Negative experience: I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is necessary. I was very excited to get my procedure done, and I had concerns prior to and after the surgery. Prior to the surgery, I don't recall anyone telling me that I would only be seeing nurses/other staff for my 2-3 week follow up appointments. I was expecting to meet with my doctor who operated on me because that would make me feel more comfortable vs seeing other people who I never met before who didn't come off like they had the knowledge/expertise to inform me about my body. I'm not even sure if the young ladies were nurses; they seemed more like interns or assistants to me. In addition, I had developed a seroma, and a totally different doctor drained it instead of my doctor. I was not really happy with what I was seeing on my body, and I just really wanted to see my doctor, so I could get what I believe would be better feedback about my progress/situation. When I told one of the young ladies that I wanted to see the doctor, she told me that I could schedule an appt with him, but it wasn't how they normally did things and that patients usually are scheduled to see their doctor several months post-surgery for the final appt. I wanted to see him earlier, so I scheduled the appt. Fast forward, I missed the appt because after thinking about it, I thought that maybe I should be more patient with the process and just wait to see how my body progressed over the next 2-3 months until the final appt. Months go by, and I called in to get confirmation about my final appt date and time, and there was no appt for me in the system. It made me feel upset because I already felt uncared for due to not having a proper connection/repore with my doctor; I only spoke with my doctor once after my operation, and it was because I reached out to staff with a concern, and he returned my call. I inquired to the "manager" as to why there wasn't an appt for me, and as I can recall, she said they don't schedule appts after no call, no shows. However, that final appt had already been scheduled. Furthermore, I requested the earlier appt, so I don't understand why my missing that appt would affect the later appt. The manager went on to say that I "demanded" to see the doctor. I guess she wanted to make the point that I was a no show after "demanding" to see the doctor. Her comment made me think that maybe my final appt was canceled out of spite. Also, I'd like to add that her using the word demanded offended me because it's my right to see my doctor; the person who operated on my body. And there's a way you're supposed to talk to customers, and saying that I "demanded" to see my doctor wasn't it; it was unprofessional and inappropriate. I asked her why a reminder text/email was not sent out. I've always known that to be standard practice with physicians, etc. The manager told me that they don't send out reminders; they expect their patients to be accountable for keeping up with appts, and she also said that doctors are booked with surgery appts, which is why they have it set up for patients to see so called nurses until the final appt, which is 6 or more months later. Honestly, her feedback made me feel more uncared for and like their organization only cares about money and not providing their patients with excellent care. A "doctor" should care about their patients, and it should reflect in their actions. I don't like the process, and if I would've known that the doctors go incognito after surgeries prior to my surgery, I would have went somewhere else. Also, the manager must not have ever heard of the phrase, "The customer is always right". Customers are not held to a certain standard but businesses are; I don't have to worry about bad reviews or losing business. The manager needs to work on maintaining a professional attitude with patients (without patients, there would be no Sonobello).

Fantastic experience: The staff at Sono Bello Indianapolis has been absolutely wonderful. I am so glad I did this for myself. I’m not even a full month out from surgery day and can see how the AbEx procedure has and will continue to change my life for the better.

Positive experience: The team at Sono Belle has been great. However, this recovery period, not so much. This numbness is awful, especially at night. I know everyone is different, but I just wish this would subside already.

Fantastic experience: It's been almost 3 months since my tummy tuck procedure, and I am LOVING this y'all! I am a mom of 4, 2 of the 4 were a set of twins. I had had one natural birth, and then 2 C-sections, this body looked it to. But now, I feel, and look better than I believe I ever have! The whole team of Sono Bello has been fantastic and I knew what to expect every step of the way and if it wasn't for their easy financing, I could have never gotten it done on my own. I felt this dream was too far out of reach and could never happen. Can't thank you all enough. Now it is encouraging me to join a gym and keep it up. I am waiting on all my before and after pics to come in, and will gladly share my whole story!

Positive experience: To know I spent 10,000 dollars and still look the same is unbelievable. Really upset that you’re still considered to pay 3,000 dollars of surgical fees if you’re not satisfied with your results. I should’ve just took a bigger risk and went out of town and spent less for better results.

