Negative experience: I personally don’t think this clinic offers the best treatment with their customer communication with providers. They tend to not call back and the system is confusing.

Negative experience: I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with CVCH after switching from Columbia Valley. Initially, I found my primary care provider, Rebecca M, to be compassionate and understanding during our first few appointments. Unfortunately, after about three or four sessions, I noticed a shift in her demeanor, becoming snarky and dismissive.

Fantastic experience: I have been using CVCH since I moved to this area in the early 2000s and they are excellent. I've never had problems from any provider there and most of them have been top notch. Same with the dentists. As a matter of fact, my current dentist there is the best one I've ever had, same with my PCP. Sure, they don't have some specialists but Confluence is close for those. I went to Express Care for a breathing issue at the end of a bout of flu last week, they triaged me immediately, got me in for a chest xray nearly as quickly and I was home with antibiotics and prednisone within the next hour and a half and feeling better already by the next day (it was pneumonia). Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Referral process is the worst. 4 referrals that have been sent out the building have not been delivered, sometimes twice in a row. I shouldn't have to call every two weeks just to make sure I get prompt care. This last time took two months! TWO MONTHS and multiple phone calls to get my referral to show up to a physical therapy office. I don't have time for this nonsense. This has never happened at any other clinic or doctors offices I have used in the past. This is irresponsible and unacceptable.

Negative experience: Went to Confluence Health ER a month ago then to CVCH for trauma MRI referral. When I've called 5x over the last two weeks still no answer or appt and when I call the spot coordinator is never available. If this is award winning medical like they say, we know what place they're at. Last!

Fantastic experience: I had help with Lizzie via Member Services, and she took the time out of her day to talk to me on the phone and made the forms I needed to sign accessible to me via online. She worked very hard & even sent her personal work email to allow me to turn my forms in before they expired. She explained things well & I'm very impressed.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very caring and compassionate.

Negative experience: Tried to get a primary doctor for six months. Fire season started. Tried to reschedule my appointment. Next available fate was another three months out. Absolutely useless. Guess I'll get a doctor that can manage their patient load in Seattle and make the drive.

Negative experience: I have a real bad sleeping issue and have been working on it with my doctor at cvch for months each month he would give me something new to try and i would for 5 month and 5 prescriptions they found nothing that would work i was feeling like death and would have welcome it so i went to the er the er gave me somthing that worked i was so relieved i ran straight to my doctor I told him she and her assistant said they would not prescribe that to me so I kept trying stuff they were prescribed and once again started feeling crazy and my death was at my door I called my doctor and asked would they prescribe I had not slept in 5 days and feeling crazy they denied what would help me not go crazy or feel insane maybe even die is what I felt so once again I was back at the ER cvch does not help you with your problems they help you with what they think your problems are a doctor that won't help you get sleep which is very important is not a doctor at all so if this is happening to you seek help somewhere else I probably lost days of my life not getting the right help the stress that put on my body and my mind I know took days from my life

Negative experience: I do not know what has happened in the last 10 years or so. But I have recently been very unimpressed with the level of care from this facility. The 20 min appointments are ridiculous. You feel like a number being pushed through. The doctors are overloaded with clients so the experience is not very personable. The call center is a joke. If you want to get ahold of your physician due to an immediate concern.. Good luck. By the time the message gets from the call center to the nurse (not even in the same city) to the next person or other call center.. You will be put on hold to speak to. Then your doctor finally. You will probably not even be sick anymore. The pharmacy makes every single pickup a hassle. Never an easy process. Half the time the medication is not even filled after they told you it was and you have to wait. What ever happened to quality medical treatment? I can remember 45 min - 1 hr long appointments where the doctor could actually perform quality work. They had time to properly diagnose and treat. How can you really hear about someone’s problems in 20 min? You can’t. Just enough time to say hello, talk briefly, write a prescription and kick you out the door and in to the next.. Come on CVCH you can do better and your patients are suffering because of you inability to provide a personal experience.

Fantastic experience: Helpful and quick

Positive experience: It's a huge maze. Be ready to get lost quickly. Nice people here to help you.

Negative experience: Waiting over 2 hours now for a prescription. They have told me just 40, 30, now 15 minutes more. Sticking to Walgreens from now on. What a mess here.

