Negative experience: If you want to pay for something that you won't get, I recommend it. The doctor never responds. I still believed it because about 2 years ago I used his service and it was great. But the negative comments are really true.

Fantastic experience: I love dr Garcia. I’ve been seeing him for years he is a great doctor that actually listens to what you say!

I've already left a message for the doctor, the secretary, and everyone else and they haven't answered. I want my money back, not even that. They say they'll do it. I don't recommend it to anyone. Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment because I need a prescription for my son to take an exam. The doctor spoke to me for 2 seconds and asked me to send an email. So far, I haven't received any response to the email or the prescription, and no one is answering the phone.

NO ONE HELPS WHEN YOU CALL AND I JUST GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT WITH THE STAFF BECAUSE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND LITERALLY TELL YOU THEY CANT HELP YOU. LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE. NEVER GOING BACK TO THEM.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed. Paid for an appointment. No one showed up on Zoom. Eventually got a phone call from the doctor. Was given an Rx. I've been unable to fill said Rx as "Dr. Garcia" does not respond to texts or phone calls from me or his office. I've spoken to Deloni in the office multiple times over the past few weeks. Complete waste of time, money and energy. Go elsewhere for your medical care. Only giving one start because zero stars is not an option.

Negative experience: Scam!!!!! They barely answer the phone call also they let u book an appointment then they disappear!!!!! Then when u can finally talk with someone they said that there’s only one doctor and he doesn’t wanna do his job but in the meantime they are getting money with all the appointments that they let people book!!!! Scammers!!!

Negative experience: This clinic has become a joke, I have already paid for my appointment and rescheduled it more than 3 times because the doctor doesn't want to answer, and I have to keep running after the doctor calling his private phone number to see if he answers me, my money was not returned nor did I receive assistance.

Negative experience: I have already made my complaint. I called again yesterday, and they scheduled for May 20th at 5 pm, and nothing happened. I called yesterday, complaining, and Barbara informed me that the doctor knows and would call me today, the 22nd at 9:40, and nothing. Scammer! BE CAREFUL!

Negative experience: I’ve waited over 3 weeks before coming here. I usually don’t write negative reviews but felt like I needed too. Waited over 30min on the zoom meeting with no one joining the meeting. Called the office and the secretary reschedule for the same to happen. I’ve been calling for the past week and nothing has been done. I’ve asked to be rescheduled and the secretary advised not to bc same will happen. Asked for a refund and they said they weren’t able to do it, Dr Garcia is the only one that can refund but he is not responding, I have no option other than disputing the charges since I cannot complete an appointment. I’ve tried everything I could before writing this review or disputing a charge. On the website slots are still available and they keep taking appointments knowing it’s not going to happen

Negative experience: Like some other people here, I also believe this 'company' is a SCAM. These other positive reviews must be fake. Why do they only respond to positive reviews? I've been calling for a week and no one answers, even though the place appears to be open. I tried online consultation twice and the link didn’t work. You get what you pay for. I want my money back.

Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Many months ago, I would have recommended it, but in the last 3 visits where I paid $55 just for a prescription request, I had a terrible experience. The first time, the doctor did not 'show up' or call me. The second and third times, he requested the wrong medication. You send a message or call to complain, the secretary says 'I already passed this information to the doctor' (but the doctor NEVER returns or resolves your issue). My friend is also having the same problem.

Positive experience: Communication problems with IcareVip are the worst, I can never get in touch, they don't answer the phone and they don't return calls! My pharmacy has been trying to speak to the doctor in 3 attempts and has never heard back! Lack of attention to customer needs.

I sent an email, called several times and they never responded to me or refunded my money. I hope no one loses money with this clinic anymore, they are a scam, they just want money.

Fantastic experience: I loved the way the Nurse Practitioner took time with me and helped me . She made the whole process very easy for me . She ordered the medicine I needed . And the Pharmacy worked well with me. She was very knowledgeable and I felt very safe with them . Thankyou

Positive experience: Very poor customer service, I sent messages on WhatsApp or text message and they take over a week to respond, I consulted and the doctor said she would send me an email with contact information and I never received anything.

I called the clinic 3 times, Besides they Berber return your call , they refuse to refund your money. It’s the second and for sure the last that this happened. Careful it’s about their culture their habit of take your money or not being honest at all. I do have all the proofs.

Negative experience: I haven't seen Dr Garcia or any other doctor at the Fort Lauderdale office in over 2 years! Is anybody in charge there anymore? Just a couple office clerks and a couple of women who are wannabe "nurses " but nobody even remotely resembling a doctor. I've had to resort to Urgent Care places to even get my prescriptions refilled.

