Fantastic experience: I love Northwest Endosurgical!! I have been working with this team for over a year for my HRT with Biote, and gasteric bypass surgery and I've never been disappointed. The staff is wonderful and so friendly! Dr. St. Laurent was fantastic with my surgery, he explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. His follow-up is fantastic and I always feel that he is working with me to ensure I get the best results possible. I am so very pleased with my experience at Northwest Endosurgical, I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: From my first phone call to the office and currently, everyone is friendly, professional, and very helpful. From answering questions regarding pre op and post op, to giving straight forward answers to help guide me with weight loss and my relationship with food. I have gained confidence and feel that I have more self control when it comes to my food choices. I really thought I would struggle when overhauling my diet, but when I chose to take the guidance of Dr. St. Laurent and Michelle seriously instead of like a suggestion, it wasn't a terrible transition. It's not going to be an easy journey, but it is well worth it.

Dr. St. Laurent sat down and listened to my issues. He did not give me the impression he had any other patients- I was the number one and only focus during my visit. Fantastic experience: Dr. St Laurent is one of those very special drs. You rarely find. He has spent so much time with me explaining things to me and and taking my calls all hours of nights and weekends. Yes weekends! While I felt bad about contacting him on a Sunday, he was right there to direct to the Er to help me get my issues under control. A truly kind and attentive dr. I only wish he could be my PCP. His office personnel is justas caring with Danielle and Michelle both taking their time to help me with anything. Poor Danielle fought my insurance company to get a procedure approved for a year. She finally got. It. Thank you all very much!

Fantastic experience: The team at Northwest Endosurgical is amazing. A summarization of their practice could be, "We Care, and We'll Help You Get There". They are very good at what they do. Dr. St. Laurent made me very confident and comfortable during and after the procedure. The dieticians are excellent. They are very patient and supportive. The team stands out by providing accountability and care, without shaming. The entire staff works in sync with you and the rest of the team. What else is there to write; they may have helped save my life.

In addition, my appointment was on-time and the front office staff were very professional and amiable. Fantastic experience: Dr. St. Laurent and his staff go above and beyond ANY physician I have ever been to. I have had 2 in office visits and each time Dr. St. Laurent has been patient, thoroughly goes in detail his recommendations and you don't feel rushed. I have only had the pleasure of dealing a few of the staff and they all are very personable and treat you like so much more than just a patient. I highly recommend Dr. St. Laurent to ANYONE.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this office. Absolutely bad communication. After the consultation I never received a callback. I called & I was supposed to get a ball back...nothing. No thanks. All this shows me is that the staff/office employees do not care. There is NO excuse for not getting a callback or even an email.

Fantastic experience: Been looking for a Surgeon for my procedure for a while, but after looking at the “best” I was getting discouraged, because their lack of customer service. One night I stumbled upon Northwest Endosurgical they checked all the boxes. Great reviews and good looking facility but did they have the customers service everyone else lacked? Well let me tell you this office is amazing! Dr. St.Laurent explain every possible surgery I could potentially have also explained what it takes to be successful and maintain the weight you lose. After meeting the Dr I was already convinced I found my surgeon! The staff is amazing also and always answer the phone when I call. Yesterday I got to meet one of their RDs and she was amazing as well. I am currently jumping all the hoops my insurance has provided for me. I will update everyone once I have my surgery. Update: 5 days post op/ feeling great everything that was explained to me is happening. I can’t say enough good things about this Doctor, his confidence made my surgery stress free. If you are looking for the best this is it folks good luck to everyone! Update: 6 months post op. Feeling great lost over 100lbs so far. This is by far the best decision I have ever made. I wish everyone the best on their weight loss endeavors!

Fantastic experience: I don't even know where to start, other than straight to the point, Dr. St Laurent is amazing, wonderful, world's best bed side manners, takes your health serious and extremely honest on what is possible and what is not. Dr. St Laurent spent time with me to make sure I understood and was happy with the course of action, he always listened to me and explained in details, even to working on the board to draw pictures. Believe me he followed through and got me the results I needed and the pain relief I needed. But honestly the whole office staff is amazing and the hospital is also amazing. When I say no complaints I mean not one at all. I give Dr. St Laurent and staff a 100 out of a 100.

He’s patient and kind and really cares about his patients. I was super scared about one of the preop tests and he came to make me feel comfortable. He took the time to explain all the procedures and the risks, as well going over my options for the best possible outcome. His whole approach to Obesity is recognizing it is a disease and requires long term treatment and commitment. I found that encouraging. There is no judgement I never felt uncomfortable, exactly the opposite I was able to be honest about myself and why I want to start this journey during any of the consultation. His insurance specialist is a great help providing actual fees and costs covered and not covered. Five stars!!!

I had my band done buy True Results and they was not that much informational as of Dr St Laurent was to me at my first visit in meeting him. He gave me more then enough information that I did not know, and it help me to understand even more what I needed to know about having a lap band and my next step in getting the weight off and keeping it off. His bed side matter is amazing and on the day of surgery he was compassionate and caring. He has This demeanor about him that lets you know you’re in good hands. Fantastic experience: My wife recently got weight loss surgery from Dr St. Laurent last summer and I was very impressed and reassured by the level of quality care given. Negative experience: The procedure that Dr. Saint Laurent performed on me put me through an entire year of non-stop abdominal pain. Last time we met he blamed it on my gallbladder and recommended to have it removed. I decided to change doctors and went to consult Dr. Jorge Leiva. He took care of the problem and the pain has never returned. I still have my gallbladder.

Fantastic experience: I had the honor and privilege to shadow doctor St. Laurent several times and I have never been so impressed with a doctor before. I got to see Dr. St Laurent in action in the clinic as well as in surgery and not only he is an outstanding surgeon, he is also an amazing person overall. He sits with his patients several times before and after the surgeries, talks them through procedures, takes as much time as they need to make sure they understand and are comfortable with what is going on, and he is very honest with them. I myself ask him a lot of questions about medicine, and although I know he has a crazy schedule, he somehow always finds time to give me the best advice and makes me feel like my questions are relevant. He is willing to share his knowledge and truly cares about helping other people and I think this is what makes him an outstanding doctor. He is great motivation to pursue medicine and become a doctor that genuinely cares about helping people.

He is very direct, honest, and so supportive. He wants to make sure all questions and concerns are addressed every time we meet and takes the time to do so. I did a lot of research before choosing Dr. St. Laurent. After consulting with him I immediately knew he would be my surgeon. The few times I contacted his answering service after hours his response time was excellent. I had the Gastric Sleeve procedure on 9.8.2016. I have lost 92 pounds to date and still losing. For the first time in a long, long time I feel like I have control over my food consumption and addiction instead of it controlling me. I can't begin to tell you how much this procedure and this journey has changed me as a person both mentally and physically.
