Negative experience: I went a few times. I then moved out of Boise and lost track of the bill. My mail was forwarding but I never received another copy The bill was for under $50. The bill eventually went to collections, the collections company called me and I immediately paid. Apex must've given them my number, but before sending the bill to collections why didn't they call??? This ruined my credit for several years. They know the ramifications of sending something to collections but couldn't call me before doing so, not the sort of company I will ever support again.

Fantastic experience: I came in to talk to nutritionist Erin Rae and I am so glad I did. I had some weird health issues pop up and have been working toward a solution. Since consulting with Erin, I'm sleeping better, and have almost eliminated my sweet tooth. I'm not as tired as I was. She also gave me lots of good insight on why I have sugar cravings and what I can do to stop them. I highly recommend her!

Negative experience: This one star is for Erin not Dr. Brian. She was rude and would not listen to what I had to say, left me alone for around 30min midway through my appointment, and was a huge letdown.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr Rae with pain in my left knee. I had been trying to self treat for the last six months with no success and was starting to get worried. I went to Dr Rae because I knew he was very knowledgeable about sports chiropractic and would be able to objectively diagnose me and not jump to surgical solutions. I did have some alignment issues that were contributing to my problem which he was able to remedy. Dr Rae has loaded me up with an array of recovery exercises and I am trending better. I can see moving to a preventative level of care with Dr Rae.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Rae in dire need. I was barely able to walk, in extreme pain, and unable to sleep. Upon my first visit the pain began to curb back and I was already becoming more mobile. Fantastic experience: I love APEX Chiropratic!! I had a wakeboarding fall that jacked up my back and I went to see Dr. Rae. He was absolutely wonderful and has a great bed side manner. After a couple of treatments and prescribed exercises my back pain was completely healed. In addition, both my husband and I saw Erin Rae, Dr. Rae's beautiful wife, for nutritional counseling. Fantastic experience: Today I went and saw RaNae at Apex Chiropractic for a massage and she was amazing. She knew exactly the right pressure to apply during my deep tissue massage and got all my problem spots. She may look small but she is mighty! She listens to your focus areas and is attentive to any sore areas that she might need to apply less pressure too. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. She even gave me some tips to try at home to relieve sore muscles (foam roller, lacrosse ball between shoulders). I will definitely be going back!

From day one Dr Rae listened to my issues and was very gentle but effective when he adjusted me so that when I walked out I felt better after one visit! I called Apex to see if they could squeeze me in even though I'd be a new patient without an appointment and it was close to closing time. After calling various places in town in a panic, I managed to secure a massage at Apex for the day immediately following gnarly shoulder and neck pain, likely due to my weirdo sleeping positions. Apex is one of few places I've been where every single person was friendly, genuine, helpful AND talented at what they do! Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr. Rae after suffering an extremely painful hip injury while training for a marathon. I was very skeptical at first because I have always been terrified of Chiropractors, but I was in so much pain at that point that I was desperate. Dr. Rae was super patient and explained everything to me after carefully analyzing my situation and understanding my fears. After a few months on a routine schedule, Dr. Rae had helped me successfully manage my pain, rehab my injury, and finish my marathon well within my goal time. I am very thankful for his patience and for listening to me instead of just telling me to stop training like every other medical professional I had seen. Thank you, Dr. Rae!!

Negative experience: Overall my experience with Dr Erin Rae was pleasant. She was kind, but in my opinion I did not feel the knowledge and outcome of my results was anything to do with her. I also was not told that my insurance didn’t cover my 1st visit (I am happy to pay; not their fault), but she continued to try and get my on her shedule for additional appointment (in my opinion not needed after receiving my food inflammation results), without advising me these would be at a cost. Luckily, I figured that out before going back for a 3rd time, so I cancelled my appointment. I would recommend if you are looking for a food allergy test, or sensitivity to look elsewhere. I paid over $600, and I am not entirely sure what services Erin provided besides documenting foods that I ate and then providing me with a list of foods to eat after my test. I felt the ideas and foods she provided me were kind of a joke, as I am already health conscious. During my visit to her office, she left me for 20 min to go type up a list of meals and foods she would recommend. I believe that should have been done before my appointment; and not during. I’ve had friends who had great experiences, but mine, not so much. The overall cost was not worth the value at all.

Positive experience: Got a Chiropractic adjustment from Dr. Rae here. He did a good job in cracking up my spine but seemed to be in a bit hurry for some reason, it looked like he didn't want to spend more than 10 mins. I have scheduled another session with him tomorrow, hope he can spend some more time. Overall, it's a very nice and friendly place.

Negative experience: I setup an appointment with apex and they double booked me. I drove an hour for a massage that I didn't even receive. I setup a return appointment so I could get the message the company owed me and it was the worst message I've ever had. Barely any pressure and didn't listen to what I said my problem areas were. Will never be returning here. Worst massage experience ever.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from some lower back and shoulder/neck pain which I felt could be attributed to a number of things... stress, sports, sitting at a desk all day, etc. I tried regular massages which helped briefly, but inevitably, the pain would return within a day or two. Finally I decided to get adjusted, and it made a world of difference. After my first appointment, the tightness and soreness that had plagued my neck for a good year felt immediately relieved....and continued to feel better. While massages are a nice compliment, adjusting the alignment of my hips and back were really the key to feeling good. I continue to see Brian as needed to keep my back and body healthy and properly aligned. --Thank you Brian!

Positive experience: Had a great short appt with the chiro bought with a Groupon. I appreciated that he took time with me even though I had bought the appt with a discount. The massage was good, not stellar but not bad by any means. Their location is great for anyone who lives on Warm Springs!

Negative experience: I was referred over to Apex by a friend for a massage - when I called to schedule, the next appointment was over a week out. Day of appointment they call to cancel because the masseuse is sick (totally fine - I wish her well) however, instead of doing a make up day for clients they couldn't reschedule me for 2.5 weeks out at the next availability. I would just think "the best chiropractic office in town" would try to help accommodate patients/clients a little better. When I asked about something sooner or if they would be doing a make up day for all the clients cancelled on, I was met with sarcasm and a bit of rudeness from the receptionist. I will not be rescheduling, which is unfortunate.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr Rae for about a year now since my pelvis shifted dramatically during pregnancy causing numbness in my right leg with corresponding knee pain. Thankfully he has kept me in good alignment and out of pain. I don't know what I'd do without a good chiropractor such as Dr Rae.
