Fantastic experience: I recently had a consultation with Sono Bello. I haven’t scheduled a procedure but I am beyond impressed with Rachel. She’s my Patient Care Coordinater. She has made herself readily available to answer any question. I ask lots and lots of questions so that says a lot about her! She even responded to emails and texts as late as 10 pm. I’m hoping the rest of my experience with Sono Bello is as great as this.

Fantastic experience: From my first interaction with Heather at the West Palm office to sitting down with Patricia for my consultation I felt comfortable. When I arrived at the Ft. Lauderdale office and met the office staff they were equally as nice. Nurse Flowers, nurse Cathy and nurse Natalie made me feel extremely at ease the day of my procedure and at my follow up appointments. When I met Dr. V, she was so friendly. She explained everything that was going to be done with my procedure, how I will feel after, the medications I will need, paddings to buy and how to take care of my incisions. The Boston office gave me poor information and Sasha explained what I needed to do to get back on track.

Fantastic experience: Dr. V was so professional and amazing from the moment I met her! She took her time and did a phenomenal job. I had prior plastic surgery with other doctors and one they took my money I never seen or heard from them and couldn’t get in touch with them after surgery . Dr.V was available at all times by phone and text and she even personally called me to see how I was after surgery. She is the most talented and professional plastic surgeon I have ever met. She’s “THE GOAT” of surgeons. Her staff was also very polite and friendly. Jaine her medical assistant was so comforting and supportive through out the entire process before and after . Ty all!

Positive experience: I have been going to Sonobello for fat removal laser treatments for quite a long time. I love my esthetician Latoya and Shush who makes my appointments. The office is spotless and I am seeing good results. My only problem is they don't offer much. Just liposuction and laser treatments. I'd like to have laser work on my face and neck but they don't have a machine to do that. This company could make bigger money if they'd expand their services.

Negative experience: What a turn off!!!!! I made an appointment for 10:30 am. They asked me to arrive 15 minutes early to complete some paperwork. I drove 45 minutes and got there 30 minutes early just in case. I patiently waited while they called in other new patients. 45 minutes after my scheduled time I asked and they told me that I had to wait for my turn!!!!!! No one came to me at least to apologize for the delay. I would have waited a little bit more. If that is how they treat you before they lock you in, I can’t imagine how it will be after they have my business. There are a lot of other alternatives to get the same results. What a disappointment!!!!!

Fantastic experience: . Dr Villadolid (Dr V), At Sono Bello in Fort Lauderdale, Florida was the doctor handling my procedure. Basically was doing a daddy makeover. I was getting liposuction in different areas of my upper body. Not only did I have 100% confidence in her ability, but when I did my due diligence on her, I was actually looking forward to having the process done. Throughout the procedure, she was a true professional, knowing exactly what she was doing even to a point where she literally was able to, avoid a secondary procedure which I had paid for which she told me she would refund because she didn’t think it was needed. She is a true master at her profession. The offices of Sono Bella 100% professional from the second. I went for my consultation until my first follow up which I had just completed. I felt like I was the only patient that had were more than friendly. The nursing staff were truly professional. I am very pleased with my experience now I’m about a week and a half out and I’m starting to see results and I’m very pleased. It always pays to do your due diligence and in this case, it turned out fantastic I wanted to add this. It’s two months since I had the procedure done. The swelling is just starting to go down and I’m starting to really see results. I am very pleased. Understand this going through this procedure is a process you do not get instant results. I have no regrets. In fact I’m extremely pleased.

Negative experience: Drove 30 mins to the location, arrived 15 mins early as requested. 45 mins later I'm still waiting. I asked when will I be seen, was told to have a seat and someone will provide me a ETA. I left. My time is valuable, many "medical offices" don't seem to respect a person's time. Schedule accordingly and fairly.

