Fantastic experience: I have tremendously benefited from the treatment regimen thus far. Today was actually my 3rd treatment and I’m feeling a whole lot better. Fantastic experience: Dr. Kieffer, within 2 visits over the course of one week, solved a chronic pain problem I had been dealing with for YEARS. I thought I was beyond help with my pain, as I had been to previous chiropractors and doctors to no avail. As a last resort, I decided to try one more place (this practice) and I have been so pleased! The clinic is very nice, clean, the staff is super friendly, and the chiropractors are great. If you’re thinking about giving them a try, don’t hesitate!

Fantastic experience: About a month ago I woke up with excruciating upper back pain that radiated down my right arm and into my fingers. I am a dental hygienist and this pain rendered me completely unable to work. After working with me for a few days, Dr. Cook referred me for an MRI which showed a bulging disc between C6-C7. It seemed like a consultation with the neurosurgeon was inevitable, and I was devastated. However, Dr. Cook and his entire team encouraged me to stay positive, work to fit me into their busy schedule every day, fitted me with a new pillow, and called to check on me at home. Honestly, I've never felt so cared for. After about ten days, my symptoms began to subside and I slowly began to gain my mobility back. My pain is now a very manageable 2/10, I am able to work again, and most importantly I've avoided back surgery. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire team at Chiropractic Works.

Fantastic experience: What a fulfilling experience meeting Dr. Cook and his staff at chiropractic works! I'm about 15 years overdue on a chiropractor visit, first time customer. The knowledge and application that Dr. Cook has shared with me has altered the course of my life for the better indeed! In addition to more mobility in my body, primarily my hips, I also am a believer in the carnivore and keto diet and lifestyle, It works for me! I literally have more energy and consume way less carbs than I did before. Fantastic experience: I’m not saying that my experience at Chiropractic Works was magical… but it was pretty dang close. I had debilitating pain in my hips, quads, and back when I sulkily arrive to see Dr. Joe. I knew that I had overdone it in my workouts the days prior, but in my defense, I was preparing for a CrossFit competition. My silly self used THAT as an excuse! Of all the times to push yourself over the limit and end up hurt, that was not it. I was less than a week out from my comp- barely able to walk between classes and not being able to train at all. After 2 or 3 session with Dr. Joes the day of my comp came around I was good as new. Nah…. That’s not magic….?

Fantastic experience: My back pain was preventing me from taking a full breath and sleeping well.Thankfull Dr. Wheeler is a chiropractor AND a physical therapist! He would provide a few adjustments to instantly relieve my pain, and then he would use massage tools to speed up my injured muscles' healing. His amazing bedside manner was really appreciated, especially with the location of some of my injuries. IN 5 SHORT VISITS, they got me down to 1 out of 10 pain on bad days. Every staff member was friendly and genuinely celebrated my healing. Don't wait until your pain keeps you up at night. Book an appointment, feel better, and heal. Fantastic experience: I had my first ever chiropractic appointment in October 2021 with Dr. Cook. After exhausting the resources of allopathic medicine, I was ready to try something different. During my first visit, Dr. Cook did a thorough evaluation and explained the role chiropractic care could play in my overall health and wellness. He has offered guidance on diet and exercise, and supplements (until that point, no other healthcare provider had done that for me). Dr. Cook is knowledgeable and personable—we discovered early on that we are both former gymnasts. The staff is kind and courteous, and always helpful with scheduling and product information. Dr. Cook is addressing my chronic foot pain with treatments, including chiropractic adjustments and Graston therapy techniques. He has also recommended easy, no-cost stretches and exercises I can do at home. I recommend Chiropractic Works, especially if you’re new to chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: Have been going here for about a year now and the staff are all great. They alway greet you with a smile and seem happy that you are there. I’ve been using Dr. Wheeler and not only is he very skilled and efficient. He is a joy to be around. Fantastic experience: I’ve had appointments with both Dr. Kiefer and Dr. Wheeler numerous times in the last few months or longer and have always been very satisfied after the visits. They are both extremely knowledgeable as well as relatable while they are working with you. I’ve had multiple areas of my body worked on (neck, back, shoulder, ankle, etc) and each time their strategies whether it be in person or at home exercises were very helpful. I never once felt like they were trying to make me keep coming in for money either, they had a plan for how I would get better and stop coming in at the first visit. They will for sure be my first choice for any future chiropractic needs.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience at Chiropractic Works. Dr. Wheeler is kind and knowledgeable, and in addition to adjusting my back and neck, he showed me some stretches and exercises to prevent future painful flare ups. I'm doing a few follow up visits to make sure I stay on track, but this is not the type of place that tries to sell you a package or make you come back once a week forever. Their goal is to fix you so you don't have to keep coming back!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this office for nearly 20 years. I’ve constantly been pleased with the ladies at reception as well as the doctors. Each doctor brings something different to the table but they all are fantastic at what they do. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had lost about 40 lbs on my squat and things were getting worse. With the IPL North American Championships coming up I decided to go see Dr. Wheeler to do some Graston technique. After several weeks of work we were able to ease the pain and start making progress again. I was able to successfuly take first place at the meet and I'm now working out pain free in the squat.

