Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I've ever been to! The space is so well organized, welcoming, and ultra clean. Their 24-hour access for members is super convenient. They have awesome equipment (they even have a sled which is hard to find!) and the community is amazing - everyone is kind, friendly, and supportive. I've been visiting North Palm Beach for a few months every year for the last 3 years and I most look forward to coming here each time. Without fail I make a new friend. This should be the gold standard for how gyms are operated! Shout out to Dennis for all his help! Y'all are wonderful

Negative experience: Terrible management and hidden fees. Beware. They can charge you more than your monthly because of improvements made to the club. Never do a Groupin' with I went in a day later than my grouping date. They billed me for the next month and the next month because I had not given them a fullmonth's notice. They Are a rip off.

Fantastic experience: The Zoo gym is amazing! I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and am so impressed with the cleanliness and quality of all of their equipment. It has all of the equipment you need and more. The owners are great and everyone is so nice. Highly recommend!

I am not worried about bothering the staff, they are always happy to help. As a woman and an extremely introverted person I feel at ease here. Very women friendly and positive environment. I feel safe working out here at all hours. Also 24 hours which is great if you want to workout super early or super late. Very clean. Great equipment, they have a turf room and the women’s bathroom is equipped with nice products to use too. Even if you have sensitive skin. Definitely come here to workout. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The facility is super clean, and the bathrooms make it feel like you’re in a spa! They provide plenty of towels for showers and cleaning after you’ve used a machine which is really convenient. The owner, Dennis, is super nice and personable. Great experience all around.

Fantastic experience: A very nice gym full of everything you need to be in great shape. It's clean and well maintained. Dennis the owner is a friendly person that always does his best to accommodate everyone. There isn't a time limit for using the treadmills and this is the only pitfall of the place as rarely you wait in line.

There's towel service, all sorts of amenities in the women's locker room, and the staff is super friendly. HIGHLY recommend. Plus, the owner, Dennis, is a super cool dude. Check it out!

Negative experience: The worst gym your better off at any other 24/7 fitness their robbing people blind and have a lot of fake reviews don’t believe the stuff they tell you it’s complete bogus

Positive experience: This gym is a lot slower and less packed then many others gyms in south Florida, which is cool. The woman that signed me up was awesome (I don't remember her name, Lisa maybe?) The locker rooms are SUPER nice and it's awesome that the women's locker room is full of any toiletries we could possibly need. My only two complaints: 1. The lack of yoga mats. Yes, there are the tri-fold thick black mats but those don't work for when I don't want to get scrapped up on the turf while doing hip thrusts. 2. This might just be me, but the last couple times I've been here, there's a young girl at the front desk that just seems like she can't be bothered whenever I have to speak to her. She didn't offer me a locker key and I didn't want to even ask for one after how annoyed she seemed when I wanted to buy a water. Every single other time I've come in, I've been greeted with a smile and offered a locker key when whoever is at the desk sees my bag. Again, I'm possibly reading into this wrong as I struggle to gauge people's body language and tone but just something that did rub me the wrong way.

I worked for this company in the past and they always had the cleanest gym with the best state of the art equipment. They gave the most outstanding customer experience. I suggest anyone that wants to be in a professional fitness environment to join this establishment. The owner treats you like family and always keeps his gym and equipment clean and working precisely. Definitely a 5 star establishment!

Fantastic experience: Big fan of Zoo in NPB. Virtually every machine, cardio bike and free weight is here. A couple of really good trainers, too. If you like crowded gym floors and locker rooms, go to Plant Fitness. On some weekday afternoons, you might have the Zoo all to yourself.

Fantastic experience: You can’t beat the sign up deal. I love that you can come in 24hours and it’s always clean, making it an extension of your home. Now i can just focus on gains and not my schedule. Anytime is a great time for a quick pump. Haven’t tried the classes yet but so far I’m pretty impressed.

Fantastic experience: I have stopped in here several times pre-Covid and post-Covid. I have seen the advancements that the business has implemented to keep up with the times. One of my biggest requests was 24-hour access, which was added within the last month. They have the typical cable weights, free weights, cardio, and a smoothie bar/station. But, they recently added an area that allows more Crossfit workouts, i.e., box jumps, sled drags, and such. Are you going to get something that a bigger club has, like a basketball court, swimming pool, and such nope. But you get the personalization of the owner being there, the staff knowing who you are when you visit, and it is not overcrowded. The staff consistently exceeds expectations and is very personable when I am there. If you want a more personalized experience instead of your average overcrowded gym, give them a try.
