Fantastic experience: I found myself in need of physical therapy after an ankle injury. I called Total Recovery because they were close to my home and had the hours I needed. They got me in right away with Allen. He is so kind and compassionate and assured me he can help with my rehab . The facility is clean and welcoming and everyone on the staff is so nice. I definitely made the right choice!

Fantastic experience: TRPT is great! I had severe neck pain and left sided numbness/weakness that sent me to the hospital. Day 1 - Antonio worked on my neck and I got immediate relief (I knew this was the place for me). I was so worried I would not be out of immediate pain for days but all the therapists and acupuncturists worked together and targeted each issue with their expertise. Alexandra took care of unrelenting muscle tightness, Mike/Allen/Dan - the aides, front desk - just everybody - kept working away to get me back to daily functions. Their synergy is incredible. Kudos to them and thank you all for your healing and compassion.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience with Allan, Anj, Micheal, Greg and their PT assistants! I’m near percent after 8 weeks of therapy following knee surgery and will continue to come in for regular tune ups to keep my 50+ body in good working order! Fantastic experience: Walked into the practice in September of 2024 with heal pain which caused me a lot of pain. Seeing Alan the PT was the best experience as well as all of the office staff were excellent. I consider front very important. Which in this case Deanna Britney and rest to be very polite, professional and very inviting to the location. However, very flexible place as far as location and time scheduling. I had Plantar Fasciatis and finishing off today after 2 months feeling and leaving with no pain. Still need to follow the exercises I was doing and to continue progressing with no pain Glad to have started my journey with Total Recovery and would definitely recommend to anyone Thank you to everyone who helped with my healing process

Fantastic experience: The physical therapists at total Recovery are top notch! Started physical therapy with Alex in June for knee pain. I began to feel better after a few weeks. Soon after I developed neck tingling and slight numbness and was treated by Mike who has gone above and beyond. He is so patient and works so hard to help relieve all my aches and pains. Would highly recommend this facility and thankful for Alex, Pete, Allen, Antonio, Lori and especially Mike for caring so much and being so personable.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to TRPT for quite sometime after my back surgery. My therapist Alex is amazing and very professional in figuring out the weaknesses/imbalance in the muscles in other parts of the body that were contributing to stiffness/pain in my back. She is very patient, encouraging and listens to my concerns. She recommended Neubie device coupled with exercises which helped improving flexibility in my back. She provided guided exercises with manual therapy and progressively made them more challenging. I definitely see improved mobility and strength in my back and knees. Occasionally, I have sessions with other therapist @ TRPT and they are all professional. Thank you Alex.

Fantastic experience: If you need physical or occupational therapy, there is no better place than Total Recovery Physical Therapy in Little Falls, NJ. The staff at the desk is warm, welcoming , and efficient and the professional staff is knowledgeable and caring. All of the PTs and aides are excellent; however I really recommend Allen. He listens to what I have to say and formulates a plan of action with me. Besides all that, he has a great sense of humor! Fantastic experience: I started out with Allen for my initial visit because the Occupational Therapist was very busy. Once Anjali was available my hand therapy started. My sessions with Anjali have been helpful and Greg the acupuncturist has also helped tremendously. My hands are getting better with each session. I know that I need more sessions and look forward to seeing everyone at Total Recovery Physical Therapy that aid in my recovery process.

Fantastic experience: These people are crazy....crazy good. After a motorvehicle accident and surgery due to the accident, I've done about 10 months of physical therapy here. I've seen every therapist they have and every single one of them spent ample time with me to put me on the best possible rehab plan to get back to normal. They also have some advanced devices that really helped me in my recovery. The aides and front desk staff are also awesome. They are such a pleasure to talk to. I've never had a hard communicating with them. They answer every time I call and text and always have a great attitude. Like I said, they're crazy...crazy good.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jack gave a talk on 'knee pain' at the Little Falls Civic Center. That evening I had my first PT session with Dr. Antonio. Antonio explained how PT works and what it wil accomplish. Antonio is knowledgeable about nutrition to keep the body strong and healthy. Thank you Antonio. The next 4 months were twice weekly sessions with Dr. Mike. On the knee pain scale of 1 to 10, my pain was a 9. Mike not only designed a program for my specific problem, he even gave me exercises to do at home. Mike listens to you. I learned from him. He is very smart. My knee pain is now a "1", I am back to walking 2 miles. A big thank you to Marc, Lol and Z, the PT aides. They are kind, helpful, compassionate and knowledgeable. That you Total Recovery Physical Therapy, it really was a total recovery for me.

