Fantastic experience: Dr. Capps is extremely knowledgeable and empathetic. His skills go beyond what is generally recognized from a chiropractor. His approach is individual and gentle. Treatments are based on what you need and not boilerplate. His knowledge also applies to injuries and pain in areas not typical to chiropractic care. He helped me with knee pain that had come on suddenly, teaching me a simple approach that I could do on my own. Chrysalis shares space with acupuncture and massage therapists, which is a *tripleta* of self care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. David Capps is very good at what he does. When my back is sore, he gets me an appointment quickly and when I arrive, he is ready for me at the appointment time, NO WAITING. His wife , Dr. Lola Capps is also a chriopractor. She has never worked on my sore back, however I can say that she is very pleasant to visit with and always a friendly face.

My son was crying in the waiting room as I filled out paperwork, and Dr. David heard him and called us in right away. I was unexpectedly dealing with a lot of back/neck pain for the first time in my life and one week I could barely move. I scheduled my first appointment and within a few days I was doing so much better. They brought me on a successful path to healing and even showed me specific stretches that I now use daily. Fantastic experience: I see Dr. Dave for chiropractic care, and Dr. Lola for Nutrition. I love how Dr. Dave always listens to my concerns and aches - and targets the treatment to fix the issue. He'll also suggest stretches or exercises to keep me aligned. Dr. Lola's nutrition program uses response testing to learn what my body is lacking with regards to supplements. She also uses food logs to make recommendations of how to improve my diet (more veggies!) The program has not only helped me reduce my weight, but has increased my energy. "It's all about a healthy gut," says Dr. Lola.

I had both lower back pain (pregnancy related) and some chronic neck pain that I had relatively regular adjustments for. I’ve been to several chiropractors in the past and Dr. David was by far the best! I found significant relief with the adjustments (in fact the pregnancy back pain was relieved almost immediately) and his staff are all very friendly and welcoming. David was fully trained in Active Release Technique (ART). Using ART in conjunction with Dr. David’s excellent chiropractic treatments, I have made full recoveries from many debilitating injuries, as well as your everyday aches and pains. I had such a great experience, that I plan to routinely come to Chrysalis Chiropractic for therapeutic massage with Heather, then see Dr. Dave or Dr. Lola. Scheduling was a breeze, thanks to Dr. Lola, and Iris. Leading up to my appointment time, I simply texted the office to let them know I was in the parking lot. When I received a text in reply, it was time to come on in, and receive my treatment. With payment on file, there was no need to make a stop at the front desk on my way out unless I needed to adjust future appointments. The practice is extremely well organized, clean, and felt safe during COVID-19. Highly recommend!