Negative experience: The techs are nice to there patients but if say you ever died in there chair via excessive use of nitrous oxide literally I was code blue no respiration no pulse and when I came to was wheeled away to the er where I.was monitored for several hrs before released and now I have serious problems with staying awake I feel like I'm being electrocuted all the time and I jerk rather violently out of nowhere then a couple yrs go by and it's time for my 16 yr old daughter to be seen and someone in the office just had to make fun of me so on that note cvch is no better than the broken rotten teeth in my mouth that never got fixed making my quality of life a whole -10 the most important thing is that to a teenager status is everything and for a place to allow an individual to be made fun of in the presence of his 16 yr old daughter cuts her down tremendously she is very delicate and for this kind of damage to be done I'm beside myself with what I want to do and what I need to have done to prevent this to another in the futureneedless to say we will never return to this establishment

Negative experience: Completely disappointed after over 25 years with Columbia Pediatrics with the most recent care when our son was having an allergic reaction. I called several times for an appointment and was transferred to nurse after nurse who wasn't even local with no help at all. Will not be returning and transferring services somewhere else.

Negative experience: As much as I appreciate the clinic ..getting help for those who need mental health assistance after 5...forget about it:(

Negative experience: The facilities knowledge is poor, you ask “trained” professionals for simple and accurate information and given false information. For them to have financial gain. Very unprofessional and unimpressed. When expressing my frustration, I was spoken very rudely to by Lori with billing. Would have taken my child somewhere else if I wasn’t told they would take my ins and in the end don’t. They want your money and don’t care about how they get it even if that means lying straight to patients face. With times are as tough as they are they have no gull to be honest. Beware.

Positive experience: I get good care for a couple things. The rest I get ignored about. Same as every other woman. Chronic pain, just go stretch for 30 years, add, well we can't find those records ect...

Negative experience: Avoid

Positive experience: Other than it being very difficult to get through to talk to anyone for any reason it's a good place. But the wait times to even talk to the switchboard is always 20 mins or more.

Fantastic experience: It is a good clinic

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve only had a handful of bad experiences with the pcp providers, but it always got handled right there. I was referred to the psychologist here by my pcp for an adhd evaluation. I went for my first appointment and they had no clue that’s what I was there for (not the providers fault, he was an intern and super nice). Scheduled my follow up and at the beginning of my appointment, told that the provider who gives the adhd evaluations refuses to diagnose me or even evaluate me because I have “bad sleep”. I don’t have bad sleep, it’s just sometimes not the best, but I also have a 2 year old who doesn’t sleep through the night sometimes. She also refused because symptoms weren’t present before the age of 12 (mind you I was never asked that question) and I wouldn’t be able to tell them anyway because I have no clue, I don’t remember that far back (I’m 25 now). This was a terrible experience and now, I’m having to go through the hoops again at a different facility in the valley to try and just get an evaluation. Get better providers CVCH.

Negative experience: 07 19 2023 Today I had a terrible dental procedure something fell in my throat during the procedure and scratched me when I took it out with an instrument I will never allow a dental resident to perform work on me again.

Negative experience: Went in as a walk-in with a broken tooth. It has a big filling that broke and that filling shifts around digging into my tongue but I can't remove it by myself. So I signed all the releases, took x-rays. Dentist Thomas said he would "temporize" the tooth. I was told by a dentist there before that the tooth should get a crown because of the big filling so I asked about it. Because I asked, "sorry time is up, time to see the next patient" and was given the bum's rush out the door without even removing the loose filling. Next appointment available is in September to see my normal dentist there, who I know does good work. Meanwhile I still have a broken filling lodged between my teeth digging into my tongue without even a temporary fix. Do not recommend, as a walk in. That is what this review is about, however scheduled appointments seem to be good

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the clinic for many years, very friendly. I like how my doctor treats me; he is American but knows a lot of Spanish. He has a lot of empathy for his patients. I recommend going there as they take good care of you.

Positive experience: So far so good. Getting closer. Appointments have been a hassle at times but overall an easy-going environment.

Negative experience: The nurse and the walk in. Dr at there urgent care is by far the worst bed sisse manner is worst I have ever seen. Very rude and not easy to trust this clinic anymore def new provider

Positive experience: There's often miscommunication within the staff/computers. So I try to stay away from this location. It's often crowded as well. I suggest 2 level parking. (Upper level for employees) Though, do go here for their pediatrician vaccine specialist.

Positive experience: This is a review for the receptionists, not a reflection of the medical staff. Being on hold for a total of 45 minutes is sort of ridiculous, and then to get attitude from the person answering really tops it off. Hire more people and work on professional communication, please.

Fantastic experience: Thank you to the wonderful staff at the walk in clinic for taking good care of me. Starting with the young man at check in at the front desk to the young man in the pharmacy. And the nursing staff and PA in between. Everybody was so nice and caring. I am definitely coming back here when I need healthcare. Thanks again! You’re an awesome team of healthcare professionals.

