Fantastic experience: This review is long overdue, but I can’t recommend ChiroSports USA enough. From my very first visit, I knew this place was different. Other clinics never really listened or personalized my treatment the way they do here. I came in with an injury I couldn’t even pinpoint, plus a lot of pain from my sport, and they figured out exactly what was wrong and got me feeling better fast with adjustments and a solid treatment plan. I’ve dealt with Osgood-Schlatter disease, sciatica, pulled muscles, and now a heavily sprained ankle, and they’ve helped me recover from all of it. I go 1-2 times a week for maintenance, and it’s been a game changer, if I didn’t, I’d probably still be in pain or dealing with another injury. Booking is super easy with their app as well, and the clinic is always spotless and organized. Cleanliness is huge for me, and they keep it at a high standard, sanitizing before and after every patient. I’ve had adjustments for posture and hip imbalances, laser therapy for deep tissue and scarring, and stem therapy for muscle activation all specifically tailored to what I need. AND what I appreciate most is that they actually take the time to explain everything, so I always know what’s happening with my body and how to prevent future issues. The team is incredibly kind, cheerful, and reassuring, making every visit a great experience. ChiroSports USA has helped me stay strong, recover faster, and prevent injuries before they happen. Whether you’re an athlete or just dealing with pain, this place is the best. The care here is unmatched, and I’m beyond grateful for everything they’ve done for me!

Negative experience: I did not have any problems with the my visits until my last one this morning. I purchased a package (5+ 1 free for $500) as soon as I finished my initial consultation ($150). The sessions were all the same. I get in, warm compress with stim, ultrasound with stim, a bit of stretching and adjustment and a cold compress while laying in a massage roller table. On my 2nd to the last visit, I decided to book a massage session for my last treatment. It was expensive ($100) given my initial investment, but thought that I really needed it and would be worth it given the rave reviews about Mike. When I spoke with Christina, she said that they don’t do an hour, but they do 30 minutes and that I’m booked. I was going to pay but she said no need as it’s part of the package. I was surprised about this because no one told me about the massage being part of it. I was happy that I didn’t need to pay for a massage, but was wondering, could I have availed of the massage during my previous visits at no additional cost? I went home a bit confused and slightly disappointed as this was not communicated to me from the start. So when I received the text the next day asking for a review, I shared my concern. (See photos.) So on my next session, I came in and got the massage which was amazing. He was able to relieve me from the muscle tightness that has been bothering me for a long time. I had the rest of the regular visit processes which was done by Dr. Nejad and Christina. After the session, I went up to the front desk to ask about the message to get clarity about the massage inclusion, but instead of being able to have a proper conversation, Dr. Nejad was very dismissive and insincere. He said that the display says “chiropractic visit” and the massage is not included and just a bonus, and that they’re actually planning to increase prices by September. I mentioned that this was not what Christina communicated and he dismissively apologized without even looking at me and when I tried to say something, he started would talk over me and even started talking to another patient and walked out with them to one of the rooms. Funnily, one of their patients came out and said “I see that Mike’s available, can I get in for a massage?” And they allowed her. Then Christina was like, “So did you want to schedule your next appointment?” It took a while for me to respond because I was still processing what was happening. I did want to go back because I need it but I was feeling a certain way with how I was being treated. When I didn’t say anything, she said that I didn’t have to if I didn’t want to, feeling like she was kicking me out. So I did. $650 is not a small amount and I really just wanted to get the most out of what was being offered, especially with the price. But even then, I was willing to pay to get that massage. The point is, instead of apologizing for not being able to communicate something that other patients are obviously aware of, they’re gaslighting me saying that it’s not included but only available as a bonus if Mike is available. It would have been beneficial to be aware of that information. I would’ve wanted to have that option to ask what the other patient asked if Mike was unavailable when I booked. I could’ve set up an appointment on a day when Mike was available. I was looking to have a conversation to hopefully still avail of the massage service, especially after experiencing it, and maybe a proper apology because of the miscommunication from their part, but instead I was dismissed. Not once did they ask what I needed or how they could remedy the situation. They just wanted me out of there. (I wasn’t making a scene at all nor was I talking loudly.) I know this review would probably not affect anything as they do provide great service, but I hope they consider how they speak with their patients who wants nothing more than to just get their money’s worth of the service that was said to be available even if it was not guaranteed.

