Negative experience: Absolutely do not go to these drs. They’ll do anything and say anything for money. Oct of 2024 my boyfriend went complained about foot pain they told him it was related to diabetes and now as of today he’s got a fractured foot that’s been happening for quite some time now. He also complained about stomach issues and not being able to eat not even a salad and they simply told him to change his diet. 10000% worthless and needs licenses looked at or revoked

Negative experience: Absolutely ridiculous how it is so difficult to get an appointment when needed. Difficult to speak to a supervisor or anyone in charge for that matter. I left another worthless doctors office in hopes that this one would be better...well, I was completely wrong... That's Buckeye for ya. and then you respond to my review and give me a bogus email to send a message to... what the hell is wrong with you people ... the ONLY thing that you people and the people in the healthcare industry are interested in is getting the fat paychecks that they get and the lifestyles that they live... that do NOT care about the patients that are in their care whatsoever

Negative experience: Do not use if you have an insurance company that requires referrals. This location is completely incapable of submitting them, even when they relate to urgent medical needs. Instead, they’ll blame others, transfer you other offices who aren’t able to assist, or flat out lie. We’ve spent a week with daily calls (which take hours) and cannot get anything accomplished with them. This is an ongoing problem since becoming a patient but I expected much better when there’s an urgent medical need.

Negative experience: So many things. They never call you back when they say they will. My daughter had test results that they never called to tell me about. My daughter had some results done at the Memory Clinic , including autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, diagnoses. As of right now it’s been a month and I have not heard anything back from her doctor on a plan for her. So in the meantime, my daughter is struggling at home and at school because they can’t make up a plan.
Negative experience: Whoever the front desk young woman is, I’m sorry you’re so miserable, but that’s no reason to make new mothers feel like garbage. She is always so rude when we go in there and she entered in our information wrong - she listed our son as a “JR” (he’s not) and put my husband’s name down as my son’s name (it’s not). I’ve asked her to fix it multiple times and she always blows me off. She once ignored me so obviously at the front desk that the woman behind her had to tell her to respond to me, and I was just trying to hand her back with a clipboard. The other comments are right about how they don’t clean - I regularly see stains in the lobby and on the tables in the rooms in the back. I once scored low on the PPD, so they made me do a Zoom with some sort of “counselor” who instead of focusing on me, told my husband he probably had PPD too and needed extra support from me (I was two months post partum but zero focus on me). The doctor is nice so it’s really unfortunate that the admin and assistant staff are so awful. This place must just be for people who have no other options honestly.

Negative experience: If I could give this place negative stars, i would. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer/patient service. Elizabeth Vidales is my “doctor”. She originally prescribed a specific medication that i need daily (medication for depression and anxiety that she KNOWS I need and that is night and day difference if i am not on it). A month ago, I ran out of refills so i submitted for the pharmacy to call the dr. They did and Elizabeth said she needed to see me before she could prescribe it. So i said okay and tried to make an appointment but they only had 1 month out available. So i made the appointment and asked for a temporary refill to get me through until my appointment. Long story short, i ran out of meds and went a week and a half without because Elizabeth wrote the prescription incorrectly and required a prior authorization. Had she written it correctly, it would’ve been filled same day. I spent HOURS on the phone with them explaining that she just needed to write the prescription differently. Same medicine and dose, just needed to be written like she had originally written it where it didn’t require a prior authorization. They said they would call back with a resolution and never did. It took my husband calling them and threatening to contact an attorney for them to take action. Surprisingly, that same day the correct prescription was sent over and filled. I went to my appointment this past Friday, paid my copay, and very specifically asked for that same prescription written the correct way. Elizabeth said she understood and would send it in correctly that same day. As I’m leaving, i get handed my recap of the meds she prescribed. I noticed she wrote it wrong yet again. I walk back into the office to ask for them to fix it. They said they would send a message to the doctor. I said no because I already dealt with this a month ago and couldn’t go through it again because I only had a couple days of meds left and Monday is a holiday and they are closed. Office rep called the dr and guaranteed me that Elizabeth would fix it and call it in the correct way. I said okay. Well, She did not. I spoke to the pharmacy and found that she never called them. So i call them again on Tuesday to get it fixed. Same thing happens, they reassure that it would get fixed and understand the urgency and would call me back by end of day to confirm they sent it to the pharmacy. Again, Elizabeth never called me back and never called the pharmacy. So today, my husband took time out of his work day to go into the office and demand a resolution. They said they called and didn’t know what happened and that they would send Elizabeth a message and call us back. My husband didn’t accept that and demanded it get fixed or we would contact our attorney because i am now out of medication again due to their incompetence and negligence. Again, surprisingly it was fixed after that. They finally called and sent it in the correct way. Other patients in the office said they struggled with the same thing on a regular basis. This is 100% unacceptable. It’s a medication that she has prescribed and acknowledged i need but they are just too lazy to do their job correctly. Oh but they’ll take their copay right away, no issues. Needless to say, i am never going back and will review this place and “doctor” Elizabeth Vidales everywhere I can. And that’s not even talking about the other medication she said would get me a replacement for since my pharmacy was no longer carrying it. She did nothing for that one and i have just given up on that. I rather struggle to breathe than deal with this incompetent office and “doctors”. Absolutely terrible place. Terrible doctor. Elizabeth Vidales does not deserve to have a job as a doctor and doesn’t care about her patients. Literally does not care. Avoid it at all costs.
Negative experience: Human resources and OSHA need to stop at this location!!! The staff here are great considering the environment they work in!! So so disgusting the walls chairs tables everything is so dirty. My baby had shots yesterday and I should have said hell no due to how unclean it is. Please read send help over there you walk in healthy to walk out with something it's dirty!!!

