Fantastic experience: I like to drop in when I’m down visiting from Georgia. Great gym and I love the set-up. They have all of the equipment I need. They have been extremely welcoming and have gone out of their way to accommodate me and help me gain access to the gym outside of their normal office hours. Liz and Juicy have been so kind! If I lived in PC I’d have a membership with them due to the way they have consistently gone above and beyond for me as a guest at the gym. Can’t say enough great things!

Fantastic experience: I travel for work so I have the pleasure of visiting many different AF all around the country. This location is a cut above the rest. The staff and trainers are friendly, the gym is clean, bathrooms are stocked with feminine hygiene items, the music, muscles and vibes are pumpin’. Even little details around the gym are really cool, purple accents, a patch wall, trophy and medal shelves. You can really tell they take pride in their gym. Highly recommend visiting this location.

Fantastic experience: Member Since October of ‘23 I’ve already been to Planet Fitness as a guest of somebody else, they have lots of great equipment and space. One thing I didn’t like about it, is there isn’t really any one on one or people to ask questions about things like nutrition, what to do if something hurts when it shouldn’t. This place LEGITIMATELY CARES A WHOLE BUNCH about their people we aren’t customers here we are a gym fellowship. If you have questions they are better answered at the gym, kind of like going to the mechanic here, whereas Planet Fitness is where you can grab the parts you need and work on them yourself. I needed a chiropractor from lifting a generator and hoisting it up onto the work truck, I was about to spend like $200 to see a Chiro, and instead I went with one personal training session and in the midst of that session I had my alignment done with just deep steady stretches that I’ve been needing to do forever. I have a grade 1 Spondylolisthesis in my L5 since I was 17 years old, I’m 35 now and I have had problems with that area for years now with no relief except the expensive chiropractors that will keep you coming back and won’t tell you how to keep from happening again they always say come back in when you need me. Anyways I’m a customer service person and not afraid to say what’s on my mind about a place of business, this place is awesome, and if you don’t feel amazed about the gym or the place you are at in life you need to come get some awesome special treatment here, because you deserve it!

Negative experience: Called to get a price quote simple price would do wants my name last name wants me to come in to talk to a manager... all that screams ya don't care ya just want to sale sale sale. Guess planet fitness gets my money. And I used to love anytime fitness 14 years ago. If a potential customer calls and asks for your standard membership rate just give it to them. Why waste my time and your time. By having me come all the way in to talk to a manager. Oh well would have been nice to join again.

Negative experience: Its next to a sketchy hotel parking lot that frequents drug use and loud activity. Out of touch; outdated. The owners are cheapskates. The bathrooms are always a mess, and the training programs are ineffective. There are 2 better 24 gyms: one near the College, the other on the Beach. If you respect your investments, I'd suggest you head there.

Fantastic experience: This was my First time visiting. Let me say Elizabeth is absolutely amazing!!! This is easily the best gym experience over any other in the area. I felt so welcome, gym is clean. staff is attentive and prioritizes your fitness goals! Loved it!

She's always looking for new opportunities to truly make a difference. Including a partnership with the health department to prevent and treat diabetes. She found me through a Google search because she wanted to offer healthy meal options for her members. She has been such an advocate for my business since day one and is one of my biggest hype girls!! She's always looking for ways to help me grow my business and collaborate with me to make Bay County healthier and happier! She's amazing!

Fantastic experience: Let me tell you something about the owner. Liz has literally been my biggest fan and supporter since I messaged her on Facebook asking about a membership. I was at my LOWEST my HEAVIEST and my UNHEALTHIEST. She got me in and has done nothing but kick obstacles out of my way since day one. She is real, honest, and dedicated to every single person that walks through that door. She doesn’t stop as long as you don’t stop. Period. She runs a clean gym, that is the FARTHEST thing from judgmental and rude. Ever member and coach I’ve met has been supportive and encouraging. I will never stop shoving a Anytime fitness and Liz down people’s throats. By far the best place in bay county to get your workout on!

Fantastic experience: Chose this gym during my travels. it’s a small gym but you can get a good workout across many spectrums of fitness, cross fit, boxing , pushing iron , cardio etc Met one of the owners today, super nice and even loaned me a belt and told me about the deep tissue water Masage bed they had and suggested that I gave it try. Glad to say I’m not always skeptical as it was a nice touch after then end of a good posterior workout

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars everytime I have been a member of this gym from Day 1. Actually I started training with Liz Hunt BEFORE the gym opened. Fantastic people and I credit them with keeping me WALKING and functioning when I had both knees out and my back was completely out. When I had my right knee replaced Liz worked with my Physical therapist to make my recovery extremely successful. Now she's getting me ready with prehab on my other knee to make that future replacement go smoothly and very successful. This is gym that cares, motivates and inspires!

Negative experience: I felt violated by the black manager that pulled her pants up at me... And then some heavy set lady specifically got a man to stand in Medline to me while I was on the floor doing heavy bag drills. So idk what's goin on with that. Zero stars.

Fantastic experience: This place is outstanding. I am from out of town and travel here for business frequently and I never miss my workout with such a well built out gym. I am a power lifter and these folks have all I need and then some but if you are into machines, well they have them all and more. Highly suggest you check them out.

