through that window. Wait times are extremely long. Why bother to make an appointment? You won’t be seen at that time. He needs to clean house. Fire everyone in there. Let them collect 6 months of unemployment. If he wants to keep them, then he needs to have someone to run these offices and not tolerate the poor treatment of the clients. And send the entire office to some type of training. Get rid of them conduct some interviews, or use an agency to do it for him. I’m not sure what the problem is with any of them. He says he pays them well. But money can’t buy class, or professional behavior. They need to realize that they are replaceable. What sits at that front desk is a disgrace. Those people represent him. It’s not a good look for the business.

Fantastic experience: Last visit went very well! I can see the changes in staff due to many factors which may be directly related to Covid. These changes were actually for the best! Gentlemen out front greeted me, took my temp and checked me in, super sweet guy. Front desk is super efficient and well organized, assistants in the back are well knowledged and got the job done even after an influx of patients rolled into the office. Dr. Fisher himself was in the office and his nurse practitioner which seemed to push things along smoothly. Recommend the shakes, they are delish.