Negative experience: Refused my child medical care because we were 11 min late . Even though I was told 3 times there is a 15 min grace period and after that it’s up to the provider her suggestion “go to urgent care”

I told linda' I told her the problem what's going on with me that I have liver problem and i been going to this adelante clinic 2yearsnow And she told me that they have an appointment for march 17 And then she put me in a hold that I need to talk to the provider abou About that appointment. She said we're saving that appointment for someone else. So that means that I am not important to adelante clinic? I told one Dr she was making me late now she refuses to see my family but I can take my business some where else. I'm moving my family, grandparents and other family members to a better heath center from now on. I also needed to make a new patient appointment for my great aunt one time and how dumb they want to make you wait a couple months just bc she's a new patient... Like really??
Fantastic experience: My kids see Dr. Grey and Dr. Warren, both are awesome ladies and we love them. My son recently had a scary issue and each one helped us deal with it swiftly, please don't ever leave.

Negative experience: Went to scheduled appointment with dr. Vidales on may 13. Sat and waited 10 min after my appointment in the waiting room. Then sat another 50 min in the back and dr vidales never showed up. Now they have the balls to call me and tell me I need to schedule for July 10 as that is her next appointment available. I’m sorry you decided not to show up for my appointment because someone paying cash or welfare (our dime anyways) is more important than me and my health.
Positive experience: I love Dr. Warren, she’s very caring and so kind. I recently made the switch to bring my son back to this office. I originally stopped using Adelante altogether because the wait times to make an appointment on the phone was more than an hour each time which is horrible. I got an email that they now have a website you can schedule appointments on and it was so simple and easy that I now am coming back to this office. I had regretted making the switch to another pediatrics office. I 100% recommend Dr. Warren and Dr. Gray
Negative experience: All I came for was to get started on Blood pressure medication and i was in a patient waiting room for 90 minutes. I finally got upset and calmly asked how much longer the wait was going ti be before the doctor came in and the nurse said there’s one patient in front of me. By this time it’s 4:25 my appointment was at 3:00, the last time a nurse came in to take my bp was at 3:19 so it had been an hour since seeing anyone even in the room. I didn’t have a chart on my door or anything and nobody would give me a reason why she was running late so that I could at least understand what was going on. I finally decided to get my purse and leave the room and go to the front desk cancel my appointment and leave because I just couldn’t stay any longer. I was beyond frustrated as I just wanted to get on medication to help me get healthy bp. The office was extremely dirty anyway and needles were overflowing in the needle bin. All I heard was doctors and nurses walking back and forth in front of the door talking about non work related things and I was just waiting on anyone to come in to update me but nobody came
Negative experience: I have came to adelante for over 7 years now. Please TAKE YOUR CARE && CHILDRENS CARE ELSEWHERE!!!! I have been misdiagnosed OVER A YEAR NOW and the NP tried to make it seem as if I stressed myself out and caused this issue on myself. Tried to make it seem if I had a mental break down for constantly going back about this issue. When in fact I went to another adelante and received my CORRECT DIAGNOSIS after A YEAR of fighting. The medical assistants don't do their jobs in finding you referrals properly . Such as location, insurance, STAT orders etc. Please report the doctor running this practice and report the MDs, Nurse Practitioners, DOs whatever their status. Please REPORT THEM!!!! If you guys only report to Google, nothing will be done about this company. You have to report your doctors to the medical board. If the doctors are DOs, they have their own medical board to file a complaint and the Arizona medical board will point you to that direction. If you have the Doctors name you can search for them on the website and complete a complaint. The nurses can be reported also to the board of nursing in Arizona. You have to report nurses and the medical assistant of the doctors/nurses under the doctor or the nurses name in the complaint to the nursing board. You need to report to the federal trade commission for bad business practices. The health department, make a complaint regarding ANYTHING for your healthcare needs. To the BBB for the business as a whole. Attorney general file a complaint for consumer complaints regarding FAILURE TO CONTACT, SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENTS, FAILURE TO PROVIDE HEALTHCARE all of those things please do a complaint. Report everything to your insurance. Also write governor's office and they will contact the person to speak to about your issues. Please understand that if you don't report them this will continue. This location gives adelante a bad name. I've never had such a bad experience with any other location. I suggest you take time to take your care and your kids care elsewhere or spend time to go to the other closest location. Trust me

