Fantastic experience: Dr Miller really knows her business, she was fantastic and so was the entire Staff. A big thanks to Mena (and Jeff) for getting me in on such short notice. I don't normally believe much in these testimoninals but I'm writing this anyway because for once, I've finally experienced positive results. I asked to get some help for my weight and general loss of strength and energy. After an evaluation of my bloodwork and a deep understanding of my problems, I was given a weekly weight loss shot (tiny little thing) and a good understanding of what to expect. I was also given a small testosterone injection (weekly) and between the first and second week I started feeling like a young man again even at my age of 70 years young :-). I am losing an average of 1.5 lbs a week and I am down from 212.5 to 205, I am retaining my muscle mass and getting stronger in my workouts. I have been trying to eat less and I am slightly less hungry thankfully. Nothing I have done in the past with supplements and or workout has worked as well as my treatments from El Con Health & Wellness Center. Needless to say I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Good choice of doctors, in fact, I tried to continue with my established doctor & it wasn't so much difficult and inconvenient,but rather the phone appointment staff was very unprofessional-think very inpatient with my inquiries. So much so, that the staff scheduler handed the phone to the owner (I think?) who indicated the staff said I swore at her (not true) while asking about making a follow-up appt or lab etc. The tone makes a difference. I understand that, and when an appt scheduler is rude (this has happened before), it's hard to have faith in a business. As a result, I can not, in good faith, trust the integrity and professionalism of this business. Perhaps they were a 5 star treatment with others , but for me, The costs, at least by the phone personnel: not transparent. Staff is a bit sharp & defensive. I don't think, although I asked to hear a playback- I used any unkind language when the rude staff spoke to me. Furthermore, I think telling me I may have spoken unkindly was a manipulative strategy rather than addressing my question & concern right away. Later, it was. I ask,out of hippa & privacy laws, that my information given to your business be protected & returned to me if possible. I do not want restaliation for writing a candid response. I do appreciate your response & best wishes to your business.

Negative experience: I gave two stars instead of one because the staff was very kind and polite throughout my experience. However, I’m deeply disappointed with the results of my spider vein removal treatments. I initially purchased a sclerotherapy treatment on Groupon for $109 (normally $300). When I arrived for the procedure, the doctor performed the treatment but informed me afterward that it likely wouldn’t work and recommended I try the RF spider vein treatment instead. Two months later, I saw no improvement. Wanting to give it another try, I purchased the RF treatment for $182 on Groupon (regularly priced at $400). Unfortunately, this treatment didn’t work either. I returned for a follow-up with the technician, explaining my concerns. While she was kind, her response left me frustrated. I was reminded that I had signed paperwork stating that two treatments might be necessary, although during the consultation, I was told the second treatment would just be a touch-up. I was also informed that I need to pay an additional $300 for another treatment, although they kindly offered a follow-up after that for free. I understand that I paid less than the full $700 price, but having spent $291 and seeing no improvement at all, I’ve lost confidence in the process. The spider veins not only remain but seem more pronounced and bruised. After the discomfort and long recovery time (about 4-5 weeks for the puncture wounds to heal), I’m hesitant to invest further, as I have no faith it will yield results. While I appreciate the staff’s kindness, I’m left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the outcome of my treatments.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Mena for a couple of years and have had multiple procedures. My skin has had a total transformation. I struggled with acne when I was younger and was left with acne scars. Thanks to Mena, my scars have highly diminished and my skin looks and feels amazing. I don’t feel the need to wear makeup anymore on the daily. I was very insecure about my skin before and would never leave the house without a full face of makeup. I love coming here. The staff is nice and Mena treats my daughter and I like family. I’ve been bringing my daughter here as well, as she had issues with oily skin and a severe black head problem. Her skin looks amazing now, and most importantly she feels amazing!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of receiving PRP hair regrowth injections at El Con Health and Wellness with Mena and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and results. She is friendly and genuinely cares about her patients. Throughout the treatment she explains the process and assures me everything will be fine. She makes sure my discomfort during the procedure is minimal by adding numbing gel, ice pack, distraction stress balls, and plays music in the background. After the 2nd session, I noticed hair follicles appearing and after the 3rd session, I could see a major scalp difference. My family and friends have even noticed the difference. Fantastic experience: I went in for filler and botox and was extremely satisfied with my results. My injector was very skilled and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable throughout the procedure. I highly recommend this place!

