Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Lex to prepare for my wedding and it has been such a great experience. She has really demystified how to approach my nutrition and how to get into working out, both with her sessions and on my own. She makes the most of our 30 minute sessions and I always leave feeling thoroughly worked out. Fantastic experience: I've been working with Lex Kelly for 6 months now on my nutrition. I went from ordering out practically every meal to cooking all my meals at home - and meal prepping! Lex made it easy to learn which foods are appropriate for my fitness goals. She checks in regularly with me and always responds to my text messages when I need her input. Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this place more. Gym is always extremely clean with the friendliest staff around. Been an athlete most my entire life and have worked with a lot of coaches in the past, so I wasn’t too sure if I wanted to do a gym with personal training with a coach. Ended up giving it a shot and the amount of tips as well as things I learned from Lex on form and nutrition is insane. Definitely check this place out!

Fantastic experience: I happened upon Soho Fit Personal Training by accident. It’s walking distance from my home and I really needed some motivation and accountability. I started working out ️♂️ with Jordan. He is great, keeps me on point and motivated. I work out with him two times a week. While I’ve only been going there for a month I’m officially down 2% in body fat and I am seeing muscle definition that I haven’t seen in a very long time! My flabby arms are a thing of the past. If you are like me and benefit from a 1:1 personal trainer who keeps track of your goals and helps you accomplish them, I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a try.

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity of training with Dru and it was a great experience. It was my first time working with a trainer so I did not know what to expect. I love that at Soho you have that one on one. There a different trainers at the same time each working with their client. This makes the experience more welcoming and you don’t feel embarrassed about being around others because, everyone is doing their own routine. Dru is very knowledgeable, patient and truly cares about his clients. I was new to this but not once did he make me feel bad about myself. He motivated me all throughout my journey. Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been with Tyler at SoHo Fit since January 2023 and it’s been a great experience. I’ve never taken my fitness serious before but he makes working out as easy as just hanging out with a friend. We both end up having a great time while getting a great workout. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this place more. I started working with Tyler 4 months ago and he has transformed my body. He varies the workouts so they are never repetitive and focuses on core strength and balance as well as the musculature men are looking for. He’s also super funny and the kind of guy you’d want to grab a beer with. Fantastic experience: I switched trainers and started with Soho Fit in early June and have now been working out with Jordan for almost three months. Fantastic experience: Started training with Jordan around 2-3 months ago and it was the best decision I’ve made. I was looking for 1 on 1 training since I’ve been in Tampa and I found the right place. Since I started with Jordan I have been continuing to lose weight and my body fat % has gone from 21% to around 16%. Working out 3 days a week has been challenging at some points but it’s totally worth it. I highly recommend Jordan and SoHo Fit to anyone who is looking for personalized training and has real goals they want to meet.

Fantastic experience: I've worked with Lex in her capacity as a personal trainer and nutritionist for the past few months and she is phenomenal! She is the consummate professional while still being very personable and understanding. Specifically she has helped me as a nutritionist and she has taken my workouts and lifestyle to another level I did not think possible. Fantastic experience: Hi there, what can I say about SOHO Fit and training with Jordan? The gym is clean, well equipped and in a great location, right next to a Starbucks! I have been training with Jordan for a little over a month and I couldn’t be happier with his guidance. I know that physically with each workout I feel great and will reach my goals. He is very fun, personable and encouraging. I look forward to my workouts with him! So much so, that I have increased my workout frequency. Fantastic experience: I have been working out with Jordan for about 3 months and I have seen incredible changes in my body appearance and composition since then. He pushes me hard and each workout is a little different to keep my body growing. Typically, he comes to my building two days a week which is extremely convenient, and once a week I go to their studio to lift heavier. Their studio is very nice and clean. For what I have gotten out of it, I think their price is quite reasonable. My schedule is all over the place and he is very accommodating to help me get in my workouts each week. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to take the next step in their personal fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: I have been working out at Soho Fit with Jordan for 3 months, and I have already seen great results. Jordan had a good understanding of my goals when I started, and he has done an excellent job with helping me achieve those goals. In just a few months I am stronger, and my body fat has decreased. Our challenging sessions have been very motivating for me to continue to train with him 3 nights per week. If you are not a fan of crowded gyms like me, then Soho Fit is the place for you. It is a superior facility with new equipment at a great location. I highly recommend Jordan and Soho Fit!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Loong at SoHo Fit for golf lessons. He is an amazing coach with an incredible eye for detail. Having never had a formal coach before, I am thrilled to see both large and small tweaks that have significantly improved my overall play. His passion for the game is evident, but more importantly, he has a genuine love for coaching and seeing my progress. Loong takes the time after every lesson to follow up on what we covered and provides guidance on what to work on between sessions to keep the momentum going in the right direction. Fantastic experience: Working out with Jordan has been a great experience! The individualized fitness programs he creates are always challenging and different every week. Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure of working with three different trainers at SoHo Fit Tampa, and they’re all awesome. They are knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me achieve my fitness goals. I always feel challenged in the best possible way. I’m currently training with Jordan, and I like that he is very supportive and pushes me to keep going when I’m about to give up. He customizes my workouts to target my specific goals and makes sure each session is different. I tend to get bored easily when working out, but that has not been the case with him. The studio is fantastic! They have state-of-the-art equipment, and everything is clean. They have a fun and energetic vibe with great music, which makes every visit enjoyable. Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience! I hired one of their personal trainers to come to my apartment gym, Loong, and he has been incredible. I’m already 30% stronger in a month. I was hoping to rebuild muscle after extensive weight loss and had never done any sort of weight training before (so I was a true beginner). Fantastic experience: My teenage daughter and I have been going to Allison for over a month and our experience has been really good and we have gotten a ton of value. Allison consistently shows up with a motivating presence making workouts more fun and positive and something we look forward to. We are new to weights and she is great at sharing her in depth knowledge, helping us learn correct form while also challenging us without making it overwhelming. My daughter and I are at different levels of fitness and Allison has done excellent in planning workouts that challenge us individually….as well as giving us activities we can do together. In terms of results, my daughter is gaining more confidence in her way around weights and less intimidated by that part of the gym and I am noticing a significant impact in my newly developed strength making my other fitness activities extra effective like my hot yoga practice, tennis and trail biking. She has also provided a tailored list of nutritional plans to help us up our game in fitness and health! Highly recommend Allison either as a beginner for learning a new practice or seasoned expert looking to up your game.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I train together with Jordan twice per week. Jordan is an excellent trainer who strikes such a great balance of always pushing me to my absolute limit every session whilst adjusting for my energy levels on the day (as a sleep deprived new Mom this really helps)!