Fantastic experience: Where do I begin?! This was my first time hearing about Sono Bello and the procedures they offer. When I met up with Raquel, she radiated such warm happy energy, I can tell her intentions were about my happiness, more than gaining a client… she educated me about the whole procedure and what to expect. The following week I had my procedure done with Dr. Colon who also had such an inviting personality and she understood my vision for my body. I felt ZERO pain throughout the procedure and Janey took such amazing care of my father and I. She really is such a beautiful human and you can tell that she truly loves what she does. The whole front staff is filled with positivity and it brings me joy to see people love what they do! With that being said, I am SHOCKED about how phenomenal my lipo came out… I can proudly feel comfortable in my skin I am so blessed and grateful to have found such a noninvasive procedure that gave me the best outcome I could of every imagined!! 11/10 recommend to any and everyone inquiring about Sono Bello. Positive experience: After spending over $13,000 I was not at all happy with my results. I have chosen not to have them redo my procedures. I am paying to have it redone elsewhere. Tge staff was very understanding friendly and professional through all of our Communications. Overall the staff is amazing. My doctor, not so much. II suggest you not have a procedure done through them. But I do recommend you fully understand your surgeons level of aggression or whether they're on the more conservative side. Overall I feel everyone there was friendly. But it is up to you to make sure you have the right surgeon for your expectations. AND SHOP AROUND. THEY ARE CRAZY OVERPRICED

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: CORPORATE REACHED OUT AND ASSISTED ME AND ADDRESSED MY CONCERNS I AM VERY THANKFUL AFTER THAT CONVERSATION I WILL BE BACK! I arrived for my 9:00 AM appointment, and let me tell you, the receptionist was absolutely delightful. However, I must say that the woman who was attempting to persuade me into undergoing the surgery was quite infuriating.That woman was beyond irritating! And as for the areas they were planning to perform liposuction on, they were so insignificant that there wouldn't be any noticeable improvement. And on top of it all, they expected me to pay a whopping $5000 for that! I felt so overwhelmed and taken advantage of by that woman. It's absolutely predatory behavior! They have no right to pressure or manipulate their customers into getting surgery. People should be able to make their own decisions. It's like dealing with a sleazy car dealership that tries to haggle you into buying something you don't without giving you anytime to think.

Negative experience: Went to Fort Lauderdale for my consultation today and they refused to do surgery because I smoke a couple cigarettes a day and am not willing to quit. I have had surgeries done in the past and I was never told I had to quit smoking.

Positive experience: They probably do good work but that lady that did my consultation didn’t even try and work with me. Very condescending and I felt like she was looking down on me. On top of that you have to go to the facility for a quote. It’s a waste of time.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 11:30 today. At 1:15 I was told the wait would probably be another 15 minutes. If this is the way they do business, I want nothing to do with them. I walked out. Not at all impressed.

Negative experience: I had a procedure done with them back in 2022 and I am now looking for another doctor to do surgery again NOT HERE ‼️not even a whole year after my stomach lipo did my weight start coming back ! My stomach was supposed to get snatched and it did not I paid 5000 and I still had fat pockets everywhere they brought me back in and tried to charge me 1500 for them to redo my surgery and the doctor made up all he could not to re do my surgery this entire thing is like a joke and a waste of money when you call for help the are very rude I honestly want to sue these people for my money back please DONT GO HERE LADIES ‼️‼️

Negative experience: First and Foremost, I will NEVER go to a Sono Bello facility again! I felt everything!!! After being told by the OR staff that I was just feeling the pressure when the cannula was jabbing in on my back side (liposuction tube/stick tool), when I explained no, I can feel it...the doctor jabbed me again and I jumped off the OR table and yelped!!!! Then the OR staff was instructed to give me some more... assuming it is lidocaine .... and she removed the cannula and started on another area... But what they fail to tell you is that now you will be left uneven!!! After months of recovering and swelling has gone away, you can see the differences and it is horrible! I have been requesting a copy of my medical records for quite some time now, and I want to say it has been over a year... I have to find the fax transmittal; but recently contacted them via email, the Sono Bello in Fort Lauderdale, back in September and completed a medical release form again and was told I would get my records once corporate reviews my request... After numerous requests by phone and email, and I have the documentation to prove it; I have yet to receive any records. This is illegal and want my records!! I already filed a complaint with the medical board, BBB, and will keep going until this is rectified!

Negative experience: Eva was so rude…so my daughter went to AirSculpt in Miami. What a blessing in disguise. They are soooo much better. The results and options are way better than when I went to Sona Bella. I only wish i would have known about AirSculpt first. Check Out AirSculpt…it is worth the drive. Much better results…better doctors…better office….better staff. Incredible Results!!! Pain Free!!! Laughing Gas makes it fun.