Negative experience: I would give 0 starts if I could. My daughter went in for a filling, and left having a panic attack. They were careless and did not explain what was happening, as it was happening. She battles with high levels of anxiety, as well as panic attacks, and they were just horrible. She also stated that she did not want to be used as a "teaching patient", but that was disregarded as well.

The general feel I get from Wenatchee valley clinic is a rude nose in the air attitude of judgement upon visitors. Thank you cvch for providing a alternative in the Wenatchee valley.

Negative experience: This place does not care about the people. My wife had an appointment that they made her wait 2 months for. The day of the appointment there was a huge snow storm and we were driving from 40 miles away. We called the office and let them know that we would be a bit late. We arrived 16 minutes late and the doctor had already left. Horrible service and now she will have to wait another month. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr Adams is a wonderful doctor. She actually listens to me and then gives me facts upon which I must base the direction of my treatment. Anytime I have questions that she cannot answer she either searches out the answer for me or sends me to somebody who should have the answer.

Fantastic experience: U derstanding the patient seems to be the need...the intellectual property and lifestyle (draw) may provide scientific guidance, however a doctor's experience is the guiding experience for you...to be in a fight for pain relief and being completely ignored as a human being asking for help....now it's fabricated porptionally bia a single source governing your life......you roll with the punches lol....here we go, again........

Negative experience: Show up at 645 am for the walk in and im the second inline, 5 other people walk in after me and are seen within 5 minutes of checking in, I ask the front desk what is going on and they give me some lame excuse and then tell me I have to wait until 8 am to be seen, emergency walk-in what a joke. Not to mention the ones that walked in after me was the same ethnicity as the ones working the front desk, this has happened both times ive came into the dental office, so its not an isolated incident, call me racist but if it quacks like a duck and swims like a duck it's probably a duck.

Negative experience: Horrible for minors. Child was told smoking pot was ok as long as he talked to counselor about it. Called and asked for them to give child waiver for me to schedule appts and set up payments, instead they had child take my info out of everything, so no reminder texts, mind you child isn’t even old enough to drive. I get the laws but this went beyond, way beyond what the rest of cvch does.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic due to the treatment they provide to customers. They are stuck up and judge you based on your ethnicity. They had no reason to treat me like they did. I felt like I did not belong there so I won't be returning there. I was not happy with the way they treat people!

Fantastic experience: Customer service is very good. I want to say there is alot of helpful workers here at cvch. I feel at home here and they always offer their help. Dr.Andrea Hoey is an excellent doctor here. She goes above and beyond and I've never had such a great doctor. Everyone does excellent at their jobs here at this clinic. I love that theyre here for us.

Negative experience: I am just tired of getting the run around. Just don't even bother trying to schedule they aren't worth it. Quality of care is way down lately.

Positive experience: Treatment here is limited and for anything besides very basic things, for anything complicated they send you to Central Washington Hospital so there is still a complete monopoly on the entire health care system of this valley. If you don't have any money and no insurance though (or even with insurance)- this is where to go for a more reasonable bill in the end, and just hope you don't get referred on to the hospital- but definitely not the first stop in a life threatening emergency type of situation where you should just go directly to the main hospital.

Negative experience: Don't bother scheduling an appointment. Scheduled an appointment as a new family (health care professional) in the community looking for a family medicine DO for our kids. Appointment time I was given was 9:30 for both. Email actually shows no time. Arrived at 9:30 only to learn that it was put in the system as 9:15 and 9:45. We were turned away. Paulina asked us if we wanted to reschedule. I said, no we'll just find another doctor. She said, "perfect." Just wanted a good osteopathic colleague for our kids and took the morning off to find one. Will look elsewhere. From one CEO of an FQHC to another, don't burn your patients even BEFORE they get to evaluate how good your services are.

Fantastic experience: Great staff. They are quick and efficient. Typically only wait 5-10 minutes before seeing the doctor. That's after you get checked in at front desk. The nurses are great. Really nice and welcoming. The doctors are really nice and they listened to what i had to say. They actually CVCHC is the best in Wenatchee!

