Fantastic experience: A little background before my accolades. 54 yrs ago I lost my right arm while serving in the Marines and for 54 years I’ve had phantom pain 24/7 and because of the change in my posture I developed back, left arm and neck pain . I went to a pain Dr and he put me on everything including a multitude of opioids even methadone for 25yrs . In 2005 I gave up ALL opioids and quit everything except lyrica and Xanax . After 35 years my general practitioner Dr. John Verhuel who kept me extremely healthy internally, suggested I see Dr Jassy a chiropractor, I was not happy due to a terrible experience with a chiropractor 30 years ago . A few days later my body broke down, I needed help getting up and the various pain was unbearable so I drove to the Jassy Chiropractor practice and my whole world changed. Before seeing Dr Justin Jassy I spoke to his staff , they were wonderful, Elsi , Madison and Grayson…….. Dr. Justin Jassy listened to my story and I responded “ do what you need to do to find out if you can help me ! No speeches , bs just the facts. He took an X-ray of my spine and after explaining what was what he said he a bring me back 60% He did more than I hoped for ….. he his dad Keith , also great with natural supplements also help in other areas……… Bottom line it’s been 2 years and I get aligned every 2 weeks now and feel 80% better . Jassy Chiropractic Center is the place to go ! Kudos to my Jassy family !

I had a bad back and a nagging plantar faciatus (spelling) and had bought a ton of tools. 4 months later, I was very much good to go. My sports teammates keep asking what am i doing. I choose to go to this location because I believe they provide excellent service and care. It is superior to many other practices in Richmond. Fantastic experience: I have been to chiropractors previously and those had never been a good experience. Finally, after three years of not being able to sleep on my side after a bad fall off a horse, I relented and made an appointment. Dr. Jassy was thorough, careful, and explained everything in depth. He could tell I was reluctant when it came to getting adjusted and walked through everything slowly and took the time I needed to feel comfortable. His staff are the most genuinely caring people, as well. I’ve had around 8-9 appointments so far and I am back to sleeping on my side pain-free. My shoulder doesn’t ache at the end of the day anymore and all of the pains and sore spots from the ways I compensated are disappearing, too. Honestly, best thing I’ve done for my health in ages! I wish I would’ve made an appointment sooner.

Negative experience: Scam alert! Wife made an appt for 57$ initial visit, wife did not tell me the cost, they charged me $190. When I asked the front desk why I was charged so much yesterday I was told I only charged you the initial $57 fee. Which I said you charged me $190, to which I was told yea that is correct. Did not offer to give me money back or anything. They did not tell me my insurance was not covered, so I paid $190 and did not even get adjusted.

My back was damaged by another chiropractor, who did not take X-rays, and Dr. Jassy was able to fix my back pain over time. I really appreciate the education they display on the monitors daily and the recordings you watch when you are anew patient. Love the daily handouts which helps me to help myself with easy to understand language.

Fantastic experience: I've been to many many many chiropractors so I know that a good chiropractor can be hard to come by. Dr. Jassy's adjustments are gentle, but they work. With previous chiropractors, it might take several days before I feel better after an adjustment, but with Dr. Jassy, it's often immediate. I definitely recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I got a neck injury when I was 5, 20+ years ago. I went to 2 chiropractors before Jassy, 8+ years ago, and I was told by both, that my neck would never get better and I would have to get 2 adjustments a week for the rest of my life. 3 weeks ago, I was in so much pain I could hardly move. I went to Jassy for an adjustment to get some temporary relief. While at Jassy, I was told that there was hope for my neck getting better. After only 3 weeks of: • Adjustments • Stroops neck band exercises • Denna roller stretches • Hot moist towel icing I am getting the best sleep of my life and for the first time, as long as I can remember, it doesn't hurt to sit and standing up straight. It has taken work on my part at home as well as going to appointments regularly, but it has all been worth it. I can't recommend Jassy enough Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Jassy & his wonderful team for a neurological issue (the semantics are unimportant) - I walked in there a rather abrasive & abrupt non believer. The staff was never anything other than kind. After seeking treatment I’m a believer in chiropractic care. To be clear - my condition has not resolved, but it’s significantly better. Unfortunately my health insurance doesn’t cover chiropractic care, so my treatment is coming to an end, but I will be back once I’m able to deal with some other issues & work on other chiropractic issues to continue caring for my health. If you’re a non-believer, give Jassy Chiropractic a try if you’re at your wits end & want to feel better. They’re really amazing

In addition, they help keep me moving pain-free as I train rigorously as a competitive powerlifter. The office staff is top-notch — always helpful, courteous, and attentive!

Fantastic experience: My pain started in August of 2013 when I fractured my shoulder blade. I forwent surgery and physical therapy. It was fine for most of the following years. August 2021 came around and I could barely move. Called out of work went to orthopedic surgeon who recommended surgery. I have known Dr Jassy for going on almost 10 years. I don’t know why I waited so long. I am not lying less than 3 weeks after going 2 times a week since December of 2021 I am new a man. I go only once a week now and my family friends and coworkers have already said it has changed my overall mood and we’ll being, in fact 2 of my coworkers have already gone and seen him. I cannot recommend Dr Jassy enough.

Negative experience: I went to the Jassy chiropractic center because I had very bad back pain. Instead of helping me, he first came up with an expensive plan. Because he's the doctor, I started the procedures. Luckily I paid every time I was there and didn't buy this plan. After a while it was very stressful coming in 3 times a week and I felt like one of a thousand who waits 20-30 minutes in the open space, gets 3 minutes of his time without being asked how I am ( just had to write down numbers) and pays $49 for those three minutes. Because I wasn't looking forward to the appointments and always had this bad feeling, I stopped. Now I switched chiropractors to more active chiropractic and I realized how bad things were with Jassy. The new chiropractor works with me, pays close attention to every appointment. most importantly, he figured out what the problem was that we're working on now. Surprise, surprise it’s not the curve in my neck like it was diagnosed by Jassy. Without really knowing I am pretty sure that the neck curve is Jassys diagnose and $ 2000 plan is the Diagnose for most of his patients.

Positive experience: They're very nice and seemed to have good customer relationships from what I saw. But I had two visits and they never addressed my primary complaint, then gave me the ol' "hard sell" when I said I wanted to think about an expensive treatment plan.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Jassy and his staff. I was suffering from severe pain and numbness in my shoulder, all of the way down my arm into my fingers. I saw the Dr. for adjustments regularly for a few weeks and noticed relief immediately. I know I wasn’t a severe case but I now have zero shoulder and arm pain! I jokingly sad to my sister it's like walking into a local eatery and everyone says "Welcome to M....'s". Everyone was accommodating.
