Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Levinson and his team at Back To Balance. Working with Dr. Gotovskaya was phenomenal and she was very kind. I hadn't quite had an experience like this with a Chiropractor. Usually, the adjustments I get are the traditional neck and back cracks, but this was totally different. The tools and methods they use aren't as painful, and achieve the same result. The experience was educational, and very relaxing as well. I'd highly recommend Back to Balance to anyone dealing with neck, or back pain.

They have a wholistic process including X-Rays, helping you understand your problems, providing tailored exercises to correct the issue, and giving relief through adjustments (fun cracks). They also offer massages that my girlfriend has enjoyed and are highly professional. I couldn't recommend Back to Balance Wellness Center more! The team does a great job in the discovery stage to determine any outside factors that contribute to your symptoms. Scheduling appointments is super easy! I have been seeing Dr. Dave for about 6 months now and I always feel relief after our sessions. He has also been helping me with my ulcerative colitis and continues to provide a holistic approach / remedies alongside chiropractic care to relieve symptoms. When Dr. Dave is not available, Dr. Andrew fills in and he's also wonderful! They have also provide customized care for my husband, three year old, and our 9 month old. I look forward to my bi-weekly visits!

Fantastic experience: My experience with hyperbaric oxygen treatment at was impressive. The calming atmosphere coupled with knowledgeable staff made the session comfortable and reassuring. The treatment itself was painless and surprisingly relaxing, almost like a brief escape from reality. Although it's too soon to gauge results, I left feeling refreshed and optimistic about my healing journy.

Fantastic experience: Visited due to a referral back in 2020 when I hurt my back, debilitating pain that made basic movement hard. Was my second place to visit after the first quite literally charged me to just lift my leg once. Within first visit i had a noticeable relief to my pain, after several visits my range of motion fully increased. This year my pain recurrent and they were once again able to help me mitigate as well as set up a plan of help since this was a recurring issue. They did not hide any cost and told me everything upfront and an upstanding manner. And above all else, did their best to make sure I was on the mend

Fantastic experience: Dr Dave is my dad, he’s been working on me since birth so I’m partial towards him. I’ve been using my body as an extreme white water kayaker and have sustained multiple injuries during my 20 year as a high level athlete. Without his work I would not still be able to compete at the level I’ve been able too. He’s passionate about helping people get out of pain, has 35+ years of experience working on everyone from PGA golfers to blue collar construction workers and treats them all the same. Goes above and beyond. Since moving across the country I’ve been to dozens of other chiropractors and learned how good I had it growing up. Recently he gave me 2 adjustments while visiting and they were still as solid as ever.

Fantastic experience: I am now 8 months pregnant on baby #2 and feel so much relief after my adjustments. I have been going for both of my pregnancies. Before I was pregnant, I never needed a chirpractor. I did yoga, worked out and get massages often. But my joints and ligaments went nuts after my first trimesters so I looked into getting adjusted. My body was in so much constant pain. I limped even walking around the house and my mood was miserable due to the throbbing hip and back pain. I knew I was in good hands from the first time I walked in the door just based on the knowledge of the team at the front desk. After being advised by the hospital specialist with hip-replacement (for which I was mentally not ready) I went here to see if an alternative treatment could help me to relieve the pain and regain mobility. X-ray at the Chiropractor showed also a displace disc in my lower back. After several sessions my mobility got a lot better and also the constant pain was gone. Even the hip issues are reduced by at least 80%. I’m totally happy with the results and I will continue maintenance treatment with this chiropractor. A happy patient

Fantastic experience: I have had low back pain and sciatic issues since 2013. I have tried physical therapy and injections which provided minor relief. I found the introductory assessment for Back to Balance on Facebook and decided it would be worth trying. Dr. Andrew was so thorough explaining my X-ray and treatment plan. After two visits I was able to sleep better and get out of bed without pain. I now keep up a maintenance plan that helps keep the aches at bay. I also can’t say enough about the staff. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of reconnecting with Dr. Dave about two years ago for my herniated disk. I have had steroid injections, chiropractic adjustments, and plenty of PT. These helped to a degree but my lifestyle (continuing to play football) seemed impossible. It wasn’t until I saw Dr. Andrew and started regularly using the decompression tables that I finally started seeing drastic improvement. I went from hurting every second to lifting and playing football again. I even had mri scans post treatment and saw my disk herniation had actually receded giving me more relief. I have become friends with everyone in this office including Alina and Will up front who greet every patient with a warm smile. I am so thankful for Dr. Andrew and his hard work. He is one of the few doctors that cares deeply about his clients. If anybody is looking for a place to feel like home this is it.

