Positive experience: First of all, I am so glad that there is a privately owned health food store in Searcy. This was my first visit to this healthfood store.I love the bulk herbs and spices section. I found the prices on some items to be way high. There were 2-3workers the day I went. None welcomed me nor offered assistance. I would have bought a lot more if I could have found what I was looking for. When I checked out, the clerk gave me a bag that was way too small. As I walked outside in the pouring rain, my groceries fell out onto the wet ground. It's not the best impression for first-time shopping.

Fantastic experience: Y'all let me tell you if you need anything natural herbal whether it be for cooking or for healing or really for anything this is the place to be and definitely the place to go in Central Arkansas My only complaint is that I didn't know about it sooner highly recommend this place if you got some free time stop by! Definitely worth just to walk through to see what all they offer.

Fantastic experience: My first time in today , Sierra took care of me and blessed me with a new comers goody bag that had a coupon that I was able to use today towards my purchase with a few more for future purchases. I found so many of my favorite items that I will be returning for soon, and some new items that I will be adding to my collection, such as their unique infused vinegars and olive oils! I smelled their Peach Balsamic Vinegar and it smells just like peaches ! I have never smelled a balsamic that was infused so that was a treat. I love the lay out, they have massage therapy available by appointment on site, and wheelchair access to the front door! I can’t wait for my next visit!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this place enough, I always really love going here. Friendly employees, an amazing selection of items, and a great coffee/locally made kombucha bar. I am so happy that we have this welcoming store in the area for those of us who are holistically minded.

Fantastic experience: I was happily surprised to find this store. It is the closest health food store to me. I had never been there and first time shoppers receive a handful of coupons that are worth $5 on purchases throughout the year. I was offered a truffle and what person does NOT love a truffle. It was a very nice experience and a host of friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Fantastic experience: I normally don't leave reviews, however, this place was a gem that I found here. I have anxiety about going into most stores, especially one I have not yet been to. So much so, i normally wont go in, or turn around and leave quickly. Despite that, i relaxed fairly quickly inside. It is cozy and the staff are friendly and kind. The kombucha they have on tap was a delight and the best I have ever had. Them letting you taste it, get a cup, or a big bottle was awesome for options. Seriously check out not just their groceries but their tea and kombucha if you live in Searcy! it was such a treat, and plan to go back tomorrow!

Positive experience: They carry alot of things I use. NOW Dairy digestive enzyme pills which wrk way better than store lactaid pills. They have alot of good stuff like DGL for stomach coating b4 meals. Terry Naturally Tumeric pills that are easier on the gutt than reg cheap store bought turmeric pills, but you'll pay a good price for those, but if you can't take anti-inflammatory meds than its worth it. Other places sometimes carry these a little cheaper. Distilled Aloe Vera water, which hlps keep my gutt healthy. Its expensive though. It's a little more here than other places also. They are helpful. Most of them have a cheerful demeanor.

Fantastic experience: Delightful young lady let my sister and I try tiny cups of a beverage they had there, on tap.. kombucha? That was cool, I was there after loose tea, lavender specifically but also found magic unicorn tea, (it's a guarded secret can't tell you more) there's no end to the spices and teas, it's a hard place to leave without finding something you like ,gotta have.

Positive experience: I do like the store a lot. Supplements on one side, Olive and essential oils on another. Grocery consumables toward the rear. And dryed goods also. Goji berries so good. I do wish I could figure out the prices of items in the dry goods section. Also more visible prices in the essential oil section. Prices on one type is posted behind bottles at the back of the shelf. Staff is nice and helpful. I do like the way you are greeted with "hellos and if we can helps". Then more or less allowed to wonder. Yes someone after say 10-15 minutes of me in the essential oils section a member will come to see if I have questions. I like that approach very much.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time visit. I was referred by a local business as a great place to find loose tea leaves. The store is clean and well, with a wide range of products. I not only found many different flavors of loose tea, sold by weight, but a wide assortment of essential oils as well as various supplements and food items. Staff was friends and helpful! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I have shopped at NF for years and always looked forward to routine trips to the store. I am going to miss them. As a food store with a coffee bar, while they do provide curbside service for those hesitant to enter the store during the Covid19 pandemic the business owners have opted out of doing ANYTHING to act responsibly, pay attention to science or respect consumers inside the store. No masks on staff, no semblance of protective PPE or sanitary practice making & serving coffee to the public and no sanitizing wipes for carts. Curbside pick-up is only as good as the practices going on inside the store. I have spent hundreds at NF year in year out. It's going to be a challenge getting some of the refrigerated products they stock elsewhere. I simply do not feel safe or respected in an environment where a business promoting "good health" is owned & staffed by people that cannot implement even the simplest of health safeguards or responsible modeling for the public they serve and depend on as a retail business. The risk outweighs the convenience of local access to products I purchase regularly. It's inappropriate & disappointing. What was a four star, consistent shopping experience has become a stressful, anxiety inducing & realistically, avoidable chore. I have more confidence in the independent Harp's grocery down the road.
