I've never had problems from any provider there and most of them have been top notch. Same with the dentists. As a matter of fact, my current dentist there is the best one I've ever had, same with my PCP. Sure, they don't have some specialists but Confluence is close for those. I went to Express Care for a breathing issue at the end of a bout of flu last week, they triaged me immediately, got me in for a chest xray nearly as quickly and I was home with antibiotics and prednisone within the next hour and a half and feeling better already by the next day (it was pneumonia). Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Referral process is the worst. 4 referrals that have been sent out the building have not been delivered, sometimes twice in a row. I shouldn't have to call every two weeks just to make sure I get prompt care. This last time took two months! Half the time the medication is not even filled after they told you it was and you have to wait. What ever happened to quality medical treatment? I can remember 45 min - 1 hr long appointments where the doctor could actually perform quality work. They had time to properly diagnose and treat. How can you really hear about someone’s problems in 20 min? You can’t. Just enough time to say hello, talk briefly, write a prescription and kick you out the door and in to the next.. Come on CVCH you can do better and your patients are suffering because of you inability to provide a personal experience.

Fantastic experience: We've had a great experience at CVCH midwifery and pediatrics. All of the midwives are good and Dr. Joslin has been very attentive, knowledgeable and caring. We're able to get appointments in a timely fashion and anytime I've had to call, I get a live person who can help or direct me to someone who can. I really appreciate the team here and would recommend them.

Negative experience: Walk in takes for ever and i arived ans sat for , one hr saw new people come in becalled in right away alwaays the same.. then u get called in and its onother hr sitting in the room

Negative experience: Awful service. I was 5 minutes late to an appointment and they wouldn't see me. All they're gonna do is stick me in the waiting room for an hour anyways. Don't see why it mattered that I was late.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Kendall! Dr. Kendall is the most proactive doctor ive ever come across and ive worked in the medical field in Wenatchee since 1993. Kendall is kind, compassionate and her knowledge of disease is highly impressive. The good doctor saved my life literally, I cannot convey how impressed and appreciative i am to her. Good job CVCH!

Negative experience: Takes entirely too long to see your healthcare provider. I've had 5 primary providers quit on me in the past 10 years. My childrens pediatrician is booked out for months at a time and I am always directed to the walk in portion of the clinic. The wait is always crazy and you see a different person each time making it harder to have a history with anyone regarding your health needs. Dental department is where most my woes come into play. It took months to get in to see someone and when I did the doctor, Eric Jurges, suddenly quit in between my crown prep and crown placement. I've decided to go else where because honestly if the dentist quits unexpectedly it doesn't look too well on the clinic. Now I'm waiting for a reimbursment check to be mailed out on a prepayment which billing says will take 2 1/2 - 3 months before it will make it through the "process". This place is over booked and has lost site of the quality not quantity portion of business. Thankfully I do have great insurance and Confluence Health and Dr. Tveten are accepting new patients. Hopefully I'll get some money back in 2019.......we'll see.

Negative experience: No one to answer phones. Really slow. Horrible recording while you wait for 30 min on hold. Very bad customer service. The MD was good.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jurges is a tooth repairing wizard. I have terrible teeth and he is well worth the wait.

Negative experience: The worst place ever. I scheduled an appointment with the dentist in April and they gave to me in June. On the top of that I asked if the accepted my insurance and when I get there all of the sudden they did not accept it anymore.

Negative experience: We've been waiting to be seen by a dentist since 6:45 am. In excruciating pain, needing teeth pulled. But here we sit, because apparently they're COMPLETELY BOOKED. But the lady that paid CASH got taken right away...she was Mexican btw...like everyone else that's been seen.

Fantastic experience: The facility is clean and beautiful, almost all of the staff is bilingual, my Nurse Practitioner was kind and prompt and listened to my individual needs. I love that Wenatchee has a clinic that meets the needs of those in difficult financial situations and those with resources alike.

Negative experience: Went in for asthma medicine refill, I don't have a primary Doctor, never really have. I've had asthma my entire life. I always keep an inhaler on me because I never know when it's going to stoke. The doctor, Eric Davis, comes in questioning me about why I was in here 4 months ago for an inhaler, like I'm complaining about pain and said he's going to put a note in the system stopping me from being able to come in for asthma medicine? Like seriously.. He was like asking me a million questions like I'm some pill fiend looking for oxy. I'm super disgusted.
