They closely monitor everyone during their workouts to ensure proper form and technique, thus preventing unnecessary injuries. Fantastic experience: My fiancé and I started taking classes two weeks ago, and we love it! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. All the coaches are attentive and supportive. I really appreciate how they focus on exercise technique, making sure you're doing it correctly while giving you the freedom to work independently. They also challenge you to reach your full potential. We truly enjoy every workout!

Negative experience: I enjoyed the workout. However I didn’t appreciate the owner accusing the person that invited me to LIFEFIT of recruiting people. We were there to workout and she never once told anyone to go elsewhere. Shows how in-secured he is about his business. Won’t be going back.

Fantastic experience: All coaches/ instructors are real nice. They go above and beyond to help you reach your limits. Even-though class sessions are group workouts, the coaches make sure that each individuals’ exercise stays highly personalized. They are persuasive, and always help me achieve the outcome. First month special is unbeatable (I think) but definitely sure that is worth EVERY PENNY! coming from a person that has never lifted weights or done extreme workouts . Fantastic experience: I’m fairly new to the gym I’m on my 3rd week. It does take some time to get use to some of the exercises especially if you haven’t worked out in a long time. trainers are very nice and professional. They make sure that you are doing your workouts right. I have a no doubt I’ll reach my goals!! The more I go the easier it gets.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Life Fit Gym for over a year now. I’ve always been an athlete but fell off track in recent years. I started going to the gym occasionally with my bf and every time I went I knew the work I put in was worth the time I was there. As I started going there more often I got to know the coaches and understand more of the lifts. The coaches are so personable and there to teach you how to do each move safely and to encourage you and motivate you through the classes. Even on days you don’t feel like working out, as soon as you step into that gym, the workout was 100% worth it. I started losing inches but also gaining confidence and strength. I am now able to do the rope climbs and I had never thought it was possible! Love this gym and the coaches! The energy of the classes brings a positive vibe.

Fantastic experience: Great place to start, if you have never been to the gym before. Every single person I've came across (from Fabian, Valeria, Adrian, Dylan, Lucia) at this location has shown me that they truly care of you. Trainer walks around to make sure everyone is properly using equipment and they'll demonstrate to you what vthe correct posture looks like. They care more about you exercising properly than just exercising quickly. The class setting is very comfortable and safe. Within the time that I've been attending the classes, I realized that individuals who have been attending much longer than I have, have built a community. On top of all that, they are very much organized. There's an app, which they'll walk you through when booking, that allows you to schedule classes and other details. I would definately continue coming if my circumstances were different.

Fantastic experience: All you have to do is show up…the workout is pre planned for you on the screen. The coaches show you the movements and guide you through warm ups and stretching. These classes have really helped to keep me accountable bc you make friends here in your class and they will miss you if you don't show. Don't over think it, Just start moving!

Fantastic experience: I took advantage of the 15 days/$15 offer during the month of July. I met the friendliest staff and trainers ever. What I love about Life Fit Gym is that you are never lost. Their app allows you to schedule/manage your workouts, the time of the day you want to come. Each session is a class and so you maximize the time you do spend there. Other gym, I would be roaming around and get distracted. I love the equipment and the fact that other trainers are in the room correcting your form or offering alternatives. I do recommend this to anyone who wants to be challenged and is on a journey to be stronger.

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome gym. I seeing results I’m just 3 weeks. Today I can actually do real squats with weights , this after the trainer has been putting a box for me to touch with my butt previously… it worked . I love the in and out approach. You come in work hard and out in an hr feeling accomplished, because the workouts are killer..

Fantastic experience: I initially signed up for their 15 for $15 promotion. The classes are really good and I love that they have so many time options. I am currently doing the 5am class and it has definitely helped me with energy and I’m actually sleeping better. No matter where you are on your fit journey you won’t feel out of place. Trainers are so helpful and make the classes fun but challenging. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for something different than a regular gym.

Fantastic experience: Life Fit is great! They have class schedules to accommodate everyone's busy life. With knowledgeable coaches that guide you in every workout, if you feel an exercise its a bit hard because you are a beginner. No problem! They will modify it for you. You feel at home as soon as you walk in. No judgements. I'm glad I started again after years of not working out. I feel great after each accomplished work out.

