Fantastic experience: I brought my daughter here as a last resort to solving her colic and reflux. I have always been hesitant to go to a chiropractor myself, much less to bring my children there. When she was four months old I decided to make an appointment just to try. This team (sorry chiropractor man I dont know your name) has been so good with my girl. She’s five months old now and the progress I have seen is insane. She used to not be able to lay on her belly, and since going she has done tummy time for double and triple as long as she used to, and learned to roll over where it used to cause her pain to even try. She’s so happy now and although she gets a little upset while she is being adjusted, she is happy immediately after and usually falls asleep as soon as she is in the carseat (which she HATED. The day I took her in was the first time she slept in the car) He is very gentle with her and I even got a follow up text asking how she was the week that we went. Such a thoughtful team, everyone is so friendly, and I truly believe now that the chiropractor is the magic answer for colicky babies. We are now regulars! Definitely try it if you’re a skeptical mom like I was!

Fantastic experience: My first time EVER seeing a Chiropractor. I was nervous, you always hear the scary stories. I really didn't know what to expect. However, I'm tired of hurting so bad. The young man at the front desk was such a sweetheart. All of them were very professional and friendly, and that's what matters most to me. Nothing like walking in for an appointment in severe pain and then being treated bad for no reason. Dr.Young was very informative and had great bedside manners. The only thing that bothered me about the whole thing was that, I am a very private person and everything was open. It made me for a little uncomfortable just cause I'm very easily embarrassed. I have a conservative manner about myself. However, I definitely can not wait to go back. I am in a hurry to stop hurting, and start living again! Overall, they are all precious up there.

Fantastic experience: I am leaving this review hoping another disabled veteran can be helped like I have. I have been a patient of Dr. Young for several years. Since my medical discharge from the US Army,my head/neck has had several episodes of neck trauma. The last incident was in 2023 when my truck was "tee-boned" that fractured the C-2 vertebrae. Recently,I have been diagnosed with AS. AS is on the other end of the spectrum of MS. Where MS attacks the nerves of the CNS,AS attacks bone;for example, the vertebrae of the spine. This is a very painful event. Dr. Young's staff is very professional, respectful and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Thank you to Dr. Young,and his wonderful staff made up of Shea,Martin and Chris for being my "Miracle Worker!" There is no telling what kind of predicament, most likely a bad one,that I would've befallen to if it had not been for Young Health USA.

Fantastic experience: This is such a mega magical place to go for neck and back care! This is the first out of many places I’ve gone to for help since my 1st diagnosis of scoliosis! Another first is that after they took x-rays they analyzed the results and gave me a full explanation of what is off by how much and why and has a plan laid out to improve my life! Turns out I excel in arthritis and in vertebrae’s that have minds of their own! They turn left when there is clearly a NO LEFT TURNS sign! They twist they turn and deterioration is way outside of standards allowed! Why were they the first to explain that in such a clear language…in English…in a way that normal people like me can understand! I now have a plan to follow and why! If you are suffering and need alignment they will explain why…it’s very simple…go to see them now! They are extending the quality of my life! I am now a believer and am getting better each visit…go see them and feel the incredible relief! I’ll keep you updated! If I hadn’t had a great referral and followed up on it…I would be confusing in a downhill spiral! So I’m doing this for you now!!! Paying it forward! Fantastic experience: I'm very pleased with my visit. I was able to get in the same day and my exam and service received was on point. The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is classy, clean, and offers a high energy experience. I like that they are more than just a crack shack. They really take the time to understand your health, offer some great health and nutrition products, and provide other supplemental therapies such as estim, stretching, vibration machines, rolling machines, traction machines, etc. The muscle work / massage really helps. It's not too often you get the full treatment vs. in and out rotating door service.

Our 37 dollar offer says "Exam, x-rays, and report of findings" It's not misleading if you can read and sorry for offering a discount for those who need it. Good luck to Dr. Parker, sounds like he's going to need it. As a new patient I made an appointment yesterday 1/31 through their online portal. Appointment was confirmed and I filled out necessary paperwork. Went to their Facebook page to check out the facility and saw they were closed due to weather. Had I not done that I would have showed up for an appointment and no one would have been there as no one from the office reached out to me to let me know they were closed after appointment was confirmed. Not really that big of a deal. Was still willing to give them a shot. Today they call to talk about another appointment I made last night for today. Then she starts discussing insurance and tells me I will have to pay hundreds of dollars because my deductible had not been met. I have NEVER been to a chiropractor in my adult life and had to pay hundreds of dollars to see a chiropractor. So then I ask about the $37 exam I see online. Which is misleading to say the least as that’s only an exam and they won’t do an actual adjustment so what really is the point in that? I called Parker Chiropractic in Mayfield and they ran my insurance and told me the most I will pay tomorrow is $50 with them filing my insurance. Young definitely seems like a rip off. I will take my business elsewhere and I advise everyone else to do the same. Not to mention the girl who answered the phone KEPT telling me to hold on so she could get information about my insurance and appointment time from someone else. Seems like she didn’t know what she was doing either. Very bad experience. Editing to add that not everyone has Facebook to check and how UNPROFESSIONAL the owners response was to a very honest review of what happened. Further validating that I made the correct decision to go elsewhere with my business. Good luck. You’re going to need it with a unprofessional attitude like that!

When i walked in the office i was bent over like a 90 yr old lady (im 58) When i left i was walking straight up ! Fantastic experience: I have never been to a chiropractor before and he did a very great job while I was pregnant! I had a wreck back in Sept 2022, and had some pain on my left side of my body. Dr. Young and his coworkers did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable and taken care of! I would definitely recommend them. His adjustments are amazing and I feel amazing!

Fantastic experience: If you haven’t tried the acousana machine and have pain from an old injury, I highly recommend. Doctor Young’s adjustments are always fantastic, so this new treatment method is just an extra bonus to being a patient in his care.

Positive experience: The staff was great and they helped. My old chiropractor set a high bar. Dr young is nice and he does ok but his bed side manner is plain. He also hurts me when I get adjusted which never did before.

Fantastic experience: On October 7 a deer crashed onto my car (killing both) and my neck and spine were injured. Headache was very painful. So glad I can depend on Dr. Young to alleviate the pain with an adjustment to neck, back and spine.

So far, I’ve found Dr Young to be very professional and knowledgeable in what he does. Negative experience: My husband got steadily worse with every visit. He went in b/c his hip was bothering him. They didn't do anything for him. I think they made him worse. He was walking w/o assistance before he had several sessions with this chiropractor. He uses a cane now.
