Fantastic experience: I have gotten a few facials from this place and I honestly can say I left very happy. My face felt soft and I looked refreshed. The customer service there is also great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the atmosphere is great as well. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Valley Aesthetic for a few months now for acne scars on my face and back. Kat was the person who did my first assessment and came up with a plan for management. She is very knowledgeable and generous. You can definitely tell that she cares a lot about her customers. I ended up doing Viva MD for 3 sessions and noticed a big difference with my acne scars and discoloration. I was having a hard time with it because my face was a little sensitive to the Viva MD but the aestheticians have been so helpful and nice in terms of trying to remedy the discomfort. I definitely see myself going back here regularly.

Negative experience: Just had a very bad experience with Bryan. I had scheduled my appointment and was called the day before, and asked if I could come at an earlier time, I agreed, it's on me that I agreed to change it, I was in the middle of work didn't realize I had to move my day to come earlier. I was running late due to stomach issues this morning, I explained that to Brian, I got lost on my way to the center too, while I was in the parking lot he call again, asking me where i was, I had already told him I was running late and the reason. My advice is have more compassion specially if you are dealing with human beings. I have read some bad reviews here complaining about this Bryan, and yes I totally agree. Needless to say I'm getting my hydra facial today somewhere else. I'm updating my review,, since I did get treatment here not so long ago. I had a very bad experience with this place. I booked an appointment for a Hydra Facial with Maria. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment as instructed by their receptionist Briant. They were not ready for me, had to wait fifteen minutes. I have been to a lot of Med spas in this area, multiple times and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. They then instructed me to put on a terrycloth robe, which had seen better days, not very hygienic at all. The whole thing just gave me a bad feeling overall from the get-go. Maria (I was appointed to her) starts rambling on and on about the facial and starts selling me all the extra services. I had never experienced anywhere an esthetician trying to sell you products and services before any procedure, very unprofessional. I wanted to get this facial over. I paid for the extra serum, which was $75.00, the facial was a special they had for $99.00, so the serum was almost the same price as the facial. She started the facial, it was not comfortable at all. She was not gentle or the equipment was rough on my skin. The only time I was relaxed was at the end when they placed a red light mask for 10 to 15 minutes. I went out to pay and here comes Maria again on and on about these products from an unknown brand, I said ok I take one, a serum, I didn't pay much attention to the transaction, plus they omitted to let me know the cost of the serum. Why because it came out to be $175.00, yes 1.5 ounces of an unknown brand serum, and the total was $397.29. The original price for the Hydra facial was $99.00 on special. So be aware of their sales tactics, to get you into their establishment to bombard and sell you products and services that are way too overpriced. I learned my lesson from this horrendous experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Positive experience: "My first facial and overall, I had a lovely experience! The treatment itself was wonderful and left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. However, I did feel that the medical aesthetician was a bit rushed during the procedure, which prevented me from fully relaxing and enjoying the experience to its fullest potential. Despite this, I was pleased with the results and would definitely consider returning for future treatments. Perhaps with a bit more attention to pacing, I would have given it a full 5 stars. Nonetheless, a great first impression and I look forward to my next visit!"

Negative experience: Never trust their advertisement, they will show you few photo out of hundreds. Nothing changed on my face after spending 4 sessions. I wasted big money and time. Even the face analyzer machine shows zero improvements. Also right after starting your sessions there is a boy starts working on your mind to purchase their products. Please be aware and never go there. I want my money back!!! Edited: replying to your comments there is no improvement let alone significant. The face analyzer shows zero change. Also i see no change in before-after photo. Dont make me a liar , if it was a successful treatment i would like to continue but that was just just n empty advertisement. I blame myself trusting you.

Fantastic experience: During a visit to New York from my hometown of Chicago, I noticed my skin was feeling extremely dry due to the harsh winter weather. I decided to seek out a spa and discovered Kat's. I received a facial from one of their estheticians, and it was a delightful experience. My skin remained hydrated for weeks afterward. It’s been 2 years and I came with acne scarring everywhere on my skin and since I came here to receive all of these treatments such as chemical peels and hydrafacials my skin feels and look so much better. They are amazing in this clinic and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They have amazing services and prices in edgewater area.

Negative experience: I went to valley aesthetic last year excited about my first facial experience, I went in with matte lipstick which thinking about it now made no sense but instead of supplying me with make up wipes she proceed with facial and by the end I had matte lipstick all over my face. A year later I discovered skin laundry and now see what a real facial experience is and decided to leave this review to help valley step up how they help get people ready for facial.... so after my HONEST review instead of saying sorry for spreading lipstick all over your face I get a message that I apparently deserved for her to spread the lipstick since I got it from groupon... what kind of professional who offers Groupon deals say that to an customer. No real aesthetician would just spread lipstick on a 1st time customer instead of offering a damn wipe, I included her message so u all know what kind of person she truly is

Fantastic experience: To start off the salon is very clean and very very friendly staff. Katarzyna make sure to really take her time and understand my skin and concerns. She always has this camera that shows every skin concern you have (I’ve never seen anything like it before). So It was my first time ever getting the vi peel and let me tell you I’m obsessed! My makeup goes like so smooth my skin feel like baby skin . I actually got many comments on my skin just 3 days after the peel! I highly recommend a peel but most of all valley aesthetics medical spa. Btw I’m never one to rarely write reviews but I just had too.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this clinic. I remember coming here a few months ago with a lot of acne scars and skin issues. I consulted with Kat about all the products I’ve used in the past and how some have worsened while other products have helped me with my skin journey. However, I was still left with some acne scars that would just never go away. She talked the process I needed to go through and accepting the decision has been the best one I’ve ever taken. Everything is a process of course but I’ve seen great results within a month. I’ve done face peels and micro needling sessions with her. I’ve been feeling super confident with my skin and I truly thank her for it. She is a very kind person and very great at doing her job. If you want to start over with your skin journey, I’d high recommend you going to Kat. She’s great and you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: Omg! I loved this place since day one, which is today I got the Microdermoabrassion, and I really felt the difference on my skin. Felt the freshness and the deep cleansing. Valley Aesthetic is a place where you can really relax because is very peaceful; you can feel the harmony by a quiet atmosphere; also located on a cool area of North Bergen near the river. Its CEO, Katarzyna, was amazing to us. Very kind, polite, and also we had a very nice conversation. Her hands are a blessed: gave my face skin a younger, and glowing look. With this treatment, I really felt that the dead cells, blackheads, and whiteheads on the skin got vacuumed away, the pores got unclogged, and a fresh and new look was revealed. Thank you Katarzyna! Definitely a must go back to your lovely center ☺️