Negative experience: I put 1 star since there isn’t a choice for 0 I failed myself by not reading the reviews I’m extremely depressed as I saw how my belly button is on the side of my stomach and not on the center as it was before. It’s way above as well in which it has caused me panic attacks because it’s now much harder to breathe. My right side is lumpy and after 3 1/2 weeks it began to leak. It feels like all the fat stayed in a pocket, I can still see my original belly button at the bottom of my abdomen. This doctor expressed himself badly about a previous client calling her names ‍♀️ that right there should had been a red flag for me but I was very naive in not wanting to lose my non refundable $3k down payment, oh how much I regret this now. Now not only it caused me nearly $13K but I now have health issues. Everything with this doctor was just bad, he should definitely have his license removed. Words can’t express how terrible I feel to know that my body changed for the worse, I’m crying as I write this because it’s so noticeable to where I’m depressed and could never be happy about my results. I really don’t know how will I be able to live with this non-reversable medical malpractice as like I said it has had me in tears. Please always read reviews and ask questions, I so much regret doing this procedure with this Doctor Valenzuela that it seems I’m not the first victim. I asked what’s the worse that can happen and malpractice was not the answer given. Only that maybe enough fat wouldn’t be removed if anything that would be the worse case scenario. I am too seeking into legal matters because it can’t be ignored that the same doctor keeps destroying woman’s life and it’s being ignored by the entire facility. Pm as well if pictures needed for educational purposes

Negative experience: They want $12K after taking 20% off to remove the fat on my waistline and abdomen under local anesthesia. And a $3K deposit now to save the discount. Sonno Bello is way overpriced here.

Fantastic experience: I just had my procedure done yesterday. Dr.Wise and the nurse Michelle was AMAZING! The entire staff makes you feel like home and very safe. Michelle explained everything first and Dr.Wise has such a good humor! I am very pleased with everyone!

Fantastic experience: Just 5 weeks ago I had my surgery with Dr. Wise , excellent work, but you need must to be very specific and know the area to be treated, because after the surgery is no physical contact with him, only one phone call after 24 hours surgery, rest of recuperation is checking by nurses also they are very professional. Fronk desk girls are very efficient and place very clean.

Fantastic experience: Hi my name baljit , I just had a liposuction and abex with sono bello . It was really good experience with them. The staff was very friendly and helpful. No waiting time. And the most important part of this place you get the most wonderful results. I highly suggest sono bello !!!

Negative experience: I had my upper abdomen, lower abdomen, and waist done. I was not happy with the way my stomach looked but since surgery I am more self conscious about it. Not only is my stomach not even and severely discolored due to the excess amount of scar tissue due to the surgeon’s aggressiveness I had to have a second surgery to remove the hanging pockets of fat on my back that looked like I had breast on my back. My second surgeon Dr Wise was amazing and he is the one who pointed out the unevenness but unfortunately said he could not fix it due to the fact there was not enough to work with due to the previous surgeon’s aggressiveness. I am currently seeking legal counsel regarding this and spoke to this at my 6 month follow up in which I was told I would be receiving a call from the director. That was 3 weeks ago, still no call!

Fantastic experience: I just want to say thank you for everything and I want to add that Dr, Wise & Kaitlin were absolutely amazing. When we 1st arrived about 30 minutes early we saw another vehicle come as well then they got out and ask if we were there for Sono Bello we said yes and she offered to let me come up but i explained to her that I was still eating and she said she would be back @ 6a to come and get she was so professional and courteous & kind Kaitlin came back to get me and then we went to get started there was someone else going up to the elevators she said we will let them go 1st that was so nice of her realize that this is a private moment for me and she used her discretion to shield me what a NURSE!. She then explained to me the procedure she was very easy to talk with it helped with my nerves I'm sure she did not know this but thank you Kaitlin for such amazing work and very kind attitude I hope they keep you forever she is great! as for Dr. Wise I'm going to call him they SB Slayer he is the Man he was so great and amazing and wonderful I'm so glad to have had Dr. Wise as my surgeon he is really the BOSS!!! he did and such good and job on my body I was blessed to have had him and he is very easy to have a conversation with very easy to talk to he does amazing work like I they have been telling me his staff in an office 2 hours away & the staff at SB in Indy. Thank you again Dr Wise. And Thank you the whole staff and people that I meet starting this journey. I will spread the word of such talented people!!!!! God Bless and make everyday and great one!