Fantastic experience: This review is long over due. I’d give this place more stars if I could. I started going to Chiro Sports USA for lower back pain from powerlifting. Initially, I thought it’d go away with few sessions like before but this time it was getting worse. Dr. Nejad suggested I get MRI done and we found out I had multiple discs herniation. Fortunately, I was already at Chiro Sports USA before going to a doctor and Dr. Nejad started me on traction while giving me at home back strengthening exercises. In a few weeks I was getting back to normal and resumed my powerlifting workouts slowly. I can’t thank Dr. Nejad enough, for saving me from surgery/shots for disc herniation and making me get back to my heavy workouts again while strengthening my back. I must definitely mention my thanks to Mike and all the super friendly staff there. Hope this helps someone!

Fantastic experience: Giving ChiroSports USA 5 stars again. I hurt both my shoulders, had blood spots on the joint on my left arm, and was able to get an appointment at the very last minute. I could not handle the pain in both my shoulders anymore after 3 weeks of hoping they would just heal on their own but it did not happen. After the adjustment, I felt something go back in place after both shoulders were adjusted and now the pain is gone after a few hours. If you get hurt from sports, make sure to come over here and get adjusted. Don't be afraid, Dr. Abdollah is perfect in his adjustments.

It’s really thoughtful, thorough treatment including heat, stretching, ice, and more. Sports massages here are super helpful if you’re active and training. Christina and Dr. Nejad are part of our community now and we love having them be part of our health journey.

Fantastic experience: Not all chiropractors are the same. I have been coming to Dr. Nejad for over a year and he's treated my neck, shoulder, and back as well helped me get my posture alignment back. Dr. Nejad treats you using multi different treatments including heat pads, electric stims, ultrasound, and other methods for the most efficient recovery. I noticed the difference in the speed of my recovery compared to previous visits to other chiropractors. Christina the Clinic Manager and the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Can't recommend this team enough!

Negative experience: Billing is very slow.. even emails or text responses are slow. You don't even get a receipt after a payment. The fast thing they do is they charge you for upfront fees. Not a very pleasant experience even as a returning customer.

The chiropractor was very knowledgeable of what he was doing to my body, he was gentle, and compassionate. His name is Dr. Abdollah Nejad, just in case anybody wants to see him, he is amazing. Update: I been to several sessions with the amazing Dr. Abdollah Nejad and his lovely staff, and I can honestly say that I feel a major difference in my lower back, I have less pain than I’ve had in quite some time. Fantastic experience: I had shoulder issues that I continually ignored. Decided to head to a Chiropractor to see if they can help it. At first, I could not use my shoulder. But slowly after each visit, I was able to rotate and bend it more and more. Thanks Dr. Nejad and staff! I highly recommend getting the "full" service if you have an issue. The "Basic" is good for maintenance.

Negative experience: No walk ins, no customer service are available at this place. Spent 30 minutes explaining why they don’t do walk in rather than helping using the time. Very not customer friendly.

Fantastic experience: Great experience - appointment are always very efficient. The ultrasound and laser treatments really seem to have helped solve a long-term Achilles tendonitis that kept coming back when I only treated it with rest, ice and massage.

Simple acts like getting out of bed, walking, climbing steps or just reaching for a bag of popcorn in the kitchen cabinet can easily become strenuous. Your spirits can be brought low. In my case, I hurt myself during muscle endurance training at the gym, aggravating my spine and causing Hyperkyphosis to develop at the base of my neck. Its very painful and very stressful to live with. Soon as I contacted Dr. Nejad and his team, he quickly diagnosed my problem and they have all been working tirelessly to help with my recovery. Fantastic experience: I went to ChiroSportsUSA when I was in acute pain. I couldn’t drive, sleep, sit, or do any normal activities anymore. I had a tingling sensation in my fingers and serve pain in my elbow and lower arm, neck, and back. Everything seemed devastating. I knew one thing for sure I don’t want to go to any doctor who would give me allopathic medicine which has side effects or talk about any invasive treatment so I chose to look for a sports medicine doctor. I wanted to get treatment from one of the best available doctors in my area and I came across Dr. Nejad and his team. I think this was the best decision I took, nonetheless, I wish I would have visited them earlier. The doctor diagnosed me accurately and on the first visit, he also started treatment. The results amazed me. Immediately following the first visit my pain subsided tremendously and since then it has only improved. I have been seeing him for more than a month now and my life is back to normal already. Getting treatment for my condition from the right doctor and his team was the only thing I needed in life to smile again. Another most important part of visiting ChiroSportsUSA was that they worked my with insurance company. I’ve learned my lesson in waiting too late before I get injured, but indoor football season is around the corner and Dr. Nejad and his team were ready to welcome me with open arms today as I wanted to work on my lower back as my right leg has been acting up after dance classes and gymnastics practice. Fantastic experience: Chirosports is my go-to for all sorts of sports injuries. I am generally quite active with my running, lifting and tennis; and prone to getting hamstring and lower back injuries. Christina does an awesome job in getting me booked for an appointment in the closest available slot. Dr Nejad is knowledgeable, personable, and does a great job in diagnosing, stretching, and 'adjusting' the body appropriately. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a chiropractor in over 10 years. After recently wrenching my back, it was time to find one. Following all the good reviews about Dr. Nejad and ChiroSports, I decided to give him a try, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been to both locations, which are clean and comfortable. The staff has been welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Nejad is wonderful! He spent time assessing my issues and talking with me upon my first visit, which was very thorough. After my first visit I had major improvements. I see the doctor for adjustments once a week (I pay out of pocket, or I’d get 2-3/week) and even though I’ve only been a few times, my body craves the treatments. It’s an instant relief. The staff are so accommodating and caring, and offer excellent care too. They also don’t force products on you, which I appreciate, however, if you need any home remedies, they have a lot to offer. I have a massage appointment in the next couple weeks, and from what other patients have said, Mike is fabulous. They are a pretty busy office, which makes sense since their services are top notch. If you’re looking for a new chiropractor, I highly recommend you try ChiroSports!