Fantastic experience: Dr Nillas and his Ma are very respectful. dr Nillas has gotten me to see Drs that I would normally blow off but I respect him and his staff so I do what he asks. I see him For severe anxiety
Negative experience: I don't understand why all calls only go to one line when there are multiple offices. I shouldn't be on hold for an hour to schedule an appointment, who has that kind of time? It's unnecessary. All calls need to be routed to each individual location. They all have front desk workers so why this isn't already a thing is beyond me.
Fantastic experience: When I went in to the Dr's office for the first time, the staff was very busy but respectful. Once I filled out my paperwork I was called back to a room. I didn't have to wait long before someone came in, asked me alot of questions about my medicine, my over all health, my specific health needs, what kind of Dr's do I need referrals to. (I'm really sorry I can't remember everyone's names). Everyone introduced themselves, told me specifically what they did, how they would help me with whatever my needs were, very polite, courteous, caring, respectful. Listened to what my needs may be. I then had the Dr come in she was very nice, confirmed what her assistant had written. Asked me more questions, checked out my reason for being there. Checked out all my medications, refilled those I needed, added what she thought best for me. She was very professional, great people skills, very concerned about my needs. Am waiting to see which referrals I'll get started on. My overall visit was the best I've ever had for the first time ever starting over with new Dr's. I just moved here. I'm very satisfied with how I was treated, respected, the way everyone worked as a team! I'm excited to see how my health care with them will progress. I'll keep ya'll updated.
Negative experience: They had me (a cancer patient) wait by the dumpster behind the building until my appointment (over 30 minutes) because some of my cancer symptoms (weakness, extreme fatigue and pain) are the same as covid symptoms. I told the MA that my symptoms are chronic and from cancer. It didnt matter. This was also during the hot summer. I also later discovered that Dr. Cox made false notes in my chart concerning my symptoms. A good doctor will ask questions to gain knowledge. She had no idea what my symptoms were because she didn't ask me, but she took the liberty of noting that I was symptom free.
Negative experience: Can't get through. On hold for almost 30 minutes. I have other things to do and things to call besides waiting on hold to make an appointment.
Negative experience: I don't usually go out of my way to write negative reviews, but I'm honestly so upset with the care I received here that I feel I can't keep quiet about it. I went in yesterday after 3 days of vomiting and another 2 days of extreme stomach pain and nausea. The night before, I had gone to an urgent care for these symptoms where they found I had a UTI (which I had no symptoms of), and suggested I go to the doctor so I could get a referral for an ultrasound and imaging to be done since they weren't able to do those things there. I told the office this whole making the appointment, wondering if I could just do a telephone appointment to get the referrals, but they said I needed to come into the office. After waiting over an hour for the doctor to come into the room, he asked a few questions, pressed on my stomach a little, and ordered another urine sample and a Covid test. Mind you, I also told him I already had Covid in December/ January and have received my first dose of the vaccination. He came back at one point to confirm that I have a UTI, gave me a few basic tips for that, said I could keep taking the antibiotics I was already prescribed, and told me they were just waiting for the results of my rapid Covid test. Another 10 minutes or so later, he actually stood in the open doorway (which to me feels like a HIPAA violation) to tell me my test was negative for Covid, that I should stay away from dairy for 2 weeks, and I could come back for a follow up appointment in 3 months. I broke down in tears after leaving the office, feeling completely hopeless and still dealing with the pain in my stomach. My discharge paperwork didn't even mention the vomiting, nausea, or pain I was experiencing. My husband is a nursing student and I greatly respect the medical community, especially during these times. Which is why I am so disappointed by my experience here. The "care" I received felt negligent at best, bordering on a situation close to malpractice. I haven't been able to work because of the severity of my symptoms, I've hardly been able to eat, and I'm so fatigued most of the time it's difficult for me to make it from my bedroom to the living room. And yet nothing was done about these issues I'm dealing with, not even a chance to go get imaging done like I was originally wanting. Since the nausea and pain are still persistent today, I'm likely going to go to the emergency room where I will hopefully get some kind of treatment, and I am positive I will never be back to this location again. I hope for everyone else's sake that this isn't a recurring problem with this office, but unfortunately I no longer trust them to handle my care and I pray that they begin taking people's illnesses more seriously.