Fantastic experience: From my first (free) appointment to every follow-up appointment Sono Bello has been nothing but a stellar facility. I'm not going to lie, and the actual procedure was a breeze! My surgeon, Dr. V (for short), the nurses, and even the receptionist were top-notch, but my healing process was less then easy. But put into account that I'm 51 and going through menopause. Here's the thing... I would do it ALL over again!!! My results are excellent!!! And I'm not even close to my full recovery date. If you are wondering if you should try Sono Bello because of your age, weight, color, or any other excuse your mind, family, or friends, come up with IGNORE IT and make the call today!

Fantastic experience: I am truly glad I had the time to meet my nurse Dawn she made me feel so comfortable, I had nothing to worry about. I was nervous at first but after meeting Dr. Chavis I knew I was in good hands with the both of them. Best decision I ever made! Thank you to the both of you!

Negative experience: If you go for a consultation, expect to be there for 2 hours before you get a chance to go back. If you work, you may want to consider taking a half day. They are super slow and don’t care about your time!!

Fantastic experience: Encountered a severe issue with one of the surgeon's at this establishment that ended in extreme displeasure and discontentment; however the PM Karmen found solutions within an hour. I was not ready to speak to anyone after I left the post-op appointment, but Karmen was persistent and contacted me again by EOD. I can not thank Karmen enough for following up with me as well as over correcting the situation. You can never measure the quality of an establishments customer service until something really goes wrong. In my case this went terribly wrong, but Karmen corrected the situation. I really appreciate her genuine demeanor as well as her willingness to hear my concern and address the issue to restore my confidence. Karmen earned this establishments 5 stars today, otherwise it would be the obverse of this. Thank you Karmen from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic experience: I had my pre-op appointment with my Dr earlier this week and it only confirmed I've gone to the right place! My surgery is tomorrow and I'm 100% comfortable and confident that Dr. Valenzuela will do a great job. The Dr was thorough and patient while answering my 100 questions. Best part was his fun personality! The nurse was very informative and so personable as well. If you're 2nd guessing your decision, DON'T. My procedure is not done yet, but so far I highly recommend Sono Bello- Indianapolis

Negative experience: The actual procedure went well but during the procedure I was wake and told the doctor that my stomach looked lopsided. I was told it would even out with healing. I’m 5 months out I’m still very lumpy and my left side is visibly bigger than the right side. I regret the procedure. I know others have had better results and I wish my results were better. Update: I had my 6 month follow up and Dr. V took one look and could see the results were definitely not ideal. They are willing to fix the problem with another procedure. I will update again after the procedure to correct. Update: I had the second corrective procedure and my results are worse than before the correction. I have a huge crease between my lower and upper abdominal area above my belly button. The picture attached is 5 months after this second procedure.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Sono Bella, Indianapolis office are very knowledgeable, helpful, and very encouraging. It has been 5 weeks since my procedure. The results are amazing. I have did not have any discomfort nor did I have any pain. If you have a problem area or areas that you have been trying everything to improve via diet and exercise, definitely see the great people at Sono Bello. You deserve it. Again, I amazed with my results after five weeks.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to wait to post a review, I am almost 2 months post-op from stage 1 procedure and a little over a month post-op from stage 2. I have to say that I am so pleased with my results at this point. I k ow things will continue to only look better. The Sono Bello Indianapolis staff are beyond amazing and truly care about their clients. From my consultation to my post-op visits I was always made to feel comfortable and like part of the Sono Bello family. I had a tummy tuck and lipo on 6 areas and I am loving the new me. Dr. Pio Valenzuela and nurse Jeanette was my team for both stages (At my request Jeanette was able to be there with me for the second stage). They are both amazing and if ever I need/want any other procedures done, they will be who I request. If you have though about a consultation with Sono Bello, do it!

Fantastic experience: I had two treatment sessions. First was at the end of August and consisted of upper/lower abs and pubic region with E/X. The second was mid September including waist and arms. I had Dr Valenzuela for both. I had such a fantastic experience. From the nursing and office staff, Dr Valenzuela, to the cleanliness. Every single person in this office were friendly and extremely helpful. They worked around a schedule that worked best for me and getting back to work. They made me feel comfortable and at ease before during and after my procedures. I'm getting closer and closer to my final results and I couldn't be happier. My saggy belly is back to flat and taut. I actually have a figure now instead of straight. My arms do much less flapping now, too! I'm just so pleased. If and when I do more,I will definitely be returning!! I've referred one co worker - so if you're on the fence, I say do it and you won't be disappointed with SonoBello! Thank you all so much!

