Fantastic experience: So, I was looking for non-medical assistance for weight loss and was surprised to find Aspen clinic offered these services. Meal suggestions, weekly weigh-ins, all natural supplements, and lessons on understanding how your body works were surprisingly some of the services Aspen clinic offers. So far so good and I got the feeling they wanted you to succeed in learning to eat and live clean. I’ll update if anything changes.

Negative experience: I was a client at Aspen for over 25 years through my weight loss journey, visiting when my weight would reach unsatisfactory numbers. They have been worthwhile until my visit today. They have two policies that I signed and agreed to but I absolutely don’t agree with. One of which is the no call/no show policy. Their policy states that if you call on the day of your appointment to reschedule, they will charge a $25 fee. It doesn’t matter if you call ahead of time, get caught up, feel sick… they are gonna charge it, even if you reschedule your appointment. Unbelievable. They also have a fee for card payments of 4%. I went there expecting to pay around $390 and ended up paying $421 with the unexpected fees. When I spoke to the manager, she stated that this was their company policy. It didn’t matter that I was a long standing customer, nor that I called ahead of time, nor that I rescheduled, nor that my bill was already significantly high. This absolutely raised my systolic and is the cause for me to never go there again. I will also tell my obese friends to never go there as well. Businesses realize their monopoly and the principle of supply and demand so they are comfortable with fluff fees. Unfortunately, for this customer, every coin matters. I will never return.

Negative experience: At an appointment waiting, and I watch others go before me who came after. Without no communication as to why until I asked.... "we can't find your chart." My response was communication is key. Yet there is a sign about maintaining your attitude! Communication is essential and creates less drama