Negative experience: I have made numerous attempts to schedule my revision surgery after the surgeon failed to address an area that I had already paid for. Unfortunately, I had to wait six months to recover from the initial procedure. When I informed them of my move to Atlanta, GA they assured me that they had another facility that could perform the revision. However, when the time came for my revision, about eight months after my surgery, they argued with me and insisted that I go back to the original location in Florida. It has now been a year and a half, and I have been back and forth with Sono Bello trying to schedule the revision. Instead, I have been placed on a waiting list, while they continue to take money from other women who are hoping to achieve their dream body, only to be deceived. I am currently facing a $10,000 charge on my Care Credit Card for half of the surgery that was incomplete. My advice is to avoid having your procedure done here and seek out a reputable plastic surgery professional instead. This is not the place to go for quality service.

Negative experience: Went to do a procedure,my Bp was high,and it got cancelled,on my contract it stated,non refundable fee is $2495,I made a down payment of $5000,been calling for weeks now,and can’t get someone to tell me anything.

Negative experience: Guys!! Don't come here for Gynecomastia surgery!! They do not remove the Gynecomastia, they just cut pieces of it off, something I was not aware of before hand!! Imagine saving for your whole adult life to be able to get the procedure and it's done terribly. I went in having Gynecomastia and I left still having Gynecomastia. I'm 6’ / 210lbs and I've been into fitness most my life, point is my case was not severe at all. When I asked why I still have Gynecomastia, they just shrugged their shoulders and said that's the best they can do. Satisfaction guaranteed is just a slogan for them. Just don't want any other guy to go through the same disappointment I did.

She makes each experience there feel safe. She informed and educated me Aside from that her generosity and kindness was astonishing! Gisselle made me feel secure and confident and I knew I was in good hands. If you choose Sonobello in Ft Lauderdale I hope you are fortunate enough to have Gisselle with you through the process. It seemed any discomfort I had they walked me through and she worked quickly but with skill. I’m swollen and have some pain but walking and back at work. Negative experience: As I red the reviews and searched about Sonobello and saw all this great procedures , for my friend and I booked an appointment. We were really excited about our appointment,. At the time of the appointment I called to inform that I was on my way, and my friend was 3 minutes away. The response from the receptionist on 8/31/2022 at 4:10 was awful. I think she wanted to go home and did not care. I asked to please speak with he manager 4 times , and she completely ignored me. I requested for my friend to go into the office because she was already there , but the young lady said, I have no information on her. It was a horrible experience. We worked and lost money time plus being treated so disrespectful by this lady who answered the phone. I think Sonobello might be a great place but this is for them to remember that the front desk and staff represent them. I take my business somewhere else.

Negative experience: I'm a bit disappointed I saw the commercial on tv and really got excited and wanted to try this because I'm afraid of being put under, but after seeing all the reviews I think I would rather just do surgery and go under. Taking care of your patients and making sure they are 100% satisfied should always be #1 priority!!! Please always read reviews and choose wisely... Just my thought!

Negative experience: Wow thank goodness for reviews! I know that every company can have unsatisfied customers but that’s way too much for me! Especially something so drastic as plastic surgery 15K for results that are not typical! i would rather just go somewhere else where my 15K and you have results. Positive experience: Lovely costumer service, the care was great but that’s were it stops, I was assured my problems areas would be gone only to end up with an upper bulge that sticks out more than I had before, and when I went for a revision at the year mark to show that it doesn’t look right I got told that it was because I have lose skin and I should have gotten a tummy tuck instead, then why did you say my problem areas would be gone with just the trisculpt ex. Now I’m just lumpy, don’t do it

Fantastic experience: The Nurses and front desk girls are so awesome! Not one person I met here was rude.On my procedure day the nurses calm me down and give me snacks etc before my procedure. Dr.Green was my surgeon she really tired to get my mind off when she came to rib part of my body lol that was only painful part of the whole procedure. Dr.Green called me the day after and couple days after the nurses called to see how I was doing. I can’t wait to see my end result so far I do see a change. Negative experience: I purchased six procedures, they charged me 10,864, but the day of my surgery I just got 5 procedures done because they ran out of medication. I called them and let them know that I didn't want to go through the process again and I needed to know what my new balance was. The first time I was told by the receptionist that the person who could assist me with this matter was Kristy (my consultant) and they will pass the message to her. I called several times for almost 3 weeks and they never returned my calls, when I called last time the front desk told me that the manager was aware and will call me back but it never happened. Finally, I received the bank statement but they had BILLED the lender for all 6 procedures and it was sent 2 days before the 5 procedures were performed. I then called the lender and was told they would contact Sonobello Ft. Lauderdale office. I received text messages from Kristy stating that there are no refunds but she could give me a credit for the services not provided. She offered me Venus Legacy treatments and garments. When I refused she texted me back saying she got busy and D.J. would call me. Till this day I haven't received any call and I still haven't met D.J. I contacted their corporate office one week later (last Friday) and if they are not able to solve the problem I will be forced to take legal action to stop this fraud and my credit record from being harmed.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever it’s now 6 months and my concerns are the same or worst. I had a bad doctor and nurse which I heard no longer working there which makes me happy that no one else would have this bad experience but am waiting to see what they are going to tell me when I meet up for my six months.