Fantastic experience: I have been having problems with my shoulder blade, left trap, and rotator cuff. I have been going to Mike a few times a week, but the pain has persisted. Today, he used a new machine in me called the "Neubie" and I literally feel no more pain! It's incredible! Hopefully it lasts, but at the moment, I feel great! This is my second time seeing Mike at TRPT (previously for neck issues) and he is the best!

Fantastic experience: I came to Total Recovery with a lot of discomfort in my right shoulder. I was diagnosed with a shoulder impingement by my orthopedic doctor. It took a few months of a sustained regimen of shoulder works and a lot of exercises. They fixed it ! And I did not even have to stop my hobby of playing table tennis.

Fantastic experience: TRPT was a wonderful place. Very thorough and very hands on. The exercises were very specific to my issues. Most times I worked with Lucas who was terrific, pleasant as are most of the therapist. I also had acupuncture with Dan. He helped me a huge amount with an issue I’ve had for years.

Fantastic experience: When I began my chiropractic and physical therapy at TRPT last February, I was almost incapacitated with lower back and hip pain. After only several weeks, I was feeling better enough to be able to continue my high school teaching job which had been uncertain during the preceding months of exhaustion and suffering. I give great credit to Dr. Larry Peters, my chiropractor; Dr. Dan, my acupuncturist; Antonio, my physical threrapist; and Holly, the warm-hearted, optimistic, exuberant assistant in the chiropractic office. They are extremely special and talented individuals. In fact, I must state that everyone with whom I've been working at TRPT has been friendly, courteous, professional, patient, and quite knowledgeable. I highly recommend placing your trust in them to assist you in ameliorating any problematic condition(s) that may be hampering your well-being and your quality of life.

Fantastic experience: Beyond my expectations for PT. I have measurable improvement in functioning (arthritis in knees, hips, ankles x3 yrs unable to negotiate a curb never-mind stairs). Completely professional, friendly, accommodating and very competent Staff. Including support Staff. Acupuncture an added bonus! Highly recommend. Some complain about rotation in therapists, I find it comprehensive and synergetic. They all work in unison; complementing, layering techniques. Grateful & happy with TOTAL Recovery.

Fantastic experience: For about 3 months I had hip pain that I attempted to treat myself to no avail. I walked into Total Recovery and within 3 weeks of attending PT twice a week I was able to sit for hours within pain radiating through my hip. Fantastic experience: I went to a free workshop that I saw advertised on Facebook. I’ve been having trouble with my feet for about a year I thought I had neuropathy. I made another appointment to get an evaluation and I met with Jack and he told me what he thought it might be and it was not what I thought, and after two sessions of therapy which included massage, exercise and acupuncture. I’m already feeling relief. Everyone there is so awesome from the therapists to the receptionist Nicole I love it there I’m telling all my friends and family that if they need anything that’s where they should go.

Fantastic experience: Total Recovery is by far the best physical therapy center that I’ve ever utilized - and I’ve been to quite a few. The senior therapists are top-notch - special shoutout to my therapist Alex K who’s overseen my recovery from a torn rotator cuff and the subsequent surgery to repair same. I’ve had a personalized plan of strength and mobility exercises which have helped enormously, and the entire staff has had access (and sometimes input) into my program. They truly are “Team Patient” and I have already recommended them to others.

Fantastic experience: I go to these folks twice a week for a chronic issue that I’ve had with my back, and through a mix of manual therapy and exercises that they’ve taught me, it’s getting much better. Fantastic experience: Total Recovery Physical Therapy in Little Falls NJ is the premier center for sports related injury rehab. As a collegiate athlete who had a Meniscus, ACL, and MCL injury, I was able to return to play stronger and healthier after completing my treatment plan.

The other assistants are also great to work with. They all take the time to make sure you’re performing the exercises/stretches correctly. The entire staff goes above and beyond to see you reach your recovery goals. Highly recommend!