Fantastic experience: Today was my 5th appointment and this time it was with Dr. Andrew Yekel and I was very happy because with him I always feel heard. Today my appointment was way better and so I switched my review from a 4 star to a 5 star. They started me off with putting the stimulator pads on my back for about 10 minutes. Then they adjusted my back using the chair I was sitting on. Alaina came in and gave me a little back massage and Dr. Andrew did as well. This time around the dr.also let me videotape him while he showed me a few stretching exercises which I really appreciated. Thanks Alaina, Dr. Yekel and Will for another great appointment. My last appointment I had at the office was on December 10th, 2022 and I was not fully satisfied with this one as I was with my last appointment or the previous one. The first appointment was great but every other appointment after that I felt as if the dedicated time for my appointments went down and my care went down as well. You can find a review of my first and third appointment down below. 12/10/22 When I came into the office I was planning on getting a refund on my care till Elaina explained to me that it would be good during the next few years if I decided not to use them all at once. For this appointment Dr. Andrews was not there but Will did a great job on my back. I felt more pressure going away from my spine when he was applying pressure on my back with the massager but I felt as if Dr. Dave gave me the minimal amount of care at the beginning of my appointment. All Dr. Dave did was to pretend to crack my back when he told me to cross my arms and he put his arms around me to do this. He seemed to be more interested in getting referrals for his office rather than decreasing my back pain and correcting my posture. Here is my review of my first appointment with Dr. Andrew Yekel on November 5, 2022. As soon as I walked into the office I was welcomed by Will at the front desk. He showed me how to check in properly and then Elaina gave me a tour of the office. 5 minutes later Dr. Andrews introduced himself, explained everything that he saw on the xrays that Elaina took of my posture, and in detail he explained what they could do for me at the office to correct my posture and take my pain away. He also made it easy to understand what I was seeing on the xrays by explaining to me in laymen's terms of what was in the xrays. That's when my in office care started. He attached 4 vibrating pads on my back to relieve the tension from my back and shoulders and my hip area. Then he applied a heating pad, manually adjusted my back with a massager and the chair.

Fantastic experience: This place is excellent, there is so much healing talent in one place. These doctors are very professional and thorough. Dr. Andrew saved my life. I was in a bad car accident and suffered from neck, back and shoulder pain. Additionally, I had vertigo. I was in so much discomfort and had no sign of relief, but within 3 months I began to recover thru their magnificent team work. I was truly blessed to find these Angels.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yekel has helped me maintain my active lifestyle. I initially came in with a pinched nerve in my back/rib that was very painful, and headaches stemming from the neck. After the first adjustment I could tell there was a big difference, but through the follow-up adjustments my back and neck have been feeling great. I highly recommend Dr. Yekel, he is very professional and also showed me foam roller exercises to maintain good posture, alignment and range of motion.

They worked me into the schedule right away and got me back to normal in no time. Now I go for regular maintenance. I see Dr. Andrew, but the whole staff is wonderful. Fantastic experience: I recently started going to Dr. Andrew Yekel. I found him the morning after my back gave out doing a very simple task. I was a hot mess! Hurt. Nervous with clammy hands and feet! I could barely sit without pain. He immediately assessed my situation and provided the proper care while teaching me helpful methods throughout the process. After a couple days of seeing him, I could sit and move comfortably. He is personable and instantly made me feel like he was a friend- all the while maintaining his professionalism. You can tell he loves what he does by his confidence and how he presents information. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who makes you feel like you’re his only patient, I highly recommend Dr. Yekel. Finally, the staff at Back to Balance was so friendly. Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Chiropractors since I was 15. At 62, I believe I've finally hit the Gold. Here they practice Physical Therapy/Massage/Hyperbaric/Chiropractic Care. This brilliant combo is perfect for proper care of the body structure. Before going, I was popping Ibuprofen regularly (masking symptoms) until those no longer worked. Truly wasn't interested in living a long life due to my pain. Now I'm shouting from the roof their praises. BTW, the staff is incredible and begin to feel like family. Just GO!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Back to Balance for a little over a year to treat different tennis and gym injuries. Originally, I had some shoulder issues, which have come and gone over the years, but finally seem to be under control after working with Dr. Dave and Andrew. But my biggest compliment is regarding a knee injury due to a fall on the tennis court. I could barely walk up and down stairs the day after the fall, but after two sessions with Dr Dave working on my knee and following his advice on what I should do at home to help myself, my knee that was painfully strained is nearly 100%. It only took a week to get to this point! On another note, the staff is very friendly and the wait time is usually less than five minutes.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Andrew's for a little over 3 weeks. I came to Back to Balance after seeing my orthopedist about my knee. I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knee (not bone on bone). After 3 weeks of twice weekly visits, my knee feels better than it has in YEARS!! I'm able to take long walks, get up and down without pain or discomfort. Soon, I'll hop back on my Peloton to see how the knee holds up. But, I haven't required Aleve or anything to help with pain management in the last 2 weeks! And for the record, Dr. Andrew is very warm, friendly, POSITIVE, and super supportive. He give you personalized attention and spends your entire visit with you. He's outstanding!!

Fantastic experience: With cancer I have many doctors appointments. My chiropractor appointments with Dr. Levinson are the only ones where I walk out feeling better than when I walk in.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Back to Balance Wellness of Alpharetta, for the first time. I found it to be a very positive experience. Dr. David Levinson and his team of highly trained professionals treated me very well. I was given a detailed tour of the office and facilities, as well as an overview of the check-in and check-out procedures. As for Dr. Levinson. He patiently listened to and addressed all of my questions and concerns. He explained why I was experiencing my issues, and offered a future treatment plan. I'll definitely be returning to Back to Balance Wellness for additional visits!

Fantastic experience: I brought my oldish broken down plumber’s body to Balance Wellness Center a couple of weeks ago and immediately began to get relief from ongoing spinal/sciatica issues. Everyone that I’ve dealt with in the office has been very knowledgeable, professional and nice. I also like the fact that this office isn’t solely about coming in, getting an adjustment and then leaving. They incorporate a more holistic approach that’s definitely working for me and has given me a more positive outlook on my ability to live day to day life without pain. You know, the “little things” in life.
