Fantastic experience: If your looking for a training facility that has it all, this is it! From the moment you walk in the door, it has a spa like feel, with the latest equipment and amazing staff. All of the trainers have a very high level of knowledge, so if you have prior injuries or wanting to take your work outs to the next level, G21 can meet all your needs. Fantastic experience: This gym is so well equipped and one of the cleanest I’ve ever attended. But the real gem is the on site Doctor of Physical Therapy Dr Paul Paganello - he has changed my life with his amazing OT skills and great demeanor. I was having chronic back and mobility issues when I first came but through twice per week sessions I am a changed (62 yr old) man. Paul has deep knowledge and works hard to get your body back in tune. I am so much more active and feel 100% better thanks to Dr P. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I just moved to Fort Lauderdale recently and was a member for years at Equinox in LA and in London. I have worked with a trainer for years and just happened to drive by G21 one day and I noticed the great architecture. I thought to myself, "That looks cool, I should go in and ask about training." The rest is history... Renato, the owner sat me down and showed me the whole gym and all it has to offer. He set me up with my trainer Jeff Easton and I will say, he's the best trainer I have ever had! Everyone is friendly with a "Good Morning" upon arrival and it feels like a family. They offer MedSpa, Stretching, Massage/body work and so much more! In just 3 months I have already lost body fat, gained muscle and continue to achieve my goals thanks to Jeff and the entire team!

Fantastic experience: If you are serious about being the best you can be, you need to seriously consider G21. Renato has put together a facility and a group of trainers that are second to none. Over the last four years I have worked with Renato, Anderson and others with great results. Currently I work with Caio and Rory. For me, Caio is the most technically proficient trainer I have ever had (he safely pushes me to achieve things I never thought possible) and Rory develops unique bootcamp style workouts that I really love. Any review of G21 has to mention Dr. Paul. Paul is a physical therapist, trainer, teacher and mobility expert. I’ve never seen anyone who possesses all of those skills in one person. He has put me back together again on more than one occasion. G21 is “simply the best.”

Fantastic experience: I first came to G21 knowing what I wanted and needed but with low expectations due to the fact that I have been in many gyms in Fort Lauderdale looking for the right trainer that would understand and help me work towards my goals. The first step was the consultation and there are many trainers at G21 so finding the right match is important to me, Renato (super nice ) walked me through my options and soon after, I started my journey with Anderson. I have been training here two times a week for about 3 months now and it's been a real life changing experience. Anderson understands my physical condition, keeps helping me to achieve my goals and, already seeing the results that I was looking for, it's just amazing! Fantastic experience: Without question G21 is the most outstanding gym and training facility I have ever joined in NY or Florida. To call this incredibly clean and well-equipped gym state-of-the-art is an understatement. Most importantly, my trainer Caio is unsurpassed in my experience. It is incredible to work with Caio. Fantastic experience: I’ve trained at the best private gyms in LA and NYC but nothing compares to G21. Renato and his dedicated team, are definitely the best and most responsive. They are constantly learning and teaching the most up to date exercises with the newest equipment. In addition, it’s the most beautiful private gym with the cleanest amenities- showers, bathrooms, massage rooms etc. The entire space which is indoor and outdoor will transform you to a magical tropical- feel good experience. Fantastic experience: I started to train at G21 when it first opened over 5 years ago and have continued to go consistently for individual and couples personal training sessions 2-3x per week since then. The facilities are always spotless and g21 is continuously adding new and upgraded equipment and experiences. I am a business professional not a professional athlete, and I love training with the professionals at g21 who do train elite athletes and bring that highest level of knowledge, experience, and personalized care for me as well. Fantastic experience: I have been working with Anderson (my trainer) since Jan. 2021. I go there regularly because I do not like regular gyms like LA Fitness and need the motivation you receive from a personal trainer. Having moved here from Washington, D. C. where there are many gyms, I can say that G21 is the best place I have been in my many years of "on and off again" personal training. The facility is modern AND neat and clean. All the equipment is modern and new and they are always adding new programs and equipment for their clients. I highly recommend G21 if, like me, you are that person who needs the motivation and support with true professionals who take their business seriously. Every time I walk out of that place, I feel like I have accomplished something, not only for my body, but for my self-esteem.

I came across G21 two years ago and I was impressed with their facility, the amazing upbeat vibe that they have and the great quality equipments. Moreover, the gym is always clean and organized which always make my training a lot more pleasant. I want to command the great work they do with their students. I have been taking classes with Caio for the past five years and he is phenomenal. I have had several different trainers in the past and I have seen the best consistent results from his outstanding work. I love how he makes training fun and dynamic and yet, challenging in order to see results.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the United States from Brazil and decided to visit G21 Fitness. I must say, the facility is amazing. The bathrooms were clean, the trainers were amazing. Fantastic experience: At the height of Covid in June 2020, I was 63 years old 23% body fat, out of shape, with skinny arms and legs and a pot belly. Working with Renato and his team intensively for the first 3 months, I was down to 10.3% BF, yet I had gained 17 lbs of lean muscle. I cannot put into words my gratitude to Renato and the team at G21. Best decision I ever made.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Paul for over 2 years and he has changed my life! I was really a physical wreck (hips and back) a year into COVID. Dr Paul did an assessment, understood what I was willing to do and set me up for better mobility and no pain. I can’t recommend him too much. He is a magic man. Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul is amazing. I was very very nervous to begin treatment under him and quickly became comfortable with both his methods in the PT and Personal Training spaces. He also has a wonderful and authentic personality which is refreshing in South Florida. He is an excellent Doctor capable of diagnosis and treatment of any condition. Before seeing him, I had pain in my arms, hips, back, neck and shoulders, as well as numbness and tingling from herniated discs and hip replacement procedure. Lacking the motivation and having a preexisting bad back condition, made me very skeptical. The staff has all been welcoming and motivating to improve anyone who steps through their doors. Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Renato for a few months now and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The entire facility is kept very clean, it’s never overcrowded, and the environment (decor, clients, trainers, staff) is inviting and high-end without feeling stuffy. I specifically came to Renato to help me build an a** and have seen amazing results all over. Our workouts are never the same, are always challenging, and never feel like a chore. They also offer a range of services outside of working out (think: infrared sauna, massage, IV therapy, physical therapy, stretching, red light therapy, etc. ) - great way to treat yourself after a long week or murderous workout 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally write reviews but this had to be said. I have mobility in by knee again! Coming here has been life changing, grateful for my trainer Anderson and his expertise with injuries. I’m gaining muscle and properly engaging my core (mommy of 3 here). The facility is beautiful, bathrooms are CLEAN, the staff is friendly and helpful. The overall space is calm, and music is always on point. A beginner not knowing correct form or how to navigate exercise to now being comfortable in the gym, able to do many types of exercises and able to utilize a variety of equipment, in 2 months - the results are real. Fantastic experience: I am coming up on one year as a client of G21. I feel very blessed and glad that I stopped by the facility and met with Renato, the owner. I was and still impressed by what the facility has provided me. The entire staff has always been very welcoming. Caio, my coach, is first class. He is organized, highly skilled, intelligent and understanding of my unique physical fitness goals. He has consistently challenged me. Developed training programs specifically for me. Programs, dietary suggestions and recommendations on cardio all to focus on my body type and physiology. I am so happy with my progress. Paul, my mobility therapist, has helped me tremendously. He has helped me navigate through a very difficult mobility issue. With his help, he has allowed me to recognize and correct decades of physical limitations. I was having severe pain every day. We have worked to get to point that I honestly thought we would never achieve, pain free. By working with these two individuals I have been able to move forward in my fitness and mobility goals.