They really care I've been going to this health care for a few years now and I'm very pleased with the care i receive, also my adult son has the primary care provider also and is very happy with the care he receives. I want to thank all the staff for all they do for me and my son.
Negative experience: It’s not the medical office it’s the 877 number With Covid we were told Dr. Cox was only seeing sick patients. Office called to schedule an appointment, called Friday to confirm, called again Monday morning to confirm appointment for today. Go for visit, oh she is no longer here. When you call or they call you need name, address, phone number date of birth. No letter or email sent to notify you of her location change. Poor management, better training for their employees this is not the first issue with people at the 877 number. Dr. Cox moved from the Buckeye location 3-6 more months ago. No issues with Dr. Cox, she is a very good and friendly doctor.
Negative experience: Find ANY other office, Wish I could give negative stars. Dr. Brohan was completely unprofessional (Not the only one either) I was told to speak with her in her office when I was there for a shot which needs to be done in an exam room. When in her office she already had her jacket on and was pretty much one foot out the door. She was short and not at all informative and didn't even let me know when I was supposed to be back for a follow up visit. She also didn't even want to discuss the main reason I was there that day said she was not consulted about it yet the ultrasound tech knew, when I told he to look again she goes " oh here it is" I am 29 weeks pregnant and need a doctor who cares and she is certainly not it. the second I was out of her office she left the building. I will NEVER be returning to Adelante because this is far from the only issue I have had with them, when hospitalized for asthma multiple times they never requested the hospital records when I asked them to. THEY DO NOT CARE. This practice is all about money not about care. Made an appointment with a new practitioner and I am so excited to never have to go back to the unprofessionalism of Adelante.
Fantastic experience: The staff at Adelante Healthcare was wonderful. We just had a newborn recently and she had to go for her first week check-up and NB Screening test. They were patient, helpful and knowledgeable. We also took our two older children as well and they were able to fit us all in together and the turnaround time was very efficient. Will continue taking our children to this office!!

Negative experience: Horrible service for a pediatric office. I called in because my 5 week old had a rash that was getting worse, the representative(Elicia) I spoke to said that I could not get an appointment for the next 5 to 6 days. I told her I was willing to go to either the Buckeye or the Goodyear location and she said that’s all that available. I asked to speak directly to the office to which she responded they were busy and that she would make the appointment. I asked for a message to be be sent to the provider and at no point during the conversation did that representative say the response time was 24-72 hours. Also that the provider was out on Fridays and was on vacation for the past 2 weeks which according to the site manager she should have known. All she said was that she would send the message about baby acne to which I reminded her it was not acne it was a rash. I called back 3 hours later because again I was never told the response time was 24-72 hours, spoke to another representative(Carmen) who said the message was sent but that the previous person didn’t follow protocol which was to get me to the triage nurse. I asked for a supervisor to which I was told that I would be transferred but that she needed the info about the rash for the nurse so I gave her the info and then was transferred to the site manager for Buckeye, she did not bother giving me her name. I went on to explain for the third time what was going on and she “agreed” with me that this was ridiculous and was going to try to get a provider to speak to me. I was put on hold again and she came back to say that the triage nurse tried calling me at 5:12pm and that I should try calling them back I was tired of the back and forth so I said ok. I called back put on hold again then asked for the triage nurse put on hold again and then was told that the triage nurse left at 5 and that I need to call back at 6pm to speak to an on call provider. This was by far the worse service I’ve ever gotten especially knowing that it is a pediatric office this was unacceptable... Unfortunately I will be switching providers.

Positive experience: I'm fairly new to the doctors at Adelante but already I know I'm happy with them. They take all the time needed to explain things and listen to YOU. They are very thorough. The phone system could be better but overall, I'm happy with them.
Negative experience: Let me say the dentist in buckeye, not sure her name, but she was awesome. The family practice side. DO NOT get your health care here! I have misdiagnosed for over a year from this place. A serious disease I had and no one car d to take it seriously. The nurse practitioner even tried to make me seem like I had mental health issues going on because I kept informing them something was wrong. Please report to the health department!!! Please report to the attorney general!!!! Please report the doctor who runs this practice to the medical board!!!! Report the nurses to the board of nursing!!! Please report the business its self to the BBB. If you have any trouble please report so they are held liable for their actions. The state can take charge against them if they are multiple complaints. Don't let them get away with poor healthcare!!!!