Fantastic experience: So in July my back decided to go out on me. After getting in for my initial appointment with Dr. Wheeler, I knew I was at the right place. By my 3rd appointment, my back was back to normal, and that's from me having to have my family help me walk and get out of bed. Not only is my back fixed, Dr. Wheeler has improved my plantar fasciitis. This place is amazing! I absolutely love Dr. Wheeler and his office staff. I walked out of my first visit with Dr. Kiefer feeling an incredible sense of relief -- felt so much better after just 15 minutes with her. I play pickleball (the best sport ever) at a competitive level and I was able to continue playing because of the care that I received from Dr. Kiefer. After following a host of chiropractors on IG (true story!) in regards to a lot of vital information they were sharing re: wellness in the time of Covid, I was inspired to integrate chiropractic care into my overall wellness routine. I initially came in for help with a very strained back muscle, which did inflame a bit afterwards before fully resolving, just as Dr. Wheeler advised. I have since been three times, always walking in with a particular area that needs work. The various methods and modalities used have all been effective... adjustments, graston method, y-strap, cupping. I truly believe that this type of work can benefit any BODY and would recommend Chiropractic Works, particularly, to anyone. Very professional and personable!!

I pulled my back at CrossFit, and Dr. Wheeler was AMAZING with helping me with my recovery! I was experiencing significant improvement and increase in mobility in just a couple of weeks. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to over 50 medical professionals, and I can confidently say that Dr. Wheeler has had the most significant impact on my health. I would highly recommend him to anyone with pain. As an athlete and coach, I've struggled with off and on back problems for 5+ years. However, the last 16 months had been nearly constant pain and a total inability to bend down or get up normally. I had been to medical professional after medical professional, and everyone made some guesses, did some work on me, and sent me away with temporary relief (usually between 2 hours and 2 days of diminished pain). Dr. Wheeler was instantly different. Before making assumptions, he took the time to go through a full assessment from head to toe. He found a number of areas that could be contributing to my back issues, and started working on them one by one. The complexity of my back issues were more than any medical professional had been willing to work through previously- they just picked one or two areas and got me out feeling marginally better. But, it was clear that Dr. Wheeler wasn’t just “checking the boxes”, he really cared about fixing my back. After two hours, and a full hour past closing time I left with a list of exercises to do, and my back feeling significantly better than it had since my accident 16 months before. Before working with Dr. Wheeler, I was becoming scared that I would live with the pain the rest of my life. Driving away from the first visit, I had optimism about my health for the first time in months- a feeling that quite literally brought tears to my eyes. I cannot thank Dr. Wheeler enough for the time and energy he put towards getting me fully functioning again. If it weren’t for him going the extra mile, I would still be regularly laying on the floor, with too much pain to move. I continued to see him each week for a couple months (until I moved away from Athens) and each visit I felt as cared about as the first. My back issues continued to improve, even now, over a month since my last visit. Do yourself a favor and go visit Chiropractic Works, they are the best in the business.