Fantastic experience: I had my upper abs, lower ads, and hips done... something i struggled with for a long time. The pictures are 9 days after procedure so this is just the beginning Everything and everyone from beginning to end was absolutely amazing!!! I can't say enough how awesome Dr. Wise is and how happy I am with what he did for me... life changing !!!

Fantastic experience: I started researching this process about 3 years ago. I was hesitant because fear of the unknown. I also knew I would have to pay cash because I didn't want a loan. I tried to lose the weight myself, but some of it came back it seemed overnight after months of effort. I have stubborn belly fat!! Tired of the apron!!! I decided to actually schedule a consultation. I'm glad I did. I signed up to do it! It is a super easy process just like they said. I also had the E/X (skin removal). I was awake the entire time. There was some discomfort during the procedure; nothing serious. I asked to see the fat that was removed. I had so much, they had to get extra containers...lol. I'm still healing but watching what I eat and have started back with minimal exercise. It's just been two weeks tomorrow. My apron is gone. I'm excited for the day all of the swelling goes down to see my true resilts. Dawn

Fantastic experience: I got fat removed from my abs, the area below my bra line, the area near my arms pits (called the Bra roll I believe) and some from my sides. (I even had an extra fat pocket he worked on). Everyone was really nice on my first consult visit. I had to wait longer than usual to be seen but they took a little $ off of my procedure. The pre-visit went well when I spoke with the doctor, he listened to everything I had to say. The actual procedure day was calming while I was getting prepared. The actual procedure was fine, I only felt some discomfort on my sides by my ribcage, which they said was too be expected. Of course expect bruising and soreness but nothing major. I took the pain meds for 2 days. I did my 1 wk post op, everything seemed to be on track. I changed into a smaller garment on day 12 (once it came in the mail).. Im on day 13 post op as Im writing this review and this morning was the 1st morning I saw a HUGE difference.. So Im so excited to see what another 2 wks will bring. So far I recommend Sono Bello

Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy with my experience. The staff and the Dr. were very patient with me. I’m in the recovery phase, and can’t wait to see the results. There is a bit of pain, but it is well managed with the pain medication they have given me. I would highly recommend SonoBello.

Positive experience: I had the Tri-Sculpt EX on 9/16/21. I wasn't too thrilled about possibly being awake for the procedure, but I ended up falling asleep shortly after they started. I did however, feel a little more and heard a little more than I would have liked. It was a rough 4 days after the procedure, but on day 5, I was up walking around the house. I only took the pain pills for one day. I took a total of 10 calendar days off from work. The bodysuit is tight but very comfortable. It's been almost 3 weeks and I have very little bruising, almost no swelling and I feel GREAT!

Fantastic experience: Sono Bello is a great place. My first impression there was very professional. Very clean and everyone there is professional and confident. They are very nice and I have never experienced a problem with any treatment I received. I have now had Lopo on my top and bottom stomach including the trisculpt, my inner thighs, knees and back area. This experience has been amazing. I feel like the treatments have minimal pain and I went right back to work both times. I love Doctor Wise. You can tell he know what he is doing just from his conversation and he always call to check in with you the day after surgery. I give this place an A+ and will recommend to everyone. Fantastic experience: We live 2 hours away and have to say that the staff and location was the best as far as making me feel comfortable, important, and taking my anxiety away for the procedure and making it easier. The process was very easy. I had my pre-op on a Tuesday afternoon and procedure done the next morning. Stayed in Indy for 2 nights and it worked out the best for all. Was happy I made the life changing decision and made this happen. Weight loss has been an issue for me most of my life and it was time to do something drastic to help me at this point in my life. Would recommend this site for sure.

