Fantastic experience: I love when I walk into this shop and the smell just hits me! It smells so refreshing!! I can always get what I need with a smile too. The dried herbs are organic and I know I’m going to get what I need every time I visit.

Fantastic experience: Second time going here and Once again they helped me. Had a digestive problem and he fixed a tea for me and I’m already back up and running with drinking only two cups. This place is amazing. The sea moss is good also. 5 Stars is well deserved. I have went again more than once for my friend and my daughter and myself they really have the good herbs. My friend is returning my daughter has ordered online and they have healed once again another issue I had.. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH

Negative experience: I used to love this place. The guy was super cool and informative. Unfortunately the last time I went, he and some random woman was sitting in the middle of the store high off of something other than Marijuana. I went with my toddler and 10 year old nephew. Once I noticed what was going on, I immediately grabbed the children so they would not see them clearly distorted and proceeded to my truck. He then came stumbling out after us but making no sense and getting extremely close to the point where I felt uncomfortable and hurried to lock my doors and pull off. I was so saddened this day as this man was so nice. I really hated to see him that way. I pray he finds himself again. Ladies please do NOT go there alone.

Negative experience: This store used to be really decent but it has been declining the last few months. Tonight was the final straw though. The owner tried to sell me some capsules for almost twice the price I paid the previous 3 weeks for. We waited 10+ minutes to check out because he was flirting with the girls in the parking lot until she went to the door and told him that we were ready to check out. Then he came in and called her crabby "jokingly" and she told him if it wasn't for my grandmother needing something she would have left. I couldn't tell if he was drunk or high off something other than plants but he was all over the place. Then he physically harassed my mother, made us both uncomfortable, was too flirtatious and touchy feely for even after she told him he to get out of her personal space. It was just an awkward, unnecessary, and uneasy situation. I'll leave at that but ladies don't go here alone. If any of you know of another location that sell them same products, please let me know.

Negative experience: My review is solely on the Sea moss I don’t think the sea moss that they sell is authentic at $27 a jar.. when I got home and taste the Sea moss it has a sweet taste and a hint of cinnamon kind of taste like applesauce With that being said it’s not natural and it’s been tampered with I wouldn’t recommend you get sea moss here.

Fantastic experience: I came to the herb shop for my very first time and David was so helpful..he educated me about the correct supplements to purchase and was so helpful and directed me on which ones to purchase. Negative experience: Worst herb shop i ever been to, when i walked in the guy was eating fried chicken and candy. I told him i had a list of teas i wanted to buy and he proceeded to talk with a mouth full of food saying i have to write down the list of teas and come back later. I really recommend you not go here the guy seemed like he was high and this place its not a herb shop anymore.

The essential oils in the store created a mind clearing space for me. I enjoyed learning of the customer base in which the new owner has established. Incense, oils, etc. Still a new business so they will need to show prices and label things more. Has a lounge area also. A really cool place to chill, sit and chat w like-minded folks.

Negative experience: Over priced Palo Santo sticks. I was charged 10 dollars for three sticks. I can buy 20 sticks for 8.99 on Amazon. I believe in supporting small businesses but not if they are going to rip people off. To make matters worse, when I questioned the high cost of the sticks, the gentleman at the register rudely asked “do you have a problem with my prices?” He then tried to justify the price by saying the size of the sticks are larger than most. Pish Posh! Having been caught off guard by his rudeness, I was stunned into silence. However, going forward, where I choose to spend my dollars will speak volumes. From now on I will buy my palo santo sticks, supplements and other herbal needs on Amazon. In a day and time when many retail stores are losing business to Amazon, small businesses should be focused on competitive pricing and customer service. Obviously this place has a lot to learn about business.