Negative experience: Called weeks in advance for a procedure which required bloodwork. I said I was going to have labs done from (gave them name of clinic) - they said that would be fine and to bring them with me to my appointment. I had carefully timed my appointment to coincide with the amount of medication I had left etc. I actually called them a few times just to be certain they had what they needed from me and that the procedure could for sure be done at my appointment and was assured all was fine. They called me a few days before to change the appointment time - no problem - just noting yet another time I spoke to them. Before my appointment I faxed over my labs so they would have them early. That afternoon - less than 24 hours before my appointment/procedure they called to tell me that the labs wouldn’t work for them - that they had their own bloodwork /lab requirements. I was shocked! Especially considering I hadn’t even taken my labs before I made my appointment! So they had me go ahead and take/pay for my provider’s labs instead of having me take theirs! Someone clearly has no clue what they’re doing and I admit I was furious. I had checked and double checked with them when I was making my appointment. And then on the phone I heard a girl in the back dishonestly say that she had never told me I would definitely be getting the procedure at my appointment - but that was what the appointment was scheduled for! I was told exactly what I would pay for the visit and the procedure. I demanded they refund my deposit or I would blast them in a review - which they did. I called back when I had calmed down to explain more calmly why I was upset and was assured they’d have the manager call me to discuss things. Never got a call. Not surprised. I will not support an office this incompetent and uncaring to their clients.

Fantastic experience: After looking around for a place to get some laser tattoo removal done, I stumbled on El Con Health. All of the staff are super helpful and nice. The clinic is very well kept and clean. Mena Lata's is the clinician that's been working on me. She makes me feel comfortable and safe while performing the procedure. She explains everything for you and answers any questions that you may have. She's been doing laser tattoo removal for a long time now and definitely knows the safe and proper way to do it. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a couple laser tattoo removal sessions so far at El Con, and each time has been a great experience! The staff there is super friendly and experienced, and I can tell they made an effort to take good care of my skin’s health while removing the ink (also making sure I don’t feel too much pain). Fantastic experience: I've been going to El Con probably since 2019, started first with laser in the under arms which has been fully worth it. It does take a couple sessions and everybody is different but you will see results and they're amazing. I stopped for about a year but when I went back I fully committed and finally got the results I wanted. I used to be very insecure about my underarms but not anymore. I also started treating my acne more seriously during this year, getting facials done and having done one peel and yes it's expensive and truly an investment but it really is the best investment you can make. My face looks a lot better now than at the beginning of the year. My acne is controlled and I'm overall very happy with my face, it really has been worth it. I, like everybody else that has acne used everything and nothing worked, the treatments at El Con really do work, and it also helps to educate yourself on skincare and on what to use and stick with it. I've had amazing results and am really happy with Mena and the staff, they're awesome.

She listened to my thoughts & concerns as to where the pain was located, and gave the perfect amount of pressure while massaging. Negative experience: I went to another doctor because I was concerned with some of the medical advice I was given here, and they told me to never go back. Medical check-ups went from “You’re gonna have a stroke in 10 years” to “Your heart’s fine. You’re on that heart pill for your diet.” And I was encouraged to eat copious amounts of salt to lower my blood pressure, when heart disease runs in my family. It took 3 separate visits to get a mental health referral, and I was told to “wait until I start my diet” before getting help with my eating disorder. When I needed some paperwork filled out to show I wasn’t diabetic for a procedure, they filled it out incorrectly and screamed at me over the phone when I asked if I could get it corrected. I love supporting women-led businesses, but the environment here is catty, and I felt judged every time I walked in. It’s not a welcoming or understanding environment.

I know was my bad TO TRUST IN THIS WAY first of all my skin: started october 2020 till February the price 320 for PEEL only except OBAGI stuff toooo expensive i dont know if that only for me !?anyway nooo result i see at all after that the must big thing when i talked to her she made evry thing gonna be better 100%. after i use her stuff okay i talked to her about Cellulite I have she said yes of course I have a device The name of our predecessor:CELLFINA This device cuts cellulite, it goes away after only one month and makes it not return after four years or more, and HOWEVER kind of cellulite it cuts We set an appointment to do all the procedures I’m was so excited And we agreed on the price (two thousand dollars) WE TOOK PICTURES BEFORE &AFTER After we did the procedures, it was almost a mini-operation in January 7th21 after that in February 7 I see nothing change I called and told her everything has not changed. On the contrary, my condition has worsened and my cellulite has increased We made an appointment, and when I went and asked her about the condition of my face, she also said, "You are the only person who does not notice results . What is this luck you have ?" She gave me obagi liquid FOR FREE sticker on it 40$ but After I complained about what happened she just told me about it (I just give you a product free for good Faith .) I already thank her about it But that’s not mean I’m gonna shut up What do you think and what do you say the reader? Is the reason I have it because I went and trusted such a clinic? After that I called and no one answered and no one would call me back, but I have her own number, so I sent messages and said she had nothing to do so that she could not return my money back as well, and she will communicate with the original parent company .......... Unfortunately, there are few experiences that we put ourselves in their hands

I have compleated my third PRP treatment and I am very happy with the results. Mina has the knowledge and the know how to take care of cosmetics issues. Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Negative experience: Very disappointed with the results of my scleropathy treatment. I purchased a two treatment package on Groupon and was told I used both in one visit.. The results after the treatment were almost as if nothing had happened. The two spider veins that I wanted zapped are still there..
