Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Profile for about 18 months now. Alec has always been my coach and I’ve been so pleased! I’ll give Hannah a shout out too, as she provides different feedback as a coach when Alec is out. The first 6 months I have great success with weight loss. Last year was a roller coaster with my weight but Alec was my constant. Always providing feedback, talking me through what’s keeping me from moving forward, giving me new tactics to try. The positive from last year, I know that I can “maintain” for my long term success. Weight loss is a journey leading to a lifetime of change for the betterment of my health. Fantastic experience: I always ran so I could eat and drink whatever I wanted. As I aged, running was no longer doing the job so I turned to Profile and was very happy with the coaching and tasty products. In a short period of time I was able to lose 30 pounds and have been able to maintain my lower weight for over four years.

Fantastic experience: Today I met with Chelsea at the Clive Profile location for the first time. I’m in Sustain and the past week I’ve been struggling to stay on plan and just felt like eating cookies and whatever else I wanted. I know sugar is addicting and I’ve had quite a bit in the last month for my husband’s birthday celebrations. All of a sudden I’m wanting to eat cookies and sweets. Chelsea helped me think about eating things that would help satisfy my cravings without all the sugar and fat. Profile bars are a great substitute especially the lemon bars I think. We talked about eating a profile shake or protein powder, powdered peanut butter in my oatmeal to keep me more satisfied in the morning. Thank you Chelsea for helping me get back on track before the scale raises 10 lbs instead of the 5 lbs it already has!!

Fantastic experience: Profile by Sanford has helped me implement an improved long-lasting healthy lifestyle and better eating choices. I've suffered from binge-eating and junk food syndrome for most of my life and the 1:1 coaching has offered accountability and stability that I haven't experienced elsewhere. The program focuses on nutrition-based eating, fueling your body with vegetables and protein and generally having a healthy work-life balance. My clothes fit better and I've lost over 20 lbs! Expensive but also worth the money to have a team and company dedicated to helping you improve your life!

Negative experience: This store used to be amazing. I had an amazing experience before my pregnancy and saw a lot of success, the customer focus was excellent. I would not recommend this location now for any reason. The customer service is like you are bothering them. They can't be bothered to answer questions. I recently went into the store to renew my membership and was told the individual didn't know how to help and to call back tomorrow. I called back and spoke to a woman who could have cared less I had been a customer. I'm so disappointed in how downhill the experience has gone. Highly recommend the program, just go anywhere but here.

I am the type of person that typically has a hard time sticking to my nutrition goals, but profile makes it very easy for me to understand my nutritional needs. Even if I fall off the wagon (oops) it’s not for long, because of how great I know I feel while on this program. The accountability of coaches is definitely a plus as well - and the foods are tasty. :)

Fantastic experience: Shortly after I had my daughter, I hit a slump in weight loss. I wasn’t able to feed her myself so the weight wasn’t coming off like I wanted it to. I contacted Brennan and he was AMAZING! He helped me get back on track and start losing the weight I wanted to lose! I’m not where I want to be yet, but I’ve lost more weight in the 3 weeks since contacting than I have by myself since my daughter was born in September! This place is fantastic and I will be recommending it to EVERYONE I know.

Fantastic experience: Not too long ago, my uncle weighed 330+ pounds. Brennan at Profile ensured he had a successful proper nutrition plan – taking into account an increase of a few pounds here and there while experimenting with different nutrition plans. Brennan continues to shape and mold him into the healthy man that he is today and will be indefinitely. My uncle NEVER has to ask or tell Brennan to keep challenging him, to keep pushing him, to keep holding him accountable. He never has to ask or tell him to do those things because they are already a part of who Brennan is as the consummate professional of his God given craft. They have been trained well and are ready to answer questions that come up. They all have computers and can easily pull up recipes, foods you might have a question about, restaurants to give you great choices from the menu listed, etc….. They know about the struggles and temptations of losing weight and then keeping it off, and make themselves available for in person consultations or even a phone call consult occasionally. If you are looking for a lifestyle change any of the coaches would be willing to help, or if you just need help with a few extra pounds, they can easily show you tips to help. Knowing what to look forward on a food nutrition label is key too, and they all are very good at teaching you what to look for. I would highly recommend Profile to any that want to lose weight and/or live a healthier lifestyle. You will never feel judged! They are there to help you overcome obstacles.

Fantastic experience: The team at Profile by Sanford in Clive are professional, fun, engaging and non-judgmental. This program is about accountability as much as nutrition. I check in with a coach each week, and I've met with them all, and am motivated to set achievable goals each visit. Being human, there are weeks where I didn't meet goals or follow the plan exactly (meaning, no weight loss, and sometimes some gain) - the coaches never make me feel like I failed or judge me. They just help me get back on track. The team and program here can definitely help you with your goals!

Fantastic experience: I loved the month I did with Profile. I really wanted to continue until February, but it is a big financial investment that I unfortunately wasn't able to commit to at this time. My biggest take away was portion control. I realized how much I was over eating. During the month of October I lost 10 pounds by dialing in on my nutrition and continuing to workout 5x a week. Each staff member was great to work with and very inviting every time I walked in the door. One downside: I really wish the app didn't "shut off" at the end of the month so I could continue to use it to log my food as I am still following the eating plan on my own.

At the Clive store I’ve had two coaches, Chris Martin and Brennan Roland, both have been super supportive and very encouraging. The program is a little pricey, but you have to remember that losing weight is a new way of life and that takes time and a true commitment. It’s a lifestyle change. The coaches are there to help you understand the changes and to commit to those changes. It only benefits YOU!

Profile's program was so easy to follow and I learned a lot. All of the coaches were very helpful in answering questions a long the way. I am continuing to follow the program on my own now. Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Profile for many years. If you follow the program, it works. What I like about the program is the science behind the diet, the intent of the program is to change eating habits so that when you have reached your goal you are eating normal, regular foods, the awesome coaching and encouragement, and the wholistic approach to Heath in general. I’ve been on maintenance for several year but noticed the COVID-spread. I started back on weekly coaching and the weight is coming off. One of the biggest huddles I’ve had to overcome is the mindset of restriction diet (something I tend to fall into when I am not focused on what I consume). I tend not to eat enough. With coaching I gain more insight into my diet and body. This is the most well-balanced programs with individualize coaching and plans. This is an investment to my health. Yes, it has a cost. But I will pay for my health one way or another. Either I pay for it now or I will pay for it dearly later. It’s money and time we’ll spent.

Fantastic experience: I battled weight my whole life. I could be the poster child yoyo dieting. Over the last few years my weight has taken a toll on my body/knees. At a Doctor's appointment I was informed that I needed to lose weight to stop my pain, he said 1 ilb off my body was 3 lbs off my knees. I attempted to lose weight on my own, but failed. The needle on the scale did not move. I saw an add in the paper for Profile and decided to check into it. I meet with my coach who had a calmness about him. He did not judged and listened. He eplained how the program worked and the science behind it. I thought I could loose some but I doubted if I could lose 50 lbs. but more importantly I wanted to keep it off. I also expressed concern that I had to be able to maintain my social network because in the past I self isloated and I was unable to maintain it. I had to navigate my life and learn how to manage food. Yes, I did loose 55 lbs with the Profile program.but more importantly for the first time in my life I have kept it off for 10 months. It is not easy but I now have new skills to help me taks to Profile.
