Fantastic experience: Dr. Ackerman and him using the Gonstead technique is the ABSOLUTELY the best. My previous chiropractor re-located and I tried 2 chiropractors in my local area of Tyrone GA. The 1st chiropractor herniated my disk and was in bed for 3 weeks. The other wouldn't touch my lower back and adjusted my neck and lower back. The bast few days I have been light-headed and no results with my middle back. I drove to Dr. Ackerman's clinic, met him for the 1st time. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a chiropractic patient for about 40 years. I swear by the Gonstead method and refuse to go to any other doctors who practice other methods. That being said, there aren’t many Gonstead doctors in the ATL area. Finding Dr. Ackerman was like Horton finding Whoville on the head of a clover! Not only is he knowledgeable about treatment, but his “bedside manner” puts the icing on the cake! You won’t be sorry if you choose him for your treatment!

Fantastic experience: I first visited Dr Ackerman about 2 years ago with severe back pain. I had sought other treatment options - massage, physical therapy, and Accupuncture. Nothing was giving much relief. Then a friend recommended chiropractic. I searched online and found Dr. Ackerman. I have never looked back. He was able to help me immediately and consistently. I now see him for monthly adjustments to keep everything in check. Sometimes I will need to see him for another condition which might come up, and I always leave my visits feeling much better and knowing I’m on the path to recovery. Highly recommend this practice.

I Still have more sessions to go but so far I feel much much much better than before. I’m looking for the pain to come back but it’s worth it I recommend that if you have a back problem he is the one you need to see.

Saw quick results over the course of the sessions and go back when needed because I know he’ll address the problem. Adding to my review a few months ago…Recently brought in my 10 week old son who was beginning to show slight signs of flatness to the back of his head because he really favored turning his head to the left side. Our pediatrician mentioned to get him to turn more to the right. The challenge was that he resisted and refused to turn to the right. I had no hesitation to take him to Dr. Ackerman. He did an exam and gently adjusted his neck. We started to see results that same evening! Our little one is now turning to the right easily and sleeping on his right side on a regular basis. He easily allows us to turn his head to the right, he’s able to track objects to the right whereas before he wasn’t. Saved us loads of treatment and expenses that would have come if we hadn’t had him adjusted. Thanks again Dr. A!

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for several years and have tried several therapists and medicines but nothing seemed to work. A few weeks ago my parents signed me up for cold laser therapy and nutrition response testing, both which are provided by Sam Ackerman. At first I was skeptical and convinced that it wouldn’t work as I had given up hope in trying to get better. However, after a few sessions I began to notice a difference. I was finally calm and more clear minded. I could enjoy my day without having negative and unwanted thoughts. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ackerman is who I go to when I have any back pain. If I stick to my ‘once a month’ routine, I feel very little pain. When I do something like lift something heavy or stand for a long time, I have aching pain all day. I go the Dr. Ackerman and I can feel the instant relief. Sometimes it takes more than one visit to feel normal again, but it’s worth the time to follow his direction.
