Negative experience: Powerhouse lost my business. I understand making a sale. But show respect to customers. Miss it was James was there. He was an awesome guy and very knowledgeable of the products. You can tell that dude does his research. I have epilepsy I informed James of this and helped me out. If he was unsure we would be honest. Use to be a great place. But shopping at my buddies store now

Fantastic experience: Great selection of products, local shop, store is organized. Great place for someone who doesn't know a lot about supplements as the staff always seem to be able to talk about them fluently. Not so sure the advice is always spot on, have heard some anecdotal things instead of research based evidence but that is the sales world we live in, lose 30 lbs in 30 days or your money back!!! Anyhow, this is a great place to find high-end supps and as I said you are supporting local by shopping here. If I had to take a star off which I won't, I absolutely hate that there is no pricing on anything, you have to ask "how much is this?" for every product. Powerhouse, please price your stuff, this is how people shop, we want to compare prices to make purchase decisions and not have to ask every 5 seconds how much something is. Prices are also premium product pricing, this is not your monopoly corporate amazon pricing.