Positive experience: I like the clinic but I was attended by a very rude person, a woman with no patience at all. She was speaking nervously and angrily. I think she answered a phone call before and must have had a fight because when I called, her voice was angry and very rude. I always have my consultations when I call; there was always a very polite guy, Junior, who helped me with everything! It's a shame he left. I hope the owners see this complaint and talk to this lady. She speaks Portuguese but not Brazilian Portuguese, and I didn’t ask for her name, but it was on October 21, 2022, in the morning! I hope she improves her tone of voice when attending to people, speaks with respect, without mockery, putting herself in our place. She made me quite irritated and nervous. Please give her some training, that's the least! I was sad to have such a professional like that. Why was she so angry, nervous, and impatient? The purpose of this review is mainly to inform how I was treated. I hope she reads this and does a self-evaluation.

Negative experience: Don't save! Add a few more dollars and make an in-person consultation. They do not send the prescription to you; they only forward it to the pharmacy. In my case, I have a problem at Walgreens, and now I don't have the prescription, and they are not responding to me. I requested Zoom assistance in Portuguese. I received assistance from a woman who only spoke Spanish and English; she was in a big hurry to finish my appointment and charge my $55.

Fantastic experience: This is a very fast and efficient way of getting good healthcare. Jackie,who helps schedule the appointment, is extremely helpful and even went the extra mile to schedule my sister the same day.

Negative experience: Terrible service! Had an appointment last week to have RS refilled, but those haven't been sent to my pharmacy yet. Called 4 times on Friday, Twice today, and nobody from the office has ever called me back. It is unbelieve. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Negative experience: My husband is sick with covid and had an online appointment with $55 pre-pay. The doctor never called in his prescriptions. The doctor even promised to call right back if he had any problems calling the pharmacy. I’ve called the support number, and the person who answered the phone was angry, saying the doctor calls in prescriptions after appointments, which is when my pharmacy is closed. So I hoped the prescription would be called in within 24 hours but still no prescription, and we had to go to urgent care. So disappointed and anxious at the same time, especially with a sick loved one.

Negative experience: I want my money back. You charge for the consultation and don't do it and don't answer. Don't hire dishonest people.

Negative experience: bad experience, I scheduled my appointment and made the payment, the next day I received an email saying that my appointment was cancelled, I didn't have the appointment and I didn't even get my money back, I tried to talk to them by email and by phone and I was not successful, horrible

Negative experience: I just needed a simple thing: blood test request translated from Portuguese to English. I paid and had the appointment, and it took almost one week to get the request sent to my email. But the request came missing some tests and codes. I asked again and I am still waiting on their feedback. I.e., 2 weeks later I do not have it as the way it should be.

Fantastic experience: Dr Garcia and his staff are amazing! They are always available for myself and my family. They are so knowledgeable and understanding. One of the greatest compliments I can give them is that not only do they listen to you but they hear you! My husband had swelling in his leg, called the office and they brought him in right away, did an ultrasound and found that he had blood clots. Intervention was started right away and I truly believe they saved his life. My 3 adult children see them as well. They are great about calling in refills and are so easy to talk to. They always follow through and I just can't say enough great things about him and his staff. If you want a doctors office that cares about you and your needs, this office is the BEST!!! Fantastic experience: I was Dealing with Covid and being pregnant (at the same time) during the holidays ; I couldn’t function even less get out of bed !! I called the company and in less than 2 hrs The physician was at my home to assist me ! I can’t say enough how much I appreciate all they did for me . They were also able to bring a tech and do an ultrasound to check on my baby . VIP service for sure !!! I highly recommend! Totally priceless.

The Physician came to see me in the Hotel I was staying in Miami 30 mins after called requesting the service, and it was around 8:30pm. Very sweet and professional. To be honest, I don’t want to spend my super valuable time driving to medical offices anymore since I can count on IcareVIP! Why driving to medical offices, wait there in the lobby full of other patients waiting to be assisted, if I have the convenience to be in the comfort of whatever place I am at, having them coming to see me?! Fantastic experience: Lots of appointment times available. Prompt, Professional, Caring health appointment. The healthcare provider took their time, asked detailed questions to understand all the symptoms that I was suffering from, and explained each medication that they intended to prescribe. The Support Staff went above and beyond in transmitting prescriptions to different pharmacies due to availability and technical issues pharmacies were having.

Negative experience: Absolute abysmal experience and worst customer service experience I have ever had. Three separate times they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, and now that I no longer need the prescription, they refuse to acknowledge a refund for the inconvenience (a refund I was promised by two separate employees). Instead, I keep being told to wait for a manager to contact me, which has not happened yet - and it has been over two weeks I’ve been on the phone with this very unprofessional company many times and they simply hang up once they run out of excuses to not honour a refund. Unfortunately, but to little surprise, I have come to understand that many of the positive reviews left for this company are indeed dishonest and forged. I would give zero stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Excellent timely telehealth visit and sent prescription right to my pharmacy. Was able to get right in whereas local doctors and clinics are overwhelmed and couldn’t see me for a week. With Covid, early treatment is a must and this place helped all members of my family and is very affordable.

