Negative experience: I came here about a year ago, please keep in mind I have never been to a chiropractor before(nor am I familiar with the prices or protocol). The price was ridiculous! ( I did not have insurance at the time don’t know if it would’ve helped) I went in ONCE I received a consultation and left paying around $60+ for (in my opinion) nothing! I just answered a few questions and she looked at my posture, (a consultation obviously) but for that price?!? Imagine what the actual adjustment would’ve cost me… I ran and never looked back. I went in because of my neck pains, I have always had horrible posture and I noticed a hump on the back of my neck and would feel tension in that area. At the time I was also watching a lot of YouTube videos of the process and most of them would have a consultation and adjustment right then and there (or at least it seemed so). Nonetheless if you are looking for something a little more on the affordable side and you don’t have insurance, I would suggest you not to come here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pezhman was extremely professional in my visit, very experienced, in my conversation with him he informed me that he has over two decades of experience under his belt overseas! My lower back has never been so relieved. Dr.Pezhman took the time to make sure I understood my diagnosis and how to keep the pain away after treatment.

Fantastic experience: A bit about my experience with Capitol Rehab. I arrived a few months ago with a lot of pain in my lower back and could not walk or sit; I was in a lot of pain and scared because I am a construction worker and need my back to work. After an X-ray examination, I was diagnosed with disc degeneration in my lower back and offered a treatment that after a few months has allowed me to have a normal life without any pain or discomfort. Thanks to Dr. Cruz and Dr. Monica, I feel excellent, professionals who work very hard and love their job. Very comfortable and welcoming environments with complete medical equipment to do their job very well. Dr. Monica and Dr. Cruz, thank you very much for your great work.

Fantastic experience: I started coming here mid April and the way I would describe this place and experience is 1000000/10!!! Extremely nice people and an amazing staff. I was in a car accident and along with helping me heal from my injuries they helped me get over it emotionally with their good moods, vibes, and being extremely friendly and kind to me through the whole journey. First day I came in crying from emotional and physical pain and my last day here I almost cried again!! He listened closely to my concerns, provided me excellent feedback, gave excellent chiropractic care, and provided my documentation. I am really excited to have this practice remain in my neighborhood - they really care about people and helping them achieve good health and/or restoration of functioning. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My experience here has been phenomenal! I’m a professional ballroom dancer/competitor and had a severe back injury just a few weeks before an event. I came here and Dr. Jean Carlos was able to work his magic and had me feeling better so I could dance at my event! I highly recommend both, especially if you are looking for gentle, but effective adjustments.

Fantastic experience: I came here with a rotator cuff injury that was misdiagnosed at my last physical therapist as bicepital tendonitis, and the injury got exacerbated. I’m so glad I came here - not only they give me a huge temporary relief after the first appointment, but I finally started recovering. It’s been two weeks now and the pain is almost completely gone. On top of that, they even went as far as to put some ribs back in place, which relieved a great deal of chest pain I was having. The receptionist, Monica, is very warm and kind as well, and was able to work around my busy schedule. Would HIGHLY recommend. And the great part - they don’t charge you an arm and a leg, even if you’re uninsured. I will be coming back here even after the injury heals for more chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: I'm glad Dr. Mo is back in Annandale. A 2006 MRI showed I have herniated discs in the L4-L5 low back area, but I am able to move around well enough so people don't realize that. I'm 44 years old but I can still sprint to catch buses. His treatments help keep my back loose now, just as they did back then.

Fantastic experience: I have visited many chiropractors but none made a difference, I felt like I was getting ripped off. Was about to give up seeing anymore and so I decided to try one last time. Made an appointment with Dr. Mo and that was a world of a difference, he knows his stuff! I have had a bad shoulder and lower back due to sport injuries but even just after 1 visit I was able to rotate my shoulder/arm almost back to normal and even lower back pain has gone away! I feel like a friend or family member when I visit both his Annandale and Fairfax, VA locations. He's thorough, friendly, personable, focuses on entire wellbeing to stay healthy, explains chiropractic diagnosis in great detail and sets realistic expectations for his patients. In addition, Dr. Mo works with me and my hectic work schedule to ensure that I'm getting the treatment that I need. To add, Dr. Mo's staff at both locations are extremely professional and friendly. Fantastic experience: I came here over a year ago with pain in my heels and lower back pain. Giving the fact I work with kids I bend and lift a lot, get down on the floor to play with them just the basic playing around with them. After a while it took a toll on my back and feet. I finally came to Dr. Compas because I was in severe pain. He fixed me up I believe with 2 or 3 sessions I was better. I came here again about a month ago for the same pain and with another pain in my knee, needless to say I will continue to come here and I found his practice on ZocDoc

Keeping a full life of travel, weights at the gym, drumming and outdoor activities,and then to sit every week with a Dr. that makes all the right adjustments to get every bone back to the best healthy position it could be AND talk a bit further into different activities to help get us to the goal of ache/tight free muscles! Yep- makes all the difference when your Dr. is not just charging you your deductible but is invested in your wellbeing. Highly recommend for sure! P.S. A visit to Jessica Dennis right next door for my massages before the adjustments have helped a ton too!

Fantastic experience: I read many articles on Chiropractic care. Pro and con and thought it was not for me. Then the pain started in my leg, later in my back. I would walk past his office in gold gym and thought why not. Glad I went in. His approach was conservative and focused. In both cases the information he gave helped put me on the road to recovery. On my second visit for a lower back issue I got my first adjustment. After, as I was walking back to my car I notice the pressure I felt to lean forward was gone. Amazing...a day later all nerve pain was gone. Hallelujah...as a proactive approach to fitness and well being I now put Chiropractic consultation on my to do list right along with regular exercise and good diet and annual doctor visits.