Negative experience: Went to CVCH East Wenatchee side (btw they aren’t a walk in anymore), made an appointment for almost an hour later, waited For the doctor for 40 mins in the room (only to be told we don’t do x-rays here- go to Wenatchee side- ok you could have sent us over there in the first place), got to Wenatchee and rang the doorbell only to wait another 10 mins before anyone came out- and then sit and wait “about 5 mins” after taking the sticker. So we get the x-rays and then have to wait for them to be sent to East Wenatchee dr. Who’s going to send them to radiology, and then tell us if the kid who smashed her thumb in the car door can go back to school. The wait times are one thing- but this isn’t the first time that the lack of communication about my needs has been an issue. Phone calls are a joke- trying to reach the Dr. and explain what is going on is impossible until actually in the office. The only way they want patients to send needs is through the Portal...and return phone calls take days to come back.

Fantastic experience: Very nice, they are kind, they serve you in Spanish and English, what can I say, it's the nicest thing I've seen

Negative experience: 3/2019 I go see dental, then they said need make Crown, i spent six months until now 8/2019 still not put the Crown, when i call to ask about Crown, they said make appointment on September, so I complaint abot it, they put me on August 21, I dont know how long can finish this Crown, other dental said 2~3 weeks can finish it. I really don't know long can finish, I already spent about $2000 dollars. How much money i need waste for two Crown??? Not recommend here.

Fantastic experience: We've had a great experience at CVCH midwifery and pediatrics. All of the midwives are good and Dr. Joslin has been very attentive, knowledgeable and caring. We're able to get appointments in a timely fashion and anytime I've had to call, I get a live person who can help or direct me to someone who can. I really appreciate the team here and would recommend them.

Negative experience: Walk in takes for ever and i arived ans sat for , one hr saw new people come in becalled in right away alwaays the same.. then u get called in and its onother hr sitting in the room

Fantastic experience: My doctor Lauren Kendall is by far the best doctor. Always answers my questions and listens. Highly recommend her.

Negative experience: Awful service. I was 5 minutes late to an appointment and they wouldn't see me. All they're gonna do is stick me in the waiting room for an hour anyways. Don't see why it mattered that I was late.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Kendall! Dr. Kendall is the most proactive doctor ive ever come across and ive worked in the medical field in Wenatchee since 1993. Kendall is kind, compassionate and her knowledge of disease is highly impressive. The good doctor saved my life literally, I cannot convey how impressed and appreciative i am to her. Good job CVCH!

Negative experience: Takes entirely too long to see your healthcare provider. I've had 5 primary providers quit on me in the past 10 years. My childrens pediatrician is booked out for months at a time and I am always directed to the walk in portion of the clinic. The wait is always crazy and you see a different person each time making it harder to have a history with anyone regarding your health needs. Dental department is where most my woes come into play. It took months to get in to see someone and when I did the doctor, Eric Jurges, suddenly quit in between my crown prep and crown placement. I've decided to go else where because honestly if the dentist quits unexpectedly it doesn't look too well on the clinic. Now I'm waiting for a reimbursment check to be mailed out on a prepayment which billing says will take 2 1/2 - 3 months before it will make it through the "process". This place is over booked and has lost site of the quality not quantity portion of business. Thankfully I do have great insurance and Confluence Health and Dr. Tveten are accepting new patients. Hopefully I'll get some money back in 2019.......we'll see.

Negative experience: No one to answer phones. Really slow. Horrible recording while you wait for 30 min on hold. Very bad customer service. The MD was good.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jurges is a tooth repairing wizard. I have terrible teeth and he is well worth the wait.

Negative experience: The worst place ever. I scheduled an appointment with the dentist in April and they gave to me in June. On the top of that I asked if the accepted my insurance and when I get there all of the sudden they did not accept it anymore.

Negative experience: We've been waiting to be seen by a dentist since 6:45 am. In excruciating pain, needing teeth pulled. But here we sit, because apparently they're COMPLETELY BOOKED. But the lady that paid CASH got taken right away...she was Mexican btw...like everyone else that's been seen.

Fantastic experience: Doctors are engaged and professional.

Fantastic experience: The facility is clean and beautiful, almost all of the staff is bilingual, my Nurse Practitioner was kind and prompt and listened to my individual needs. I love that Wenatchee has a clinic that meets the needs of those in difficult financial situations and those with resources alike.

Negative experience: Went in for asthma medicine refill, I don't have a primary Doctor, never really have. I've had asthma my entire life. I always keep an inhaler on me because I never know when it's going to stoke. The doctor, Eric Davis, comes in questioning me about why I was in here 4 months ago for an inhaler, like I'm complaining about pain and said he's going to put a note in the system stopping me from being able to come in for asthma medicine? Like seriously.. He was like asking me a million questions like I'm some pill fiend looking for oxy. I'm super disgusted.