Fantastic experience: Dr Joe Wheeler has been a God send! I sprained my hip and he worked with me to not only help fix it but taught me how to maintain that fix. He clearly cares about his patients. The doctors in this office want to see their patients heal and feel better! I will recommend Dr Wheeler over and over again!!

Fantastic experience: I injured myself in the gym but couldn’t figure out exactly where the injury occurred. My neck was tight at first but then I had nerve and muscle pain going down my left arm that was keeping me up every night. Dr. Ken Cook began seeing me daily and patiently listened to my symptoms to help me determine the source of the pain. He focused on the neck area and then moved to the arms and upper back and over the course of two weeks I found relief! I had visited a physical therapist early-on who helped provide some initial relief but it was Dr. Cook and his open mindedness and persistence to keep exploring all areas from my neck through my shoulder, and down my arms that solved my problem. Because of Dr. Cook’s work I was able to cancel an appt with an ortho and avoid a MRI! I cannot recommend him enough!!! He truly works with his patients until a solution is found! And thanks to the office staff too. They made every visit enjoyable—even while I was in a lot of pain!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Kilpatrick for a year. I have diabetic neuropathy and past spinal injuries. It is only thanks to Dr. Kilpatrick that I am still walking, exercising and pain free without the use of any pills.

Fantastic experience: I have been to several Chiropractic’s over the Years and I have never experienced the Care and Kindness as I have from Dr J. Kenneth Cook and his staff, Jerri and Jessica. I had gone to my Primary Doctor and the to an Orthopedic Surgeon who did an MRI which showed that I had 2 Bulging Disc which were pressing against my Spinal Cord. This caused a great deal of pain and Muscle Cramps and made it very difficult to walk. He sent me to a Pain Management Specialist and after 3 Back Injections which never helped at all. I was told about Dr J. Kenneth Cook of Chiropractic Works By a Pastor Friend of mine and I scheduled an appointment to see him. On my very first visit, we were treated like Family. Dr Cook spent over an hour with my wife and I explaining the problem and plan to help me. After only 2 Visits my Pain was starting to subside and I could walk again without all the Muscle Cramps and the Severe Pain. Praise The Lord for his Touch and for Dr J. I was pregnant 3 times and ended up having serious lower back pain, and not one doctor suggested going to a chiropractor. "Nothing we can do" and even suggests pain meds. I went to see dDr. Cook and told him my fears of adjustments and he eased my fears and did his thing. 7 years later, I still see him, ONLY him when my back pain acts up and so do my athletic boys! He has helped tremendously! I only wish I could have had Chiropractic care when I was pregnant, because then I wouldn't have suffered the entire time with doctors telling me there was nothing they could do. Over the past year I’ve seen a neurologist, ENT, and an oral surgeon for my jaw pain and migraines. I was referred to Dr. Cook and figured “what’s one more doctor?” after being through the same process of no one wanting to heal me, but just give me pills that I really prefer not to take. Fantastic experience: This is the first time ever in my life that I have tried chiropractic treatment and I do not regret it! I have always been a bit scared to try chiropractic treatment-some people say it works wonders, others say the latter. I was having numbness in my left thigh and pain in my lower back. Fantastic experience: Over the past six months I have been seeing Dr. Ryan Schrock every 3-4 weeks for neck and back pain. I have been very impressed not only by his expertise in the clinic but his focus on providing me with exercises and equipment I can use at home to compliment his treatment. This has improved both the strength of my spinal musculature and my back and neck range of motion. As a result, I feel that my Pickleball play has improved and that I am able to recover more quickly from heavy bouts of play. All in all, a great practitioner in a well-equipped clinic with friendly support staff.