Fantastic experience: Chirosports was the first ever chiropractic experience I’ve had. I called the other morning and they were able to see me the same day. All the staff was super nice. I came in because I have upper back pain/neck tension and severe migraines. Dr. Nejad was super informative about everything and explained what is causing my migraines. I felt very comfortable during my visit. I got an exam, deep tissue laser, an adjustment, and a cooling massage done. I already feel amazing after one appointment. I can’t wait for my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I injured my lower back this past Sunday and was lucky to get an appointment Monday. I was in a lot of pain, was totally not aligned, crooked and couldn't stand up straight. After Monday's appointment, I got some much needed relief from the pain. Came back again Wednesday and again Friday and left feeling so much better and a lot less crooked. Fantastic experience: Last week, I complained about my shoulder not reacting well to being on the rower so much instead of being on the water. This morning, my theory shifted to include my lack of being able to do the strength training I’m used to. My shoulder thrives on activity, and the last few years the combination of rowing, strength training, and chiropractic care has kept my shoulder the healthiest it’s been in a long time. I’m hoping I can get my leg to that point as well... I did impress everyone by walking in with my cane instead of my wheelchair today!

Fantastic experience: This chiropractor is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and they make sure they take good care of you. I've had injuries due to powerlifting and repetitive work. After a few treatments I've seen amazing progression. Thank you again, i always look forward to getting treatment.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a Chiropractor in the East Bay I would highly recommend this business. The staff at ChiroSports USA is always courteous and cheerful. Dr. Nejad is very knowledgeable and he both listens to his patients and takes the extra steps to make sure you are feeling your best by the end of your visit. The office has massage therapists on site and therapists Mike will work out even the toughest knots you might have. This is great place and is a definite "must place to go" for all your Chiropractic needs.

Fantastic experience: This is my 2nd review this year for Chirosports USA. Being 2 months now since my shoulder surgery, I would not be where I am in my recovery without Dr Nejad and his team here. I received the best care, prep, lazer, massage etc up to the day before my surgery which included bone repair from fracture, 4 torn tendons/muscles, it was pretty serious. Now 2 months after surgery I am doing my PT and come here after PT for more laser, ultrasound, massage, HEALING therapy and encouragement. Only 2 months since surgery, I am riding bikes with the kids again, amazing feedback from my Surgeon, 50% of my range of motion back, and able to engage all my muscles. My success has so much to do with the care I get and attention I get here. My results are undeniable and I owe this team praises for all my future activities...THANK YOU GUYS!!! You know I love ya all. My wife has been a client here much longer than I have and I am lucky I listened to her and came in. She was right, and I am right. You are in the very best hands possible when you walk through this door. These folks ALL care about being good at what they do and they ALL want to see you leaving here in better shape than you were when you walked in. I have been to other Chiros over the years...none can even come close to Dr Nejad and his team.

Fantastic experience: Doctor does good adjustments combined with ultra sound, laser treatment, stretching and massage therapy. It is a perfect combination of treatments one would need for chronic muscle pain like I have. Sometimes they start the treatment late and take away massage time which is not fun. They seem under staffed. Front desk lady Christina is rude. She would only point you being late and not take feedback or comments on what about when they are late. The other front desk lady (name start with A) is nice.

They make everyone feel very welcomed as soon as you enter the door and show great professionalism. Before I came to Chirosports, I had such terrible lower back pains. It was to the point where I had problems bending down to put my own socks and shoes on. When I would go out walking with friends or even out for a jog I couldn't last long on my feet because the pain was bad. I have been coming every week with the team at Chirosports and I am happy to say that my back pains have decreased and I am able to do my every day activities that I struggled to do so.