Negative experience: I paid for my daughter's first appointment with the psychiatrist, and I waited weeks for the first appointment. When the day came, the doctor simply disappeared, and after I insisted on contacting her, she sent me a message saying to reschedule due to the time zone difference. But when I paid for the appointment, they were aware of the time difference and weren't able to attempt an early reschedule. I found it very disrespectful to the patient because if someone needs an appointment, it's certainly because they are in a vulnerable situation. It's a tremendous disregard. I chose this clinic because it was from our Brazilian community... but I regret it and I am fighting to get my money back, which was $75.00 for just one appointment that has not happened so far…..

Positive experience: Great but needs better staff for billing and better customer service.

Negative experience: I gathered courage after a long time and decided to seek the help of a 'PROFESSIONAL' who could assist me in my weight loss process. Through a person I follow on Instagram, I discovered Icare's profile and was happy to see that they provide a telemedicine service. I scheduled the appointment and made the payment to consult with Dr. Mirella Matos four days ago and anxiously waited for the day. I followed all the instructions sent by email for the virtual consultation, and at 2:55 PM, I entered the Zoom room, waiting for my scheduled time at 3:00 PM. I waited until 3:10 PM and no one showed up. I decided to call the number, and only on the third attempt did someone, Mr. Junior, answer the phone. I introduced myself and was very surprised by the way this person approached me. He said he tried to call me several times in the morning to inform me that Dr. Mirella had an unforeseen event and could only see me at 4:00 PM. I mentioned seeing a different number trying to call me, but since I didn't recognize the number and was in the middle of my work, I couldn't answer and because he didn't leave a voicemail, I didn't give it much importance. To my surprise, Mr. Junior said he didn't leave a message because 'Brazilians are not in the habit of checking message boxes', so he decided not to leave any message. I would like to say that I DID NOT receive any other type of notification or email requesting a change of the previously scheduled and paid appointment. How can one trust a service like this? What justification is there for not leaving a message? Very sad and frustrating. I expected a very different behavior. At no time did I hear an apology for the situation. I wrote a message on their Instagram page and to my further surprise, they deleted my message and blocked me. In other words, wasted time. Next time, they should be more professional.

Negative experience: DONT TRUST THEM ! Works like this: you get an appointment and doctor should send your medication to the place you choose. For the third time I'm having the same problem. They have prommised to my wife 12 months refil of her contraceptive. In her second refil, the pharmacy said she needs to talk again with the doctor, and they cant give the medication. OK, then you try to contact them by phone. I have called 16x times and no one is there to talk in the phone. As I said before its my third time having the same problem with them. They always have a different excuse. In last time they told us on fridays they just work until noon. but today is wednesday. Do you want to trust some doctor you cant reach when you have a problem ??? Now my wife needs to take the contraceptive and we have no options and no solution. It seems to be a VERY dangerous situation, dont you think ?

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. G since my insurance stopped accepting my old physician about 4 years ago. I was referred to him by a friend and it was the best referral I ever received! I have never given a positive review to any doctor or specialist I have seen and that is simply because it wasnt warranted/deserved! Dr. G is truly awesome! Upon my very visit, he was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, caring and had a great sense of humor. I still recall my 1st visit to him many years ago as I waited in line to check in, I overheard a patient in waiting room say to another patient how much she loved Dr. Garcia and what a great doctor he is and then another patient said they totally agreed with her. Never being a big fan or impressed by doctors I remembered wondering if these were staged/fake (LOL) patients planted in waiting room because it was almost like the entire waiting room had chimed in to agree how happy they were with him! Well after being his patient for about 4 years it is apparent to me why all those patients were saying positive things about him. Also, Dr. Garcia has implemented remote appointments. This has been such a time saving blessing for me personally. If I do not need to physically see him I can have my appointment with him over the phone with video where we can see eachother..and even on Saturdays! It has saved me so much commute time and is such a seamless process. Even with my remote appointments, it is almost like I am at his office. He still gived me the same service since my very 1st visit. When I tell my friends about my remote appointment they usually respond with "Huh?, that's weird, but wow I wish my doctor had that option"! Just another reason why I am spending my time and effort to give him a positive review, he is innovative cutting edge doctor on top of all the other positive qualities I mentioned. The prescription was sent quickly to the pharmacy I indicated, I also needed a certificate for the College and they sent it to my email. I am very grateful! Since my initial visit back in March 2019, I've only needed my phone to meet for appointments. The service became extremely useful in an urgent care situation where, instead of taking time out of my day, I virtually met with Dr. Garcia the same day without worrying about taking time off work and the commute.