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to begin other than saying thank you and I am so grateful to be a member of Sono Bello. The staff members are amazing, the nurses are amazing, the scrub techs, receptionist and Dr. Wise are all amazing. I experienced the best customer service it was more like legendary customer service, best of the best. My procedure was done on my birthday May 27th and it was the best birthday gift. Everyone makes you feel so welcomed and they care for you tremendously. I’m so excited to see my results after the swelling and bruising goes away and I am confident that I will get the results that I want. I ran into an old coworker name LaToya who is currently employed with Sono Bello and she was amazing and so sweet. We talked about old times and got caught up with things talked about our families. LaToya played an important role, she was like a companion while I was waiting for the medications to kick in and I thank her for that. Allison so sweet and understanding and she listened even if I just talked about nonsense she listened. Thank you so much Dr. Wise for everything you are truly one of the best surgeons I’ve ever met I appreciate you so much. Thank you everyone!

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! I’m approaching a year since I had my procedure and I still have to work out each day to get my stomach the way I wanted you expect after spending nearly 7000 for lipo you would have the stomach that you yarn for. They speak on 100 customer satisfaction which is bull only to tell me that I have to pay more. This was the worst experience and now I’m stuck with a large bill and not happy. I saw all the commercial and did research but obviously my experience wasn’t like on the commercials. I feel robbed.

Fantastic experience: I went in for my consultation 4-9-21!! It was such a great experience and I am glad I finally took that first step. They even went as far as to send me a text message earlier in the day letting me know that they were having an unusually busy day and that it would be a little after my appointment time that I would be seen. I definitely appreciated the heads up so I wasn't just sitting forever and wondering why. When Hanah called us back to her office and she began to tell us about the procedure and financing and helped answer all my questions. I have had my problem areas since having my second child 5 years ago. Hanah was NOT judgmental at all and I felt like she was sincerely proud of me for taking this step. I was anxious when I first arrived, as I have NEVER done anything like this in my life, but when my husband and I first walked in and was greeted by the receptionist, my anxiety immediately disappeared. Fantastic experience: I can’t believe I waited so long to have this done. I’m almost 2 weeks out and I feel so much better. That stubborn fat that just wouldn’t go away is vanishing before my eyes. He told me what to expect and how I probably will feel after the procedure = I had the Abdominal Micro-Laser Lipo with TriSculpt E/X procedure on Friday April 2nd @7:30am and the last time I actually took prescribed pain medication was on Saturday April 3rd!!! I was up walking that Monday & Tuesday April 5th & 6th almost 3 miles each day!! I was just a little sore but that was to be expected! I want the staff to know all of them were so welcoming from the beginning to the end with my 1st week post-op visit. Hannah, Callie, Ashley, Karmen and everyone else that I didn’t name was excellent with the service !!! I’m so glad I didn’t put this procedure off any longer!! Hannah you told me I would say why did I wait so long and you were right girlie!! Thanks again to you all !!! I will be referring Sono Bello everyone I know!!

Fantastic experience: From the consultation to the end of procedure Sono Bello has been very professional the staff answered all my questions every team member at Sono Bello was great I had so many doubts how I would look what if I didn’t get the best results the nurses talked me through the process I am now 3 weeks post op from tummy tuck and lipo and results are amazing I still have some swelling and soreness that is to be expected I’m glad I chose Sono Bello for my cosmetic surgery and would do it all over again if I had to

I am almost 3 weeks post op from having my upper and lower abs and skin removal. I can see my hour glass figure, and can see my changes as everyday passes. Fantastic experience: So far I am only about 7 weeks post surgery, and I can feel that my mid section is going to look AMAZING. The nurses have been available to answer all of my questions and concerns and I am just trusting the process. My down time from work wasn't that long. Today I actually put on a belt w/ my jeans, and I HAVE A WAIST. I was very excited about that and even more excited to see my end results.. BTW my doctor was amazing as well, although I was in and out during the surgery, I do remember her asking me questions and encouraging me along the way. What I'll never forget is looking up after the surgery and hearing her say, " she did good, and she looks amazing' as she looked at her work that she'd just perform and the nurse agreeing with her, and them looking at each other like "job well done", that made me feel confident to see how confident they were with the results. I can't wait until all of the swelling goes down. So far, its been money well spent. Happy 50th Birthday to myself...

