Fantastic experience: I have been a chiropractic patient for over 50 years. I have been a patient of Dr Casey for approx. 7 months. He is the best chiropractor I have ever been to for treatment. Period. I visit him weekly for treatment. I am in and out in 20 minutes max. Today was the most unique experience I have ever had with a health care professional. I suffer from vertigo. I have two or three bouts of it a year. It can be very debilitating. It can last for 4-6 weeks. With various degrees of dizziness. Today after lying down for treatment the vertigo hit me had. I could walk only by leaning against the wall while walking to a treatment table for chiropractic adjustments. I thought I was going to pass out. The room was spinning. I explained to Dr. Casey what was going on and he said he could help me. And he did. He did my normal adjustments and then did several adjustments plus the Epley maneuver that were specific to the vertigo. He explained each adjustment as he did it. The vertigo is GONE. No joke. I played golf today! No vertigo. Dr. Casey is amazing.

Fantastic experience: I cant say enough good things about Dr. Casey and his staff. Because of the time I spent in the military and basically using my body as a "Fun house" I had to use 2 canes to even walk. So When I first found their office I was hesitant to go in due to VA telling me not to because a Chiropractor would do more harm than good. Well I considered the source and being hard headed I went in and I have to say it was one of THE best decisions I ever made. After all of the X-rays and the consultation.. Dr. Casey went to work and after that initial adjustment...I was able to walk upright again and cane free. I havent had to use a cane since. Although having the hips of an 80 year old at 59 due to one too many jumps out of a perfectly good aircraft...I still have to come in and see them from time to time because my hips pop out at random. Dr. Casey gets me in...sees whats going on and works his magic and Im back to somewhat normal again. His staff are just as accomidating and are extremely helpful. So for all of you first timers reading this...take it from an old War Horse and give Dr. Casey a shot. Youll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: This is the only chiropractor office that I know of that actually does x-rays before doing anything else. They use a traction table and tens unit to loosen you up before adjustments and therapy. Also, all the staff are always very pleasant.

My mobility and range of motion started to get so bad that I couldn’t get out of bed. I am still absolutely astonished that after Dr. Casey adjusted my wrist I can finally say I have no pain in my wrist. Fantastic experience: Dr. Ruddle is one of the most knowledgeable chiropractors in the St. Louis area for both adults and children. Not only did she adjust me throughout my pregnancy but she adjusted my son who was born with some pretty serious muscle tightness and restrictions. After just one adjustment we noticed tremendous gains and my son who couldn’t even lift his head up yet began lifting it for several seconds and turning side to side. They did x-rays of my back and neck and sat down with me to go over my concerns. After some time and effort on both my end and their work, I feel so much better. My back pain is gone and my neck is back to being flexible. I will continue to take my business to Dr Casey.