Negative experience: They blocked me and tried to kept my deposit because they said I was being hostile with a team member. No investigation was done and the company didn’t knowledge that the coordinator was being unprofessional and hostile with me. This is how clients are treated.

Positive experience: I actually appreciated some of my experience. What is ruining it for me is the Ft Lauderdale office's COMPLETE lack of communication with a patient. Initially I was assured Saturday appointments were no problem for follow ups, etc. I have tried to schedule a post op for my 1 month on a Saturday for 3 months now. What's worse is the office won't call me back, and when I leave messages they are never returned. I call during normal business hours and they don't answer. This office has ALWAYS had a problem with scheduling and their complete lack of respect for a patient is horrible. With a previous visit, I was rescheduled SIX times in ONE day with incessant phone calls, texts and emails and the office still got it wrong after I arrived at my scheduled time. This place can't keep a promise much less a scheduled appointment. I wish I never got involved because clearly their clients are only important until they get their money. After that you're chop suy. Update: after posting this review, the office called to make it right. Finally had a follow up and everyone seemed to want to help make things right. I appreciate the effort going in to correct the mistakes.

Negative experience: Not sure how some people have amazing Customer Service while other are suffering. These guys are rude once they take your money. I think if you have any problems during your recovery period they do not want to have much to do with you and when you insist the try "to help you out" as I was just told. Not saying much more...try a private plastic surgeon after you do your research.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Sonó Bello has been beyond what I expected. My outstanding experience started with Raquel. She is super sweet and took the time and patience to explain the procedure to me, even when I was contemplating canceling the procedure after scheduling it. This is why I would like to take this opportunity to thank Raquel for not giving up on me. Dr. Green and the nurses were beyond excellent too! During the pre-op visit and the day of the procedure Dr. Green took the time to explain all my areas of concern and how the procedure would take place in a very clear and patient manner. She was also very kind, patient, and friendly throughout the whole process. I am beyond satisfied with the care and the procedures performed by Dr. Green and the team of nurses which was lipo laser on my abdomen, waist, arms, and the TriSculpt E/X. This procedure has changed my appearance significantly and it has only been 4 weeks since the procedure. Everyone is noticing the change and keep telling me how good I look. I can’t wait to see the end results. My only regret is knowing of Sonó Bello earlier in life. Beyond satisfied! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: From my initial consultation with Tanairi and throughout the whole process the entire staff that I crossed paths with was professional and informative. Dr.Gill was phenomenal and had my best interest at heart throughout and so a split procedure was decided upon. I'm super happy with part 1 so far and I can truly see where the decision to split will garner a result far more pleasing than I had even imagined. Just a phenomenal team at the Fort Lauderdale location and I'm looking forward to the completion of Part 2 and the results that will follow.

Fantastic experience: I was welcomed by the receptionist with pleasantries and then to be greated by Raquel with a positive vibe set the tone off bat! Raquel explained with detail and personal experience the different options I had to enhance my body to look the way I want it to become. She was thorough and patient with me and all my questions and her friend /co-worker just sold on on just their professionalism and positive energy alone. I would do business with either just for having great customer service! I am ready for Sonobello to bring my sexy back!

Negative experience: hello, I am a 130 lbs ,and 5'3 hight, so I was not overweight. , I went there because I really knew I do not needed a surgery for my little love handles, and they promised me to get rid off them right away. So I went to their procedure, but after serval months I still look the same. So i reached out to them and , yes, they performed a revision for free , but I never got the results ! My pictures look the same as day 1 !!! , this is not worth it ! I believe I need a real plastic surgery to get the results I want

Negative experience: Extremely unhappy and scared, I had the lipo in my arms at this place over 2 months now and I'm still in so much pain , I've called over and over to speak to the Dr. And no one has returned my calls. Its terrible that the only time you get to see or speak to the Dr. Is at your 2nd consult , when they've already taken your money and the day of surgery. I'm so worried I made the wrong decision coming to this place.