Fantastic experience: Ok. I drive down for vacation to PCB from ATL. Got here and realized I didn't have my fob to get in after hours. A trainer, Coach T, let me in and had me register as a visitor. I tried to get a temporary fob but none of the trainers could help me and I was there during non business hours. An hour after I left, I got a phone call from Liz, the owner I believe. She had been told that I was trying to get a fob to work out after hours by one of the trainers and called me to help get one. She had called my gym but had not received a call back but she told me she would get me taken care of anyway. I showed up a little while later and she handed me a temporary fob so I could work out when I wanted this week. She didn't receive one penny for this and it served no purpose for her personally other than to be nice to a complete stranger. She was awesome in every way and talked to me a minute about her business and how excited she was to help me and help the AF brand which she certainly did in my book. 5 starts. Excellent. Thank you Liz.

Fantastic experience: Great family environment

Fantastic experience: After looking around at gyms in the area, I decided to go here. While the price of $50 a month seemed steep as I was inputting my card information to sign up, I realized just how much value you are getting by coming here. I spoke with Liz and she offered to stay at the gym when she was supposed to go home and wait for me to come get a key fob and finish my registration so I could get started the same day. She gave a very detailed, yet quick tour of the gym and provided me with a calendar of the classes for the month of September. There is definitely something for everybody to enjoy here. On top of plenty of clean machines to use and classes, they offer nutrition and fitness consulting to get a solid picture of where you are at, and what needs to happen to get where you want to be fitness wise. I have no doubt I will enjoy working out here, and I am excited to come back again!

Negative experience: Facility was pretty nice and the owners were super friendly, however, a few months into my contract I decided to move. I put my cousin under the contract so someone could get some use out of it. I told the employee at the time everything and instructed her to cancel/end the account at the end of the contract. Don't renew it or keep it going, don't add anything to the contract, but just plain end it. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do, and she assured me I was good to go. Half a year after the contract was supposed to be done I found out I was still being billed. Gave them a call and all she kept repeating was that it was in the contract and I should have called to cancel it and there is nothing she can do. Without this incident the place is a great little gym and the other staff that I encountered was always very friendly, but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: Best Spin Class I’ve ever been to! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Facility is up to date and clean. Elizabeth was very motivating and full of energy!! She definitely pushed me to pedal harder, give it my all, and sweat it out.

Negative experience: I will never join anytime fitness again. Apparently a one year contract costs $1600. I requested to cancel given that I have a lot of personal stuff going on. Juicy originally gave me a hard time, until I spoke with Liz. I was told I could cancel in May. I wake up this morning and I’m being charged $65. I called and again juicy tells me that I won’t get my $65 back because originally they should charge me $1600 for the contract even though I paid faithfully every two weeks without fail until this morning. So how can they still charge me the full $1600 if most of it was paid from Nov - may? Hmmm and I was sold on the personal trainer stuff but team training was literally one trainer and 5-15 people. So no a trainer cannot give you that one on one attention. I could do that for $10 at planet fitness. . I know my nephew attends there and he has results however I hope that they don’t take my personal opinion out on him. Very disappointed in the way juicy treated me. I never had my account frozen for any reason as you mentioned in your response. I paid faithfully so for you to say that you froze my account on numerous occasions is a flat lie. Just so glad I moved on

Positive experience: The gym seemed nice overall. I asked for the WiFi and was told to use AF Guest which didn't work. I decided not to bother and tethered to my phone. I was there to use the stationary bicycle. The bike worked fine but the handlebars were loose and close to falling off. I can't really rate above 3 stars with handlebars falling off and no WiFi.

Fantastic experience: They have free weights! I wish they’d get rid of the smith machine for another squat rack aka a curling station There is 24 hr access though if you need to come back And another flat bench would be nice, they are more comfortable than the adjustable bench, for me

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to several gyms and never have i before had such the pleasure of coming to this particular Anytime Fitness. Coming from another Anytime, I had never seen such passion and care from gym staff before in their team and nurturing an amazing gym community and culture. Corey and Liz meet all patrons at their needs and desires: working nonstop to build their team up and providing the best guidance and motivation needed to get them to where they want to go with their bodies in a safe and healthy way. Their trainings are hard, but each of the coaches take pride in their sessions and ensure every person is giving 200% or greater the whole way through. I’ve since moved across country but I hope one day especially to come back to this gym in particular. You would be missing out to not come to this gym.

Fantastic experience: This place is clean and has good equipment. I was on vacation for a week and worked out here and was very pleased. I got to meet the owners Corey and Elizabeth, both Veterans and I was there during Veterans Day! They both are super nice and accommodating and asked if there was anything they could do to make my time at that gym enjoyable to just ask…awesome. I met a few of the local peeps working out during the week and they were all super nice as well to me for the entire week. A nice place all around. There are still nice people in this world! Lots if luck on your gym venture! Keep up the positive and kind vibes, especially to strangers! You will enjoy your workout here, guarantee it .

Fantastic experience: The staff and the facilities are great. Their trainers, in both a one-on-one setting or team training, will push you in a motivational way rather than in a Drill Sergeant way. They are also very aware of individual fitness levels and will adjust accordingly. The gym has never really registered very high on my list of fun but this crew definitely makes it enjoyable.
