Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client at Lolla Spa since June, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. Initially, I came in with modest expectations, just wanting to try something new for myself, but I quickly found that this place surpasses every standard. After several treatments, I’m thrilled with the results. My main goal was to reduce acne scarring, and after my very first Opus Plasma treatment, I was genuinely amazed by the noticeable improvement. The reduction in scarring on my face is truly impressive! I also had concerns about tightening my inner thighs. I was skeptical at first, but after giving the treatment some time to take effect, I can see a difference! While there’s still some work to do, I’m confident I’ll achieve the results I’m aiming for. What really sets Lolla Spa apart, though, is the amazing team. Every staff member is friendly, warm, and genuinely attentive. They provide exceptional service that makes you feel pampered and valued. If you’re considering treatments at Lolla Spa, don’t hesitate! Treat yourself to this oasis—you won’t regret it.

Negative experience: I received a birthday gift card and decided to add 100 dollars extra for a Gold spa! Which was supposed to include 5 procedures! I was attended by Lorena, the spa is so GOLD that they don’t even massage your feet and hands to begin with! After 3 spa procedures, she said you are ready! I put on my clothes and was very disappointed to pay (the 4-hour spa lasted 2:30) then they informed me that I was entitled to 2 more procedures, and they gave me a voucher since they had already called my ride! Since I didn’t like the massage and service, obviously I will not go back! At the time of paying for the two unperformed procedures, they were charged, and each one is worth 99 dollars! I do not recommend, especially since I didn’t enjoy anything from my birthday gift and a day I took for myself was extremely stressful!

Fantastic experience: I took the Electrotherapy, Premium Facial, and Laser Hair Removal courses at Lolla Spa and it was a game changer in my career. Definitely the most productive course I have ever taken. The theoretical part was perfect and the practice was amazing, literally hands-on. Fantastic experience: A few months ago, I did a training mentoring at Lolla Spa with Lorrany. And that was wonderful! I received a lot of attention from the whole team. The team, as well as Lorrany, they are very kind and polite. Lolla Spa facilities are great. At the spa they have a lot of equipment with high technologies. I’ve been having a lot of attention from Lorrany and the whole team after my training mentoring. When I need some help I contact them, and promptly they always help me. I really loved having the training at Lolla Spa, and highly recommended.

Negative experience: Despite everyone being so kind. I drove two hours for a consultation. To then RECIEVE news that I needed to work on my inner before my outter body and that I was going to receive recommendations on how to do so so I can schedule the procedure I was looking into. Well here we are two months later not one call back from anyone. When I reached out I was told they are very busy but will get back to me. Sad because I was really interested.

You walk out definitely better than before and with some friends, advices, recommendations, and at times even a healthy snack. The membership is the best thing I've done for myself. Not only I get an hour for myself as I get my body taken care with experience, gentle and amazing professionals. The deal of the week is my extra gift to myself. I became obsessed with allowing me self care after I got to know those angel hands at Lolla spa.

Negative experience: Had a bad experience, went there for almost a year, asked them to freeze my membership because I just had a baby and couldn’t go for a while because I didn’t have no one to stay with the baby after a month they didn’t freeze it, when they asked me to schedule a massage I said it was frozen , they said I needed to pay one month even without going otherwise they wouldn’t freeze it, but I had told them a month before, they charged me not only a month, but 3 months on my card. So frustrating.

I began doing my treatments and all I have to say is why haven’t I started this before? I did the body detox with scrub and the lymphatic massage. Not only is it the time I invest on myself it is by the hands of the best professionals. Lolla Spa is clean, quiet, and best of all they are always on time. I love all the staff that works there. Everyone makes you feel at home. I have also purchased a massage for a friend of mine who is pregnant and she loved it. I will be purchasing another relaxing massage for my mother soon. If you are looking for a facial, hair laser removal, and all types of body treatments, you will not regret going here!

Fantastic experience: I went to Lolla Spa for my first ever lymphatic drainage massage and wow was it great! She was so knowledgeable about how our bodies work and explained the entire process. It was a very relaxing hour and we were even able to add a 30 min facial massage to my time, too. I saw a difference in my body same day. Will definitely be back soon!

They are being very safe and careful for all the customers that come to the spa everyone wears a mask and there’s hand sanitizer everywhere in the spa. They know what they are doing. Trust me you will not be disappointed, and this is coming from a women who don’t like body rubs at all but I feel comfortable safe and relaxed. Fantastic experience: I love it here! I have always had trouble with some stubborn fat in some areas but I didn’t know what would be the best treatments. When I came to my first appointment the front desk and Lolla were very friendly and I was educated on all of the treatments. I opened up about my trouble areas and then recommended the proper treatments to target those areas! I felt that the team truly cared about quality rather than just getting another customer. Thank you lolla and the team for taking care of me and for always being so flexible with your schedule. I feel secure and fortunate to be here :) p.s. I’m learning some Portuguese during my appointments too so that’s a plus.