Fantastic experience: If you want real results (that even your family and friends will notice) then come here! All the coaches are soooo motivating and helpful; everyone is really nice I tried going to those big gyms that only charge like $15 or $20/month but it’s just not the same! You may think you’re working out, but when you come to these classes at LifeFit, you find out what you’re really made of. The owner is also very kind. They make me feel like I belong…which means a lot coming from someone who was always intimidated by gyms and “fit” people. I’m really glad I found them

Fantastic experience: I love this gym and the people so much. All of the trainers are absolutely amazing as well as the front desk staff. I have been going here for about two years and the results have been amazing ! The workouts are challenging and so so worth it.! The people are nice and you also get to build relationships with all types of people from all aspects of life ! It’s a very diverse group so no matter your background you will fit in (old, young, black, blue , purple) you will feel right at home . They also have a plethora of modified workouts to choose from if you are not able to do something , so don’t be shy or feel intimidated , you will get what you need here ! Period !!! And lastly, i also love the diversity of the music and i love the DAILY variety of workouts …..you will not get bored here. There’s so many other things i can list about how much i love this place ,If you haven’t signed up , what you waiting for !??!?!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for over 2 years now and I must say that other gyms dont even compare. The team of coaches are incredible and always push you to go harder! If your a beginner, not to worry, the team makes you feel comfortable and help guide you through out the class. I must warn you though, if you take Adrian's class you might see him bust out some dance moves during class. Hehe He is a blast to have as a coach and definitely makes the class extra enjoyable!

Learned plenty of new workouts and how to properly use weights for exercising. Highly recommend! I don’t usually workout and the coaches helped me adjust and corrected me on any mistakes I made to ensure I got the proper results. Worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending this gym (3-5 times a week) since July 2019 because I moved to the area and needed to keep on my exercise regime. Before Life Fit, I was a member of F45 (6 months) and Gold’s Gym (20 years). In my last 2 months at F45, I could sense that my progress had plateaued (which always eventually happens if you’ve worked out consistently for a solid period of time). Due to my move to the area, I fortunately happened upon Life Fit while taking a new route home from work. I took the free class and was hooked (despite the no air conditioning, which eventually is a small price to pay for the tremendous benefits). In just 3 months of going to Life Fit, I feel as strong and healthy as I did in my 20’s (I’m in my mid-40’s), have reached an ideal bodyweight and BMI, and truly enjoy EVERY workout (as grueling as they are!). The foundation of this gem of a gym is the owner and employees. ALL of them genuinely care for each person’s health and well-being. It’s nice to be greeted each time you walk through the door and given a verbal and figurative pat on the back when you leave. In addition, it’s motivating for me to hear a trainer (i.e. Fabian) say my name attached to a “good form” or “keep it up” while I’m in the midst of a tough set. Both Adrian and Fabian have helped me with my form on numerous exercises so that I could maximize my efforts. Fabian has sat with me for over an hour to educate me on eating for my body’s needs. Valeria and Ms. Maria are always helpful and generous with a personal greeting and smile. All in all, I am grateful for this gym and what it’s offering the community and what it’s given me. I tell everyone I can about Life Fit. You can’t lose (except extra body fat) by attending this gym!!

Coaches are always available if you have doubts or questions and always giving you verbal support that ALWAYS helps you push to the last set and rep. Fantastic experience: I was visiting Houston for a couple days with a friend and being a workout addict that I am I needed to find a gym. Luckily my friend knew this gym and the owner. Got the chance to workout and man I fell in love with the gym and the classes they provided. If you’re into AMRAPS OR EMOMS workouts with a great workout atmosphere then this gym is for you. Fantastic experience: This is a great place with wonderful people. I was only in town for three days and I found this place. It was $20.00 to do a day workout and I did two. I love the fact that they are open at 5am and the last class is at 745pm. It's high tempo and you really get a workout in. If you live here or just passing by check this place out you won't be disappointed. And I also love the app that they have in order for you to track you progress during the workout.