Fantastic experience: I am a woman built like my mother and other females in my family...of large frame and stocky build. I fell in love, married and started having children at a young age. I never had a “flat stomach” but after having my first son, and the following two, I kept adding to a larger and larger “belly pooch” and “love handles.” No matter what diet or exercise I tried I could never lose the fat in these areas and it just got worse and worse the older I got. A decade ago I had the beginning of some very serious health issues that threatened my life and subsequent day-to-day activities but by God’s blessings I have been able to overcome a lot. I was determined to find a way to help me build my physical and mental self-confidence. Sono Bello is helping me to achieve that long awaited dream. I now am able to “fit” into clothing in a more attractive way to myself (Most important), and others have mentioned the change they see in my appearance, and my demeanor. Positive experience: I did a lot of research beforehand so I wasn’t completely surprised with the overall cost. There was no rush to book that day, but if I wanted the early bird special I needed to book within 24hrs which was fine with me. I did research on all the docs and chose Dr. Amde (sp?) who I found to be awesome! She did not shame me for my fluffy mom body. I had lipo of upper and lower abs and ex (surgical removal of excess skin/fat). I’m 10 days post op and doing almost most things I would normally do. Not gonna lie, the first week was pretty rough though.

Fantastic experience: My story started out pretty common. I was a physically active person with dance and military then came the injury. I injured my back several years ago and slowly the weight started packing on. I exercised as much as my back would allow but it just wasn't the same. Fantastic experience: Two weeks ago I went through with my lipo procedure, and let me just say that this was best experience ever, from start to finish. From the time I walked into the office for my initial consultation to now almost 3 weeks post-op, everyone there has been nothing but amazing. I was a little nervous going into the process but the staff and my surgeon eased all of my worries. My procedure itself went very smooth and I am extremely happy with the results that I am currently seeing. Even with some swelling remaining I am starting to see my new body more and more each day, and I’m blown away each time that i look into the mirror. Fantastic experience: After 5 kids, 4 c-sections, pregnant from ages 18-40, I decided to do something for myself. Shocking, I know, but well deserved. I could not be more pleased with my results at 2 weeks out. I've followed the directions to a tee, and have had no difficulties. I had the procedure on a Thursday and went back to work Monday. Fantastic experience: Being less than two weeks post op, I am almost as high speed as I was prior to the procedure! Doctor Amde and the beautiful nurses whom have supported my journey to sculpting my abdomen have been a major blessing in my all belly, no shape torso! I have a sculpted waist and a flatter stomach. Though still recovering with the expected abdominal swelling and slight unevenness of healing tissues; I have applied the supplies arnica and self-massaged my way to a better result at this date in the game! Had I not been proactive to heal with their guidance, and not worn the compression garment diligently; I’m not so certain I would look as sleek as I do now. (And it’s only been 11 days)! Procedure day was a distant memory with the meds putting me into a snoring sleep; (sorry ladies, ha ha!) My best partner of a spouse brought me home, where I promptly slept off the meds for almost 11 hours. (I am not accustomed to medicine, so this was not expected nor unexpected). The next two days I was sore and used the prescribed medicine as indicated, and all drainage had stopped about 48 hours post procedure. Hint: When first changing your bandages, have your partner help you do so in the shower- it makes for an easier process. Set up your replacement bandages BEFORE you step into the shower to be able to replace them expeditiously post 24 hour shower. I was off the meds personally by the following Monday night (my procedure was Friday), and stuck to the remaining arnica tablets and Tylenol if needed. I am on stage two compression now, have some slight bruising from the massaging of expected uneven tissue, and the incision scars are being personally treated with vitamin E and time. I expect to look FANTASTIC in the next 2-6 months at the conclusion of this journey with Sono Bello. I wish I had done this years ago, but am glad I waited as the procedure wasn’t available earlier! As a gym rat, dancer, runner, and Pilates enthusiast; I have always struggled with the excess belly flab that never left. I can’t wait to get back to the gym in the next month and sculpt the abs so close to the surface that I’ve been dreaming of! Standby for words ladies and gentlemen; this is only the beginning: The best is yet to come! Don’t wait, and don’t doubt yourself or the staff. Have faith in the journey, be patient and obedient. This is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I am only a week out after my procedure, but so far I love my results! My stomach hasn't been this flat in 20 years! I can't wait for month 3 to see what my thighs will look like then. So far, I can tell a difference but still have a lot of swelling. I had big arms that made it hard to find tops! And always had thick legs! Now when pictures of me are taken I feel so much better about myself!