Fantastic experience: Called for a telephone visit because of issues during COVID-19. Was able to get an appointment within 10 Minutes, which provider called me right away, was able to complete appointment over the phone easily. From beginning to end was amazed at how fast and efficient they took care of me, THANK YOU!!

Negative experience: The initial forms you fill out when visiting a new doctor were offensive. The questions I was asked by the nurse were offensive. By the time I left my blood pressure was higher then it has ever been in my life! Dr. Cox left without ever addressing my blood pressure. If you wish to die go here! If you are still inclined to choose this doctor as your provider make sure you try to call and schedule an appointment first. 13:09 minutes on hold when I was informed there were 10 callers ahead of me.

He started seeing her when he worked in Maricopa at Sunlife he left to start working for this company in Mesa I followed him to Mesa then he went to the Buckeye office in Buckeye city I followed him there as well . I drive from Maricopa city to Buckeye city for him to continue to be my daughter Doctor . Thank you Dr . Underwood May God continue to bless you as you continue to bless others.

Positive experience: We had a lovely experience at Adelante. The staff are very nice. We saw Dr Underwood. He was very friendly and made my teenager and I feel comfortable about opening up to him and sharing our concerns. He was very patient and understanding and helped us come up with a plan to help with my son's issues instead of being dismissive as other doctors have in the past. A big thanks to Dr Underwood and staff!

Negative experience: I will elaborate on detail later but this is the WORST medical office BY FAR I have ever dealt with. I've been without my blood pressure medicine for a week because they couldn't handle refilling a prescription. I spent a total of 2 hours on the phone over the course of 5 days of phone calls, a week's worth of wasted lunch breaks.
Fantastic experience: Very good experience on 10-18-19. The Dr I saw went over all my medical needs and got me setup up with what I needed. No rush at all she throughly went thru things with me in a very professional way .!! She was not even my normal dr so I take my hat off to her for doing her job regardless and made sure she didn’t miss anything. We need more dr’s like her that take there time with patience instead of seeing 100 people a day.!! Thanks Adelante

Munoz and shes the only reason why I keep going to this place shes awesome with my kids, However the front desk needs way more experience on customer service be aware that if you show up early but there is inconvenience with your insurance and it takes to long you will not be seen and I just recieved a text that they put me under No show when I was there ? Among other few things, i have decided to file a complaint and will be calling the B.B.B I wish dr. Munoz worked at another office.

Negative experience: There was a very rude worker here last time, giving one star because once you deal with one rude person it ruins your whole entire experience with a place. All the other workers were very helpful and nice. I don’t think you should hire people that think they are above their co workers and are rude to customers, it gives very negative feedback all around
Negative experience: A month ago I had an appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early and they left me waiting for almost 45 minutes. Then they took me to a room and forgot about me for almost 2 hours until I went out to check what happened, and I think they forgot me because there was no one in the hallway, they said they went to a meeting. After that, they attended to me and I left without saying anything. A month later I have another appointment and for arriving 6 minutes late, they didn't attend to me. That policy seems very unfair to me, since they do attend to you whenever they feel like it, even if you have a specific time for your appointment, and they don't tolerate anything. Besides, most of the time you are attended to by nurses instead of certified doctors.
Fantastic experience: I honestly don't know why this place has low rating, I took my grandmother to see a dentists to this location for the first time today and I am impressed with the customer service, professionalism and the knowledge of the medical staff! Even though this location is more than an hour drive for my family we have decided to stick to it based on their customer service and professionalism!!

Positive experience: This place is in a great location however, sadly the Pc's change constantly and the turn over rate is high . I've been going there for 5yrs and I believe I'm on my 6th one. It's hard when you have to continually start over & get to know new doctors. I hope my new one (Dr. Cox) stays because she seems to actually listen. The practice should NOT allow phone operators to read PRIVATE test results over the phone because they have no idea what they are reading and can't explain anything. Very inappropriate! CALLCENTER PEOPLE SHOUILD NOT BE GIVING OUT TEST RESULTS. THEY ARE NOT NURSES OR DOCTORS
Fantastic experience: We moved to Buckeye AZ years ago and found a lovely practitioner, Valerie Jaskowski, in our town not far from our new home. The office staff is so helpful and the medical treatment is excellent. Very responsive and true advocates for one''s health. 5 stars from me. Valerie just relocated to Virginia and we chose Dr. Melia Cox who is also a wonderful advocate for us and I'm sure all of her patients.
